@LloydsBank Claim not denied as of yet but you make it impossible to make a claim. The menu on our phone line doesn’t work and when you finally get talk to someone they are Unhelpful and rude and want it on line. Customer service no longer exists. £550.17 a year to be treated like crims

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank Not hard to do a little tweet to let customers know they aren’t able to access any of their money today due to the fact online banking is down and you’ve closed 2 in 3 branches over the past few years. These things do happen but the least you could do is acknowledge it.
