@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank I don't want to be put to any further expense because of an error made by your bank. Somebody needs to sort this out for me please. I am dealing with this on my Husband's behalf. Your error has caused a lot of stress. We have done all we can. Your staff now need to sort it out.

@LloydsBank On phoning Customer Services I am always being told they are receiving exceptionally high volume of calls. Please re-evaluate your use of ‘exceptionally’ and change your message to ‘We are receiving normal volume of calls but are exceptionally incapable of answering’
