    Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @LloydsBank The problem I am having is that when any online payment system asks for my cvv 3 digit number. The validation fails saying the number is incorrect. If I use the app for validation. The app says it’s worked fine but then the relevant website says it’s failed.

    @LloydsBank I have just dialed the number on the website and this also rang alarm bells as I was asked for account number then three digits off back of card so I hung up (I know fraudsters don’t always actually clear the line and then you THINK you are speaking with your bank. VERY CONCERNED

    @LloydsBank I’ve tried two different browsers and the error message only flashes up and by the time you’ve moved from clicking proceed at the bottom of the page, this message flashes at the top and disappears by the time I have had chance to click .. why can I not speak to someone?

    How do @LloydsBank and @mbna find it acceptable to have a wait time of an hour to speak with their fraud teams. This is a prime example of what customer support should NOT look like.
