@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank over 40 minutes on the phone to be cut off and then another 20 minutes on hold waiting for an advisor to be cut off yet again! Live chat on the app also unavailable. Multiple calls over the past months for an ongoing, unresolved issue. Disgrace.

Fascinating the assumptions that go into help content. @LloydsBank has loads to say about depositing cheques through the app, but no info on how to do that in a branch. What’s the process? Need appointment? Need any documents?(Cheque amount is above app limit)
