    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank your cust servc misguided saying no queu but you expect customers to pay for international call and wait for 40 mins?otherwise block the account? you need to look to better telephone support

    @LloydsBank colleagues said they were unable to assist. I told them the money went to another Lloyds account and after payment i was blocked! was told it was more of a police matter! Sp spent another hour on the phone reporting to be given a crime ref no, called back and still no support

    @LloydsBank I'm being told that because of Royal Mail strikes it might be longer and there is no facility to use a courier company to get it out quicker. Do you think leaving customers without access to their money for that long is acceptable?

    @LloydsBank Hello Evelyn, I’ve had no word from anyone at Lloyd’s with an update despite my complaint. This is causing me stress because my wife has to have surgery so I need to access my account to transfer funds. Please advise thanks
