    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I have also sent series of complaints and yet nothing has been done..... Just get this sorted out and stop all giving me all this unnecessary stress and headache.... What more do you guys want exactly???? Just simply release my account so I can access my money..

    @bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.

    @GregHadfield @LloydsBank Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iran…etc

    A disgraceful service from @LloydsBank new credit card blocked on first use abroad. Online chat a waster of time. Called and transferred twice before a 40 minute- wait-time automated message.

    @BankofScotland @LloydsBank what a shocking service go in to make a complaint. To be told wait 10-15 mins till they are set up! Why not ready when they open. Send account statements our name another details. Breech of GDPR. Will complain in writing as breach obviously don’t care.

    @LauraPidcock @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK France has a “right to a bank account” policy, and there is also the Bank of France, which can be contacted if banks refuse to provide services to a company or an individual customer

    @LloydsBank Also a note to the call handler who was instructing me on how to use the Apple Wallet by putting the digits, since the card is not activated, it doesn’t work!!! Please train your customer facing support team!! Utterly tragic!
