    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank Platinum service administration is proving to be incompetent at best. I raised a second complaint 9 days ago and still the issue rumbles on.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying to track down some of my money you are refusing to trace for nearly 10 months now. I’ve spent in excess of 10 hours on calls. Can someone just trace the transaction to see where my money is. I’m being advised you have it in holding! Can you help pls?

    I'm currently stringing along an email scammer who's masquerading as someone at our company and trying to get me to transfer money to an account. Unusually (I think) the account is with a UK bank - @LloydsBank . I've reported it to them by email - maybe they'll shut it down.
