James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@pohare551 @LloydsBank Yep, absolute shambles. I’ve had a similar message completely contradicting the previous comms that everything remains the same, and that offers and options are available. I’m requested a formal complaint be raised to the Halifax to Lloyds customer migration team.

Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!
-
RPD’s Loki and Rocco, THD Rex (@Dogswithjobs41) reported@LloydsBank Yes again it cannot show pending transactions, this is a regular occurrence, never had this issue with the Halifax
-
Brian Waters (@BDubleYou) reported@LloydsBank I have been a lifelong Halifax customer now Lloyds. Why does it continue to take 20 seconds for the app to authenticate and open my accounts? Will you be able to improve this?
-
Mark Smith (@lemarksmith) reported@LloydsBank - awful Experience today trying to help my mum (84). Your mobile messaging bounced me and deleted my message, and I’ve been holding for your call centre for 20m. All I’m trying to do is order duplicate statements for her. There has to be a better way #epicfail

GFC lev (@DevereG2) reported@LloydsBank @leeselou1975 Your app is down and has been all morning...
-
Apfelmann (@Apfelmann123) reported@LloydsBank Yes, I just lost money transferred from another bank. It just didn't reach my Lloyds account. The problem is the payment I need it for, should go now. Will you compensate for any additional cost this may incur?
-
Andrew McNaughton (@mcnaugha) reported@LloydsBank They won’t help me. I’ve already tried. That’s why I sent this tweet in first place.

Pete (@petespoors) reported@TheAdman7 @LloydsBank Adam, We had same issues, but we found the cause seemed to be the uninstalling of the Halifax app. My phone, which still has the Halifax app works fine. Not very helpful, but you are not alone, Pete
