@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank That's a right pain in the proverbial. Please will you pass this back to the appropriate team that this is a customer 'need' I'm not always at my PC and using the internet site on iphone is not easy/convenient

@LloydsBank Seriously I’m not that bothered, it’s your problem not mine. I’m more annoyed that I can’t just go in a branch and open a bank acct for my daughter. We have now walked into Metro Bank and we were able to open an acct straight away no issues!!! Maybe you can learn from this!!
