    Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @iddewbach @LloydsBank I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but I was able to recover the account and resolved issues with the help of @champtoolss1 He is legit and trusted

    @LloydsBank I dont think it’s my end is the problem. I am getting a feeling it’s the Lloyd bank technical issues? I’ve checked all my passwords/memorable ones written on a small note. I tried it none is letting me in and comes up something like “9200200 Reset Your Password & Memorable” why?

    @LloydsBank If only I knew the names of the 2 utterly vile individuals I spoke to in the fraud team today. Not only did you assume (wrongly) I was involved in some henious scam but you cut off all my banking leaving me & my 2 young children without access to any funds.
