@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Hi today I had to phone online banking and received the best customer service I have ever received from Yvonne M (I am not sure I have spelled that right in anyway shape or form but the call was on 10/06/21 at 09:28am and lasted 34 minutes).

@theJeremyVine @LloydsBank are a joke & provide bad service: full stop! This manager would have had access to account data, so how does opening mail at the customer's request warrant misconduct/dismissal? Another PR gaffe from this crap bank that missold pensions/PPI & are not what they were!
