@LloydsBank It was answered but why is it every time I need help I'm on hold for long periods of time but if I ring to pay a bill companies have loads of people available? I've been with Lloyds for 40 years, maybe it's time to change

@LloydsBank I've been trying to set up Google Pay for about a month but need a verification code. Every time I call I get a message to say it will be over ten minutes before I can speak to someone. Help in online banking hasn't been any use either.

@LloydsBank I've had a club Lloyds account for a while now. The benefit I had for the first couple of years was a magazine subscription. This year in Feb I swapped to a digital mag, haven't ever received anything. Can you help?

@LloydsBank tried to purchase a new phone in store today at 14.15 after the payment was declined last night due to your‘issues’ and it was declined. Spoke to an advisor last night and definitely no problem with the account. Looks like things are not yet fixed??

@LloydsBank I got through to the fraud team and the issue is resolved. Your chat service hasn’t replied since 19:30 last night so it’s worthless and pointless to have. Communication for the issues in the last 24 hours has been abysmal. Underwhelmed is an understatement.
