MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.

Sam (@Aishanie2) reported@LBGplc Extremely disappointed with @LloydsBank customer service is the worst. My partner withdrew a large amount of money and wasn’t given an envelope. When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
