@LloydsBank Yes. All they kept saying, rudely, was why didn’t he ring last night. He tried but it was 11pm and the line said it was closed, so he rang this morning and has gotten nowhere with no support. Shops shut soon and my daughter needs milk and food

All this because a call claiming to be from Lloyds shows up as “Possible Scam” number and then hung up on me - and now my account is frozen? Customer service = non existent + you are jeopardising people @LloydsBank
