    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @pohare551 @LloydsBank Yep, absolute shambles. I’ve had a similar message completely contradicting the previous comms that everything remains the same, and that offers and options are available. I’m requested a formal complaint be raised to the Halifax to Lloyds customer migration team.

    @debbiejohnson1 @LloydsBank Its same issue for me. useless waited for 2 hrs in 2 different calls and now need to goto bank. Closing account is the better thing i am doing

    @LloydsBank just moved from Halifax to Lloyds app and it's stuck in a turn on notifications loop, accept it, then get you're having tech issues. Any chance this being fixed sometime soon?
