I called on Thursday and was on hold for 2 hours. When I got through, the caller hung up on me. Please fix this issue

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @Subo2020 That how notes written in customers files and actual events differ. Notes-small issue fixed quickly, no action needed and no privacy breach to report. Actual-full blown ICO reportable breach. People should check their DSAR more often
