    @BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. So anybody at their company, with the WhatsApp login, have access to my full card details. Maybe i should change my card

    @LloydsBank Totally unacceptable response .this has been going on all day and you are going to cause people to incur late payment charges because you have caused problems and won’t own up to it. Complaint being registered. You pay any late payment charges. Not our fault.

    So the upshot is that @LloydsBank think it acceptable to leave a couple with #Alzheimers without access to their accounts and money for a week. Shame on them.

    @LloydsBank why has your payment processing gone well today?Dont say you are not aware of any problems because people have been telling you about issues all day. Get more staff on your fraud team and get this appalling situation sorted before you cause late payment charges
