@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying to contact someone about an issue I have on my account, it won’t let me transfer money to or from my account, I’ve tried online banking, tried phoning the branch and tried the virtual messages and it’s impossible to actually speak to a person could.

@LloydsBank so like…you wouldn’t change the non-UK address on my account because apparently the signature on the request I sent “didn’t match” your records and you’re “working to reduce fraud”…but you still went ahead and sent that notice to my new address? Make it make sense.
