@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

In case anyone is interested, when @LloydsBank reply to a customer service related tweet saying “we’re really sorry to hear about…… please DM us”, what they really mean is “Stop complaining publicly, do it in private” - so they can send you the templated “tough ****” response.

@LloydsBank So when I signed my girls up to voxi it took my bank card details without asking me I'm visually impaired and I went to their site cancelled it but it hasn't worked now I can't seem to stop it on their site

@LloydsBank Hi. Is there an issue with your android app at the moment. Son trying to open an instant access savings account, but when he clicks on apply now, it just takes him to a screen not loading. Works fine on my iPhone. Thanks.
