@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Damian Roberts, the only email he's sent (promising an update in a 'few days') was 17th May. We feel as if our little charity in memory of our daughter means nothing to Lloyds. We just wish we'd known this was the service we were to receive and we wouldn't have applied to Lloyds.

@LloydsBank It’s being done as I write because it’s clear from tweets you’ve had a problem all day, but blamed other banks and 3rd parties. Your fraud team is totally inadequate to respond and that’s in you.

@LloydsBank Totally unacceptable response .this has been going on all day and you are going to cause people to incur late payment charges because you have caused problems and won’t own up to it. Complaint being registered. You pay any late payment charges. Not our fault.

@LloydsBank I’ve tried both debit and credit. Also rang up the company and they tried both. They’ve experienced no problems this morning with transactions.

@Jez8136 @LloydsBank Being told that a payment is being delayed because of fraud check. An hour to wait to speak to the Fraud Dept because they're all working from home - honest! This needs sorting immediately or if we are charged interest because of Lloyds - they pay it!
