@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@DebiEvansMatron @NicolaS48301196 @LloydsBank I’ve had similar issues with Lloyds lately and they are really pushing the online banking.

@LloydsBank been trying to pay cheque in on app all day and keep coming up with error. Has your app got a problem?

. @LloydsBank Your website sends a text code to confirm a change, great except there is nowhere to enter the code because the page doesn't move on. If you try again it decides it is going to post a letter, yes in 2026.

@LloydsBank Am I making sense here? you’re closing the Halifax app down … I’m moving to Lloyds so if it’s staying in the Halifax app which is closing, how do I manage it?

Day 3 of being a @LloydsBank customer, access to my money, unavailable. #AwfulBank

@pohare551 @LloydsBank Yep, absolute shambles. I’ve had a similar message completely contradicting the previous comms that everything remains the same, and that offers and options are available. I’m requested a formal complaint be raised to the Halifax to Lloyds customer migration team.

@LloydsBank just joined and been sent details to access my online account and keep getting the message - logged out, please try again. I’m just trying to activate! Wondering if it’s worth having an account with you if I can’t even get past the first hurdle.

@LloydsBank after months and months of not being able to login to my Lloyd's App I can finally login, do you recommend uninstalling the Halifax app??
