    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines werenโ€™t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I have a friend abroad who cannot call you and needs to set up online banking again/various issues with phone numbers etc. Is there an email address he can use to contact you initially please as itโ€™s too complex here to explain?

    @PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their โ€œsafe custodyโ€ service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.

    @LloydsBank live chat/support - 59 minutes and 2 messages responded to. Not only do you regularly block payments, you make us jump through hoops to get access to our own money and your support is painful!
