Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@79GroupLtd @LloydsBank That's sad mate, this scammers are bent on ripping everyone of their hard earned money, I also got drained of $11,500 recently but was able to recover all funds with the help of @wisdom_eth who's inarguably an expert in making recoveries of lost funds.

@LloydsBank as a platinum member not able to speak to an agent that can help. Tried 2 different no’s, first 03453000000, the agent transferred the call but went to agent who said will put me through again - they then gave me a direct no. 0800 783 0543 but this is AA breakdown !

Absolutely appalling customer service from @LloydsBank. When my card was expiring they sent me 2, after a month blocked the one I’d activated and was using and I’ve been told lies about getting it rectified 😡 So no card in the run up to Christmas.

@LloydsBank someone last night drained £1200 out of my sons @LloydsBank account in small increments till he only had £22 left and he’s spent 2 hours on the phone to them and they said we can’t help you. They even suspended his account when it was to late. Beware everyone
