@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.

@LloydsBank @Shammoz I spoke to a grumpy guy there this morning, who did remove the block [eventually]. Their system is chaotic and the guy wasnt polite at all.

@ant_hkuk @cryptomaniqxc @LloydsBank My best guess would be that Lloyd’s have outsourced customer support to India - inherently nothing wrong with that as long as the folks there have the right ability to assist with all our support needs

@LloydsBank I keep getting a message saying "something went wrong" when trying to pay my credit card through the app, is there an issue at the moment?

@LloydsBank what a terrible customer service you’ve got… Our card has been used in fraud transactions and despite you reassuring the amount is not going to be deducted, while it was pending, not only it has, but you now stall and do nothing… appalling service Shame on you

@TheEye02715156 @GregHadfield @LloydsBank Sadly, Israeli people are experts at lying, bombing, and shooting innocent people in the back. Which is why it is best to block them all.

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.

@sharpy741 @LloydsBank i have looked after my cards quite well, putting them in a wallet, making sure they don't get bent or wet but without fail they just stop working randomly, resulting in me having to call up, get a new one and change all my details on websites
