@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank So your resolution is to advice me to call the same number again, hold for another 50 sth minutes, and then get steamed again and so on? What a customes help @LloydsBank amazing kick of to start with. Is there anybody else working in this bank who can really help?

@LloydsBank Got put through to the fraud team by your colleagues suggestion, waited 45 mins to get through to then be told they can't help and to go back to the original team who answered. Now on hold again waiting for them. Not good enough

@LloydsBank Your authorisation screen for online payments has not been working for me for many weeks now. No issues using my cards for any transactions not requiring the authorisation screen online. Customer service helpline consistently has a wait time of over an hour.

@LloydsBank I have spent the last 3 days on the phone to Lloyds and had no success. The app is not working as it is saying that is is sending a verification to my iPhone but no such verification has arrived despite me checking 3 times with the bank that the correct number is registered

@LloydsBank The issue has been resolved, but I just thought, if this much hassle to send £280 to an account in my name, how much more to send, say, £4000? I shouldn't feel harassed each time I open the Lloyd's Bank app. That's all I'm saying.
