    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank The account was created by my dad for me when I was a child and I recently gained access to it. There has been money going into it every month for 20 or so years. I have been unable to make a transaction since gaining access and going into branch.

    @LloydsBank Salaries left our business account overnight as usual - but not received by me or my staff first thing. Mine has just hit (HSBC) but others are still missing theirs. Is there a general problem? Do we know when it will be sorted?

    @LePlonge @LloydsBank I have exactly the same problem. I have rung them 4 or 5 times now and each time it’s about 45 mins waiting for someone to answer so that I can access my savings. Can’t wait to ditch this bank.
