@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

Anyone else having issues making payments with a @LloydsBank or @tsb card? Sainsbury's couldn't take payment for today's order through either card, luckily my partner banks elsewhere so he saved the day as we're covid isolating so can't go out to get food!

@LloydsBank It’s not just me, it’s multiple people having the same issue. Can you make the wallet pay team aware of this please. As I’d like to use Apple Pay and not always bring my card.

@LloydsBank My card, using Apple Pay, was declined in a transaction which was around £300 and I assumed due to amount. But later declined on a transaction under £5 but no reason why on app or had any messages why. How do I make sure there is no issue? Thanks

@LloydsBank Been given a Business Card with mobile but it just takes messages. So if our money was in there that's it! Happy to call up to introduce - this is not customer service.

@LloydsBank No as it’s a well known issue as you’ve changed 3D settings. Yes I use the app but it doesn’t get that far, the message says it’s processing and will need to open banking app soon, it doesn’t get any further. I did even open app but there is no where to accept the payment

@LloydsBank @Joesph30365977 I'm in the same situation @LloydsBank , specialist unable to see any activity on their systems. Apple and Visa have said they have no isses on their end and it's definitely a banking issue. What's going on Lloyds?! Unacceptable in the 21st century.

@LloydsBank I can’t add my card to Apple Pay, I’ve spoken to loads of people and they are all experiencing the same issue. The message reads CARD NOT ADDED- contact card issuer for more information. Are your servers down or something???

@LloydsBank I have just contacted them, they still can not see any issues with ApplePay. Despite this there are so many of my friends & family who are also unable to add their cards to ApplePay anymore as of yesterday. What is doing on??!! Are there on going maintenance works right now?
