    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

    @LloydsBank really disappointed with the level of business account customer service! I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

    @LloydsBank Not a lot of help. What I want is to see my three other accounts quickly when I log onto using my desktop to Lloyds. So I go through the Lloyds logon and then see the other account as in theory I should also be able to do on my phone - but cannot access the other accounts!

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Need to change UK address from abroad. Tried through app: address not found using post code. Tried calling: not working properly, wrong time and anyway, too expensive! Can’t print off form because no printer at home. Advice gratefully received

    @LloydsBank verifying new payees is not working online or via the app. Online, you get the automatic call, but there is no audible message, and entering the code doesn't make any difference. On the app, it just freezes on "checking the details". It has been like this for 48 hours
