    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    It’s a real shame @HalifaxBank is being swallowed up. I moved across to @LloydsBank 3 weeks ago & already feel I’m getting poorer services & less access/flexibility to my accounts - I literally feel like a hostage re. lack of mobile autonomy.

    @MrsAA55 @LloydsBank Was passed between 7 people on one call to @LloydsBank last week. Not one was able to resolve my problem, neither were any of them interested in doing so. Raised complaint, got ref number. Guess what, can’t get through to Complaints Team. ‘High volume of calls….use online Chat’

    @LloydsBank I have been a lifelong Halifax customer now Lloyds. Why does it continue to take 20 seconds for the app to authenticate and open my accounts? Will you be able to improve this?
