@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank How about answering MY question? My parents banked with lloyds for over fifty years and now they have passed away it seems loyalty means nothing! lies and lip service is all I have had from the bank in two months! you ignore my legal rights and your regulator. no one cares!

@LloydsBank According to other users on this site I’m not the only one. It doesn’t seem to like wifi I’ve found out; it’s never had this problem before, I expect it’s since an iOS update. You might want to let your developers know.

@LloydsBank Avoid 1 - misrepresented mortgage information, costing me thousands of pounds. 2 - wait for hours each day trying to change my mortgage but lloyds technical issue is not allowing me too. 3 - Constantly dropping calls and not calling back.

@LloydsBank I can not get access to my account due to a technical issue your end....i have been trying tonget access for weeks which is costing me money and is not my fault. Tech dept are meant to be looking into it but surely 24hrs is long enough. I have a further complaint 17449783
