MisterDaz (@MisterDaz) reported from Ellesmere Port, England@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and I’ve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
