@LloydsBank This is not at all Client friendly and not in keeping with a five 9's service - 99.999 uptime. And why no roll back when the system collapsed ? Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?

@Nickwatson888 @LloydsBank For me it doesn't let me reset my details so I can log in. This is so frustrating

5 hours on to customer services at @LloydsBank because they’ve blocked my card and it was suspicious. Obviously not allowed a weekend away now without telling them.

@LloydsBank No screenshot. It says Lloyd's is experiencing a temporary outage. This is due to a technical issue on their side.

@LloydsBank @Shammoz I spoke to a grumpy guy there this morning, who did remove the block [eventually]. Their system is chaotic and the guy wasnt polite at all.

For 'issues' read the app telling you they have declined a payment and cancelled your card on an order already confirmed. Then an hour later all tickety boo again. 2nd app outage in recent times with customers data skewed/ compromised. Do better @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank I am currently unable to call to your service right now. Is there any way to report this through an email to cancel the application?

So, OK then @HalifaxBank @BankOfScotland @LloydsBank was it your techs or Akamai's techs who made the WAF policy change that has locked out your entire customer base?

@garabaldired @Nickwatson888 @LloydsBank Not even the standard letter saying they’re entitled to another 28 days under the ‘rules’.? There’s a reason they don’t publish customer service stats. Hope you get sorted soon!
