    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

    @LloydsBank my son is in Bali and his online banking has been suspended, he now has no way of accessing or transferring his funds within his accounts. He is obviously very stressed as now has no access to his money. He cannot call you as no credit on his phone help!!!!!!

    @LloydsBank Hi, I am a UK customer. I am wondering how I could email LLoyds a letter please. I need to do this because I am part of a court case (which is a bit complex) and I also need LLoyds to hold the letter in their records if possible as it is relevant to my finance.
