    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank Yes again it cannot show pending transactions, this is a regular occurrence, never had this issue with the Halifax

    @LloydsBank is a total disgrace. The worst customer service in the UK. Their online banking is a total shambles and there's no helpline!

    @drunkensquib @JackMFoster @LloydsBank And now that I’ve swapped I can’t access my Halifax. But it sounds like Lloyd banking group apps are down. I checked their website and there is no update to say service is down

    @LloydsBank I need help your staff have just put the phone down on us when we are trying to sort out my mother in laws block on her card. I am going to have to try and take an 81 year old lady to a branch when you have closed most of them

    @LloydsBank my 78 year old mother was humiliated in your Accrington branch for asking for help checking a potential scam text message. Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!
