    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I suspect you won't find one customer who is pleased to see that feature removed. Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.

    They are completely useless I have four accounts with them and after three months the app is still not working. Just get emails saying they are working on it. Force you down the app route then can't get it working @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.
