@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank trying to sort this via phone. Yes POA setup. Lloyds need to realise they have some severe issues with the way they handle vulnerable customers. Some of your staff are excellent (Tracy in POA team), whilst others have caused no end of harm.

@LloydsBank Update - out of 3 login attempts this morning I only received a single code. It arrived much too late to be usable as the system had automatically returned me to the start of logging in.

@LloydsBank So that's no help whatsoever, local bank basically closed to anyone that works and mobile bank is not even in same county. I assume you don't want new accounts and we should look elsewhere for a bank

I am sick to death with @LloydsBank I spent 2 hours on the phone with them today, about as helpful as a chocolate t cup. What has happened to customer services!! it does not exist anymore. I have no access to my personal account and I cannot access my business account either

@LloydsBank Literally zero use to me. Every time I speak to you, the time gets longer. It was initially 4 days, then 5 days for an acknowledgment, now 8 weeks. I’m losing money and you’re causing me great anxiety. Your apologies mean nothing as they are empty and do not help in the slightest

@LloydsBank No, I have been in a very frustrating multi hour phone round, no explanation on that just that there was a note in the file that it couldn't be verified. I don't have my original phone and I can't get voice password so I'm stuck in US with no access to the account.
