@LloydsBank trying so very hard to get my husband registered with online banking, absolutely impossible! Get so far then told to call to complete registration, listen to machine for ages only to be told I’ve got to hold for 30 minutes by which time husband has lost interest!😡

@LloydsBank A routine payment into a unit trust failed last Thus AM. Received an email suggesting it was an error on my part or shares were not available in the market. Called to be told you had a systems error and it would sort itself out Friday. Still broken Tues.

@LloydsBank hello i am a 'customer' with you, i am also a @binance @cz_binance customer, i hope you have no intention of dictating where i can spend MY money,like Barclay's have done. You dont own your 'customers funds' so plz dont behave like Barclay's. Thank you
