@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Yes I’ve logged in, filled the little questionnaire in and then it just comes up with “we are unable to fulfill this request please call customer services on…” or something along this lines :). We are buying a house and want the joint account for bills

@LloydsBank I’m not sure. Was on hold for 2 hours trying to get a hold of international banking team. I’m currently out of the country (phone bill will be ridiculous) and still no answer on query that I’ve had for over a week !! Appalling service

@LloydsBank just experienced appalling customer service. Apparently even asking to log a complaint wil take 30 mins of your time...on top of the hour you spent having someone NOT deal with your issue. Dreadful. Someone from Lloyds, get in touch to resolve
