@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@StufferSuitcase @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank They have staff to pay, who may now struggle to pay rent and afford food. I don’t care what the issue is, there are ways of addressing issues that don’t **** about with the lives of ordinary folk.

@LloydsBank Can someone who is not (yet) a customer, use the banking app to apply for a product, or to contact you about an application?

@tonywatson54 @GregHadfield @LloydsBank Or it's just a call centre operator who's working for a pittance, micro-managed every time they go for a piss, that don't want to waste time reasoning with an insufferable Pro-Paltard who picks the lowest hanging of fruits to make a point and then acts with righteous indignation.

@LloydsBank No. Every time I get put through it is a 40 minute wait - not a cheap option calling from the USA!!! Three times your ‘help desk ’ has put me through just to get this recorded message. First day of holiday wasted trying to sort this out.

@declassifiedUK @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK France has a “right to a bank account” policy, and there is also the Bank of France, which can be contacted if banks refuse to provide services to a company or an individual customer

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.
