@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank bonjour Lloyds just spoke to a helpful lady on the phone to then wait 25 mins on hold to be told the team cannot help me :( you turned my student account into a graduate account whilst I’m still studying apparently I need to go to a branch to sort this? Is that true?

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank still not got our travel insurance documents/policy no. in the post or via email. Upgraded to platinum club account, undergone the medical screening,paid premium to cover existing conditions. Onhold for an hour. Poor service so far - please help

@LloydsBank Hi there, my partner needs to issue a cheque to DVLA for his license fee. Can he get an individual cheque in a branch or do we need to order an entire book? Also as it's a joint account if I order the cheque/book will his name also appear?
