Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank I been using Relay UK never had anyone available or a very long waiting time (holding) just that when I was asked to take down the original app down and load on a new app and then whole thing went wrong and someone thinks it’s security issue or whatever gone on.
