    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank Hi Gavin, yes, it is link with previous massages. I don't have active account. My account is dormant. I have old user ID, but not working. I have downloaded the mobile bank app last 2 weeks back. it requires verification code which you send via postal mail and have no access.

    @LloydsBank It is dormant, I have a letter to say it’s been found but the woman just said it’s closed. It wasn’t any help at all. I don’t want to keep going back to be told nothing different.

    @BrynnyPoohs @LloydsBank NatWest, their app constantly gets voted best around. Been with them since birth, never had any major problems with them. I’ve also got an online account with starling and I’ve had no problems with them either.

    @LloydsBank Hi Adelina I spoke to customer service a couple of days ago and they’ve said there was a block in my card and it would be sorted in 30 mins. I’ve just tried to make another payment and it’s been declined.

    @LloydsBank No, they couldn’t. They advised nothing apart from to come back which would’ve been another 2 hour round trip. A complete waste of time. And even now you won’t help!!! “Always with you” total rubbish!!!
