@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Hi John, I finally got through to someone after waiting for like an hour. He didn't advise why he transferred me. An agent was able to help me to an extent, and the investigation takes up to 45days. I guess I'll have to wait for 45 days, after waiting for over a month.

@LloydsBank my husband has been on the phone for 5 hours and transferred 9x (4 of which were back and forth) all to get bud online account access back up. Your system is terrible.
