@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Yup, replacement debit card wasn’t reordered. Not particularly helpful response when I rang to see what was happening. It has been now but here I am without one for another 5 days. It just seemed like from the call it was my fault. Not a lot of acceptance of error.

If you're considering setting up a bank account with @LloydsBank, run. Honestly, you'll be better off putting your money under your pillow. That way you'd at least have access to it.

@LloydsBank Why? Why are you facing so many calls? Do Lloyds have a liquidity problem and so holding onto to customers’ cash. Smells fishy to me #bankrun #Lloyds
