    @LloydsBank terrible customer service where home insurance is concerned after 19 years it’s time for a change. Sadly we’re not in the habit of taking photos if valuables on the off chance they might get stolen

    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?

    Today I learned: @LloydsBank can’t process American cheques into UK current accounts without “sending them away” for up to 10 working days?!

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with online banking as not showing any details about my accounts. I do hope that if people go overdrawn as they are unable to transfer money into account as your app is down you don't charge them.
