    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank went into branch to open an account, YOUR website says can be opened online,via telephone or IN BRANCH,our branch wont open it, we have to do it online. Bye Lloyds
