Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank Thanks, Lloyds have a further 8 weeks to resolve this (just close my account) before I can go to the ombudsman. More communication with Lloyds will not help. I have a case number. Folks need to know, that Lloyds will drag their feet on closing an account fleecing the customer!

@LloydsBank Of course I tried to resolve it via messages and two letters before sharing my cautionary tale. I have tried everything to close my account since AUGUST! That is a lot of monthly fees! So people should know this! Premium account is NOT premium service! I’m being strung along!
