  @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

  Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the ridiculous steps we have to take. Updating on various accounts. Technically this should be possible!!!

  A street vendor’s customer service is far better than @LloydsBank . I’m trying to unblock my card. I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and I’ve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

  @LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.
