@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Hertford branch shut a at lunchtime. It’s only open from 9-3 so why you have had to shut for 1h at lunch is beyond me. Long waits at call centres. Poor customer service.

Very bad experience trying to switch current account to @LloydsBank. Phone lines NEVER answered. And to top it of, in the text message they send they quote a phone no. for their switching team - it's the number for a different bank!! 😲 Terrible customer service. @MoneySavingExp

@LloydsBank Hi, I have had money taken from my account without authorisation but can't get through on the phones to sort it out. I have cancelled my debit card which is going to cause problems as no one seems to take cash anymore. Please advise how I can get money back.

Hello @LloydsBank I had post from yourselves on Wednesday but it was someone else’s name but my address, I phoned on Wednesday to say it wasn’t me & I dont bank with Lloyds, the lady on the phone put a block on the account & told me not to worry but to go to my local Lloyds with
