Major problems in reporting fraud @LloydsBank this is my fifth phonecall now. Repeating myself over and over each time yet never getting close to speaking to someone in the fraud team. Hour wait and it cuts off after 40 mins. Twitter search confirms lots of problems here

@LloydsBank The advisor advised that the issue can only be discussed on the phone, and your agents cannot call me so I have to wait in a line. Im not trying for another 90 minutes for no answer so will have to use a different card. Your service isn't acceptable, hire some staff.

@LloydsBank announces further branch closures, following other banks, as always claiming it reflects changing customer practice; one can only admire their chutzpah; first make your branches inefficient via under-staffing, then close them because people have been forced online!

@LloydsBank @nickyonarun It would be nice to be told there is a problem you must have realised this had happened before 7am when the phone lines were opened. I spent an hour of my time going through security, given wrong numbers only to be told at 8.15am. Bad customer service.
