    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I was impacted by the data breach on 12th March and contacted Lloyds that morning on X and later via the app support. But I have had no communication from Lloyds on this. I hear today that others have received compensation.

    Dear @LloydsBank please respect your customers time. I shouldn't have to spend my lunch hour in the bank waiting to do a transaction and there be only on cashier. Im sorry that isbt good enough customer service. Do better

    @IngleKeviningle @LloydsBank Oh I can get someone to pick up the phone, but not the correct department. The correct department aren't picking up at all. Six working days later, all everyone else at Lloyds can say is "All we can suggest is that you keep trying". ????

    @LloydsBank please could you help me get in contact with someone at customer services? I have been attempting to do this via the app for over 12 hours now, but I do not get any response. This is very inefficient.

    @LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

    @sharpy741 @LloydsBank agree - i've been with lloyds for 40 years, but they are now utter shite.. no branches, no cashpoints, **** customer service, no loyalty. time to take the money elsewhere. btw @LloydsBank , that means you will not benefit from the 7 figure sum sitting in an ISA looking for a home
