@LloydsBank It's not necessary access to the accounts, it's the fact that one person in the team cannot perform all of the functions necessary to complete the task. At first all seemed fine, but then I needed ID verification and was passed along, then passed back to someone else! Not happy.

@LloydsBank Hey @lloydsBank I would love it if you would have some people answer you customer call numbers - you keep declining legit transactions from my card without any reason - no issue with bank balance and it seems random - Marks & Spencer (for instance) - I’m really hacked off

Word of advise. Never use Lloyds bank if your parents have dementia and need help, I've been trying for 4 months to Lloyds them to help and they just keep refusing. No care for vulnerable customers. Disgusting treatment. #dementia @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Hello. When signing in with the fingerprint I had the error message "App launch failed. Sorry, we're having technical problems...." I reinstalled the app, logged in and went through phone verification but then had a blank screen. I have been using the website last few days.

@LloydsBank rude customer service. Spoke to two members of staff who were unprofessional. Won't listen and talk over you. They can't wait to get you off the phone. The second woman even put the phone done before we were satisfied with the outcome. Don't even offer to look into it

Hi @LloydsBank I tried to use my credit card for an online purchase, I thought my phone had frozen when instead it was going through the Mastercard Authenticator screen. The problem now is that the online shop won’t take my credit card anymore. What can I do to unblock it? Thanks
