@LloydsBank are there any reported problems with your banking app for personal customers please? Try to deposit a cheque but as soon as it’s taken the photos it just defaults back to the account screen without confirming or processing. Thanks

Outrageously poor customer service from @LloydsBank in Market Place, Ilkeston DE7. I have a receipt from my old bank that 2 sets of money (£11.5k and £50) have been transferred to 1 Lloyds account but apparently it's "nothing to do with Lloyds" that only the £50 has made it.

@LloydsBank Jesus this is saga. All I wanted to do was transfer a Help to Buy ISA to an Investment ISA, because let's face it, I'm never going to buy a house. First I go online and it says I need to do it over the phone.
