    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    A totally frustrating experience trying to get thru to @LloydsBank today to deal with a credit card issue. The app bot useless. Waited ages on the phone the usual message, ' we are particularly busy atm', waited ages again, cut off rudely by the call person and still waiting...!

    @StufferSuitcase @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank They have staff to pay, who may now struggle to pay rent and afford food. I don’t care what the issue is, there are ways of addressing issues that don’t **** about with the lives of ordinary folk.

    @LloydsBank trying to log in app. Says I logged in too many times and need to reset. Try resetting password on app and desktop but says can't do it. I'm going round in circles..I am deaf so ic ant calll

    @LloydsBank Thanks Neha. All was sorted after 9 months, but your customer service teams did need a course in customer care and compassion. Why ask to speak to someone, who I've just told them has recently died?
