@LloydsBank really disappointed with the level of business account customer service! I’ve been locked out of the account for no good reason. Phone lines are so busy I’m finding it difficult to speak to someone that can help! This has been going on for two days now!

Yet another day of not being able to get on the @LloydsBank website to open a new account and the phone number being persistently busy - so it cuts you off automatically. Quite appalling customer service tbh. About to explore other bank options. Yesterdays response-keep trying!

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank no the website stated I couldn't have has a switch incentive from another bank since January 2023 which I have not. no where did it state that I wouldn't be eligible if I switched from a halifax account

@Chris50t @LloydsBank The bank will certainly be able to advise why the card isn't working in which ever cash machine / Shop it was used in... Lloyds have always been very good to me and family for years! I wouldn't use any other bank to be honest.

@LloydsBank I have been trying to use you switch service to move my banking to my new Lloyds account. On the website when I choose to m9ve to an existing acount to form does not open, the website hangs. On the app, apply, current acount, switching, the next window freezes
