🌻Jessie Rae🌻 (@JessiieLynn90) reported@LloydsBank I hope you will be compensating customers who have been left financially vulnerable today with your online banking issues. I haven’t been able to access my money for hours.

Tricia Jarman 💫 (@TriciaNo2) reportedYour app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the laborious steps we have to take. Updating accounts like PayPal etc should be automatic?! Technically this should be possible??
-
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank I suspect you won't find one customer who is pleased to see that feature removed. Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.

Rosie 🌸 (@Roz4luv) reported@LloydsBank You know exactly what the problem is. You need to report to your bosses that people aren’t happy that their a/c names have been changed. Only in the app can you name your accounts. I’ve got 4 accounts & all have the same name now. Not good enough!

David Green (@Daveboy1972) reported@LloydsBank no just says close try again etc done all the usual if not a problem elsewhere i leave it for a bit and try again

Chris (@tringgooner) reported@LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?

janus (@sillysausage_69) reported@LloydsBank Your service is becoming unreliable. You should probably stop outsourcing your IT to India.

@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@LloydsBank @creva @LloydsBank is making many decisions that are alienating their once valued customers. Like many big businesses they are putting profits and dividends ahead of customer engagement and customer satisfaction.

Kim Frinton (@drowsyfire) reported@LloydsBank @Toyahsmam The app is NOT "up and runnng". I have within the last five minutes received the "technical issues" message when trying to verify a payment via the app.
