@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank just went into my local branch in Rugby to deposit cash in machine . It’s broken , queue of about 8 people and 1 person working the counter . It’s 2025 and surely this cannot be the standard ?

@LloydsBank I do not have account with Nuzest…i have never heard of nor want to!!! Halifax security have allowed this scammer to try and take money from me…and Halifax continue to ask the same stupid question over and over with the same answer!!! two days of ignorant customer service!!!!

@LloydsBank my mother went to the Darlington branch of Lloyds today to discover that it's in a wholly pedestrian area with no access for the disabled. You've already closed her local bank as you obviously don't care about your customers and she needs to withdraw a large amount
