Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank Have you ever tried their customer service?! I think you have a duty as a big player to liase with them and get them to sort it. There is an absolute 0% chance that you could ever get through to someone who would suggest anything other than rebooting home routers.
