    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank The fact I have to call, from overseas, where you have no local number, no way for you to call me, no way to resolve it over email, no local office to visit, is so disappointing that I'll 100 percent be closing my account (and it's sizeable) once I get access back. Disgraceful.

    @LloydsBank your automated calls still don't work with the Australian Telstra network. I've lost access to my account for months now. Any update? I tried calling but it's rather expensive from Australia. Is there really no local line I can call? Or email? Pretty unimpressed.

    @LloydsBank error code 131513. Unable to transfer funds for two days. Called the phone number stated. On call for one hour. Said should have been sorted yesterday 😔😡

    @LloydsBank I had an email to register for motor insurance self service centre. I can’t do this. It wants my mother’s maiden name - 6th character. It’s only 4 letters long. There is no 6th character. Please advise.

    @exon157 @LloydsBank We experienced an issue where some transactions were not processing successfully via the live payment gateway between 12:28 and 12:34. Transaction processing has returned to normal and we are monitoring systems closely.

    @LloydsBank I can't log into it... Because I can't receive that automated call properly. It calls. I answer. It hangs up before it even speaks. I'm stuck here. I cannot access my account. I'm getting very frustrated. At this rate when I get back in I'm liable to move my money out to NatWest

    Dealing with @LloydsBank so painful. Card got blocked. Rang through. 15 mins wait. Can I take your card details please? Yep, it's been blocked. You need to speak to our fraud team. Back of the queue! Does anyone ever think about customer experience. Ever.

    Is anyone having problems paying with contactless with #natwest @NatWest_Help my card had been declined 4 times now in the last 2 hrs! Had to use my @LloydsBank account to buy our Friday night beers! #almostadisaster #thankgodforlloydsbank
