@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

Rather helpfully it was @LloydsBank blocking the payment and asking me to confirm if this was me via text. Surely it registers as customer not actually being present for Sainsbury’s online? All for increased security but this seems a bit silly.

@LloydsBank In a matter of life or death situations like this should not be followed by the rules/books I was willing to take responsibilities, pay for the courier had similar issues with Barclays Bank and they send CC to me by courier abroad I'm disappointed/negligence

@LloydsBank hi I am trying to open a new savings account. App won't let me because it says I don't live in the UK. For some reason my address isn't online. I try to update it but has technical issues. I try to call but after go through security I'm told I can't hold. Help please.
