  @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

  @LloydsBank I have a friend abroad who cannot call you and needs to set up online banking again/various issues with phone numbers etc. Is there an email address he can use to contact you initially please as it’s too complex here to explain?

  @LloydsBank The message part just directed me to phone - minimum of 20 minute wait. Very poor service on the app, both the fact that the payments failed but then worked and the error message asks you to try again hence duplicate payments and I’m out of pocket

  @LloydsBank so you failed my payments 4 times earlier, they all sent in succession around 4 hours ago one after another and it credited my other bank. I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80£ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy

  Applied for a bank account weeks ago now, as told 4-8 working days for account to be created... kept getting emails "sorry for delay we are working on it" but now absolutely sod all for days! @LloydsBank whats going on?

  @LloydsBank can’t access the cashback extras in the app, raised a complaint to be told it’s not a bank issue. Why then are multiple users reporting this on this platform and you’re telling them it’s a technical issue?! My complaint wasn’t upheld! Have I been lied to?

  @LloydsBank your app’s message when it wasn’t working properly was to try again or leave it later. I tried to make a payment twice before giving up. Both times it said it failed, despite that two payments have now left my account. Tried calling you but can’t get through to anyone

  @LloydsBank Are you aware of any issues with the cashback section of your app? It does nothing whenever I try to click on anything related to cashback. I can't view the current offers, or any offers I've opted in to. The rest of the app works fine & I'm using the latest version.
