@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Not hsbc. They assist on unsavoury activities. Not Barclays. Cash is king. Get an accountant who knows the difference between the spirit of the law and the rule. Avoid not evade. Unless you can evade. I hear ***** banks may be an issue.

@LloydsBank Thank you Tony. Credit to you. A pity it has taken several days for this to be acknowledged. Howver if human error it indicates a training requirement. It also requires a change to your Twitter header which still says 24/7.

@LloydsBank I opened an 11-15 account around 18 month ago. I now see you do a new account smart save. Can the account be moved over to this and keep same debit card and log in ?
