    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I just want to take a mortgage holiday up to value of overpayments we’ve made as the fence came down in the storm in feb. But it’s such a painful process of getting to the point you can even ask how to do it!

    @LloydsBank Yes, I’ve called numerous times. It’s after all my details are entered.. That it cuts out and the wait it’s 30 mins plus.. Again - can someone contact me to replace my card? Or we going to keep going back and forth about your system not working?

    @LloydsBank has anyone else had their credit card limit slashed for no reason. And been told by Lloyds they only get increased by random invitation. Customer service don't care about customers anymore. I have banked with Lloyds since 1978. Think it's time to go

    @LloydsBank There are not. Last update don the 7th March and if I try to force it to update it says my software is up to date. App & phone software are up to date, issue persists when on mobile instead of wifi, reinstall made no difference. There is a genuine problem with the app right now.

    @LloydsBank the android app has been broken for all of March so far. Is there a fix in flight? The recent reviews on the Play Store should show how widespread a problem this is but I don't see any mention of it being addressed.

    @LloydsBank Utterly useless. I have been referred to complaints… who have a longer wait time than customer services. Are you actually trying to lose customers?

    @LloydsBank Are you having issues with card authorisation? Mastercard declined 3 times in a week for online purchases. Works fine if done via PayPal. Can't speak to anyone on the phone. Need it resolving ASAP as I have insurance to pay for.
