@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank for over a year now I have been able to invest any spare money I have in Crypto assets,using Lloyd's debit card...this has been a most profitable endeavour. As of today I can no longer purchase any Crypto using Lloyd's debit card as you block the payment.

@LloydsBank And I'm a 'specific customer' because? What criteria do you use to specify customer (a) from customer (b) to deem one worthy of reporting to @HMRCgovuk Lloyds you are in direct contravention of Human Rights Act 1998 - Article 8 - respect for your private life and family life.

@LloydsBank Hi, I'm owed a refund for a cancelled gig (COVID) and the refund has gone to a closed Lloyds creditcard. Ive called 4 times to get the refund sent to my new bank, but no one can help as I don't have my old CC number. You owe me for this refund, please help!

@LloydsBank Tq. So what if your customer was born & bred in England, had never stepped foot on USA soil or done any business with the USA? What would prompt you to send out forms to a person who has naught to do with USA ever?

@LloydsBank Hi Will, I've been trying to call Lloyd's bank since the last one week. Each time, I'm put on wait by the IVR and the call disconnects after a few minutes before anyone from the customer service team answers. Is a callback from your tech support possible?
