@LloydsBank been going back and forth with your ‘fraud support’ since 9.45am. £69.99 has been spent on an apple bill that I have no confirmation of, no receipt for. 6 hours going back and forth with the same ridiculous questions over and over. Some customer service!

@LloydsBank @Barclays I have been asked on phone to transfer money into an app to then receive that as a refund and the Futher refund I have now realised they have done fraud on both accounts. Please help because I can't do anything from bank transactions

@CharlieFarnsba9 @LloydsBank I think its a ploy from them. Only have one person on so you have to use the ATM then a few months later close the branch due to lack of use! Win/win for their back pockets lose for the customer.

@virginmedia I won't be able to pay my next bill because @LloydsBank have put a block on my debit card saying paying my council tax bill and buying from amazon is a fraudulent transaction so I'm going to run out of food and probably die but would @LloydsBank care nope.
