Last 10 days have spoken to a dozen advisors, only 1 seemed to know their product.

Rob (@Running_Far_) reported@LloydsBank It doesn't help the fact that there are no branches within 15miles or 30minutes of where I live, and that I happen to work when the branches are open. Internet banking is supposed to be easier...
