Updating accounts like PayPal etc should be automatic?! Technically this should be possible??

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and Iβve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasnβt been resolved.
