Funkyrobot™ 🤖🦊 (@Funkyrob0t) reported@LloydsBank That’s too late for me Sanaa, duplicate payments have gone out. I’ll say thanks once the issue with my specific account is corrected. Until then there’s still a problem

bakedcamembert (@bakedcamembert) reported@LloydsBank If they had access to a landline they would have called you! They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash…. All they want is an email address to message you

Jon Machtynger (@synapticity) reported@LloydsBank - if it wasn't already clear... Your insistence on treating your business customers like an irritation to your staff, that they must be subjected to retarded chatbots and voicebots are early signs of a broken business. I look forward to working with your competitors

Willo (@willoindevon) reported@RAPAP2021 @LloydsBank Obviously you are now an ex customer
-
KathleenJane (@ForeverAnfield) reported@LloydsBank What’s the point in a chat assistant if they don’t actually help. My card was used in costa, I haven’t been there in 10 days and I haven’t been in Edinburgh neither. One tells me to do a fraud check, and when it’s done it tells me it’s a dispute when it’s not neither

Laura Williams (@MrsWilliams1981) reported@LloydsBank @Rachiikins24 Having the same issue...is there any ETA on when this will be resolved?

Dr Mike Ward - @schroedinger99.bsky.social (@Schroedinger99) reported@Shammoz @LloydsBank Yep. OTOH, I've always found Lloyds staff do their v best to help if you get through to one. But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.
