    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank How long on average does it take you to take ownership and put a customer account back into the online system that you apparently accidentally removed all visibility and access to? So far, we are up-to 10 days and about 3 hours of unreturned customer phone calls? 👏

    @Neil955i @LloydsBank Good old speculation - not every outage is a cyber attack. It was a DNS issue according to AWS themselves, nothing more.

    iPhone offloaded my @LloydsBank app. Reinstalled. “We need to call you” — defaulted to **NoNumber** and call failed. So now have to wait 3-5 days for an OTP in the post. You have just lost a customer.

    @LloydsBank an hour to wait to see someone yet you got 4 staff standing around doing nothing at all absolutely shocking when you need help asap this is Plymouth branch
