@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Due to having an old Lloyds TSB account and an I.T error we can’t access savings online via app or browser and need to make a transfer. Been told it can’t be done over phone or in branch so how are we meant to access our money?!

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank No it doesnt help we have contacted amozon they say there is nothing wrong and today the bank have said its a subscription that he hasnt set up so what are we supposed to do now ? i would like to know why your security hasnt flagged it as it looks like its from the us ?

@LloydsBank your customer service is horrendous. I need to cancel a card which isn’t possible online (broken link), & you’ve hung up on me twice after going through all the details on your automated service while I wait for an advisor. Complete waste of my time & still unresolved
