    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank Phone line long wait time, then cut off. Online banking is not #accessible - verifications cause issues, unclear instructions. If the person is not tech savvy this causes stress and mistakes. They wanted to check accounts /move money - they shouldn't have needed support for this.

    @financialombuds 1. Ombudsman Jan O’Leary is about as useful to customer complaints as a fart in a thunderstorm. Lloydsbank did not follow the FCA principle rules when they made changes to our mortgage, I know this because the FCA have told me. She has the power to investigate this complaint.

    Lloyds bank suspended my account again! Spend anything over a tenner and they think there is suspicious/fraud activity. Worst customer service ever, don’t even bother to make a customer courtesy call. Now I’ve got a 30 minute wait time to speak to someone, morons @LloydsBank
