@BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. So anybody at their company, with the WhatsApp login, have access to my full card details. Maybe i should change my card

@LloydsBank Hello, is there any way of adding my Club Lloyds debit card to @GooglePay without having to wait 20 minutes to speak to customer services? No other bank has made me do this. They either send me an email or text, or let me use their app. Thanks in advance!

@LloydsBank Hi I was using the app. There were no error messages. I checked again and order has been restored thankfully. Balance was much greater than NIL. Phew!

@LloydsBank Can you tell me why, after years of using the app, I’ve just been forced to re register for online banking on my phone? I needed to check my balance quickly and have just had to recall all my login details and then phone verify with absolutely no explanation

Very disappointed that when my 80+ year old hard of hearing parents had a fraudulent transaction on their bank account they visited their Branch of "By your Side" @LloydsBank ... and we told the Branch couldn't help them and to ring a phone number instead...
