    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I’m going back into branch on Monday. If I don’t get any joy from this, I’ll be back in touch. The account is basically a child savers account, which you transferred soul ownership to my child and removed adult access without even notifying us.

    @LloydsBank asks me to turn on notifications then get error message I've reset app etc still same . same for last 4.5 hours totally useless , cant go back to halifax app now either zero control over my money , pathetic

    @LloydsBank bank recent hires are the worst and rudest support ive experience in my life ive made a formal complaint nearly a week ago heard nothing back ive now opened a new bank account with another bank so done with lloyds
