@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank I did try a different browser ... Same result. I can access everything except international transfers. "Customer service" number 03453000116. Why 14 working days to make a transfer (at twice the cost) of remittance apps?

@LloydsBank Quite shocked how impossible it is to get through to an advisor on your main phone line. Simply want to make an appointment at local branch now that we have relevant paperwork for personal account. In a category which doesn't allow online #banks

LloydsBank Yes. It was a tragedy of errors ... I was calling about a credit card transaction, they sent me to debit cards dept; at one stage l was transferred to The Halifax. No other organisation has wasted so much of my time for so little outcome.

@BarclaysUKHelp So frustrating, I did exactly the thing you asked me to do to change my address from abroad, I paid sending fees, and apparently when I'm calling your center, they told me : It's not okay... I did exactly the same thing with @LloydsBank and it's been FINE ! HELP

@LloydsBank hi, my app keeps crashing and not allowing me to transfer money? - issue only started after IOS 15 was installed I’m also unable to set up “save to change” and keeps coming up error code 4865. This has been going on for months. Any ideas?

@LloydsBank yes, you have to back out to your accounts, so thankfully you can still make transactions, but my point still stands: my choice is my choice, and I should be able to OK things as they are, and this still needs a fix.
