    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline. Is over an hour a reasonable time to wait on hold? Other companies provide an option for callback when they are extremely busy. Surely a company offering 'platinum service levels' can do better than this. Having called 7 times yesterday, I emailed and no response.

    Whatever @LloydsBank i go in, the minimum wait seems to be 20 minutes from kings Road to Streatham. Poor service big profits. Suppose I should be grateful they still have branches open.

    @LloydsBank She has been in communication with the company the moment she noticed the defect with her purchase which was the day it was delivered. She has called them, they have cancelled visits to her house to rectify the problem, she has been promised calls from the store manager...

    @LloydsBank Hi Delina, thank you for replying. I would never ever go near any link in any message, text or email, so no. I saw an email gmail should have picked up, which said money had been debited from my account. It was blank, huge red flags @gmail went to login as usual on lloyds website

    @LloydsBank ...which she has not recieved and she has even had her ex-husband go into the store to try and sort things out. She is at her wits end and has exhausted all avenues to resolve this problem.

    @LloydsBank its a payment i made to buy from a website and it is a fake website so no goods. It happened 17 August. Original number I called was 0345 300 0000 then transferrred about. Now been given 0800 056 0219 literally 4hrs getting through in total then 2hrs messing with fraud department
