  @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

  @HalifaxBank @G1xr2 I can access Halifax online, + app= was good >now with rebranding had to change my Lloyd's online memorable info & password fine. Yet not all transactions carried over =incomplete. Downloaded but can't access lloyds app as it doesn't recognise my updated details 😡 @LloydsBank

  @LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.

  So my bank @LloydsBank has 3 members of staff standing around trying to force people to use the automated machines which are all down my I add, yet none of them go back behind the kiosk to open up more registers, make it make sense

  @CapitaPlc update- they're being slow and so are my lawyers. They're waiting for more people to die. @LloydsBank much have a shitload of complaints about them because the @financialombuds STILL hasn't appointed an investigator to the complaint I made OVER 30 days ago. Modern Britain.
