  @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

  Hey @LloydsBank having spent an hour on the phone & forced to go to a branch now sat with a 30min wait as they are busy.. A simple request made difficult with a computer says no response.. Even put barriers in place to complain.. Thanks for the 40 years of business #AWFUL

  Hi, I'm having problems online shopping. My payment keeps getting declined, yet there is money in the account and the card isn't frozen. Main concern is I have DDs coming out over the next week, the worry is they won't be paid. Never had an issue when it was Halifax. @LloydsBank

  @LloydsBank is a ******* joke, I have multiple agents telling me im using a card that doesn’t exist, im literally holding the card im trying to use, its in my hands, but no, to hard to comprehend and doesn’t warrant security concerns that your system thinks im using a card that literally doesn’t exist, as im trying to use my actual card. Idk how more plainly i can type it, your support is ******* ***.

  Discusting service by @LloydsBank been trying to fix the issue with authorising of payments for days now telling me I have to go into branch with id. im disabled and housebound and no family ican't get there and rely on food delivery's to be told can't help DONT BANK HERE PPL!!
