    Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @LloydsBank Hi James . Pls see above tweet. I can’t freeze my card via the app. I’ve been on the phone to Lloyds since 0846, I’m still on hold . This is a working day for me and I’m getting nowhere. I’m the meantime my account is exposed .

    @LloydsBank on hold to fraud team after being put through by a very rude customer service agent. Automated message tells me waiting time is an hour!!!! My card has been fraudulently used TWICE in two months! I’m very distressed and feel my account is totally exposed !

    @AngryBritain @LloydsBank Same with car insurance, I had a £450 a year renewal price , when on a price comparison site got one exactly same policy for £199 ! Absolute joke 😡
