    @LloydsBank your on phone system/in branch system is awful! Stepfather could be going else where if someone doesn’t get in touch with him today to unlock his systems. Don’t make a loyal customer an ex customer.

    @LloydsBank Dave, why is that Lloyds have been so poor at responding to the global pandemic? Most companies understand that it is of no benefit forcing workers into rightly packed trains to commute commute to tightly packed offices. Why aren't they working from home?
