@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank I won’t be clicking on the link to complain. I’ve complained before & what should be done clearly has not been done. I’ve raised in store numerous time, so I won’t be doing it any more. All you have to do is get someone in authority & TELL them to fix the machine. TELL them!

@LloydsBank my son is in Bali and his online banking has been suspended, he now has no way of accessing or transferring his funds within his accounts. He is obviously very stressed as now has no access to his money. He cannot call you as no credit on his phone help!!!!!!
