SuitcaseStuffer (@StufferSuitcase) reported@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank You don’t care if the issue is criminal? You don’t care if it’s proceeds of crime or money laundering?? And you’re a councillor? Gosh.

Christian Whiteman (@HomoSapien2pt0) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank how's it feel - having your own authoritarian piss forced down your throat

Arvandor (@Arvandor131295) reported@StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank @grok what are the most likely reasons fir debanking a media site? Could criminal activity be a possible reason?
-
Jools (@stonermcjail) reported@LloydsBank I am currently with the Halifax, which you are closing and am being forced to join you. Looking at your twitter feed, it looks like you do a pretty bad service to your customers, including @TheCanaryUK. If possible I will change banks before Halifax closes forever.

Luke (@luketerenceb_x) reported@LloydsBank your app is down again

The British Libertarian (@libertyforbrits) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK It's not a precedent though, it was happening long before this time. It's bad but you only spoke up when it's an ideological ally. They suck but shouldn't be debanked. It's only a principal when you support it for your enemies.

Andy (@cluttat) reported@JVoiceLiberatio @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank If the NCA or other govt. agency has requested a payment is frozen it’s quite likely that even Lloyds won’t know why, they just have to comply. They wont even be able to tell the customer why/who is leaning on them.Had similar when worked for another bank years ago, quite awkward

Umbong Umbongo (@umbongo666) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iran…etc
