    @LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I will take him down to the bank again with the id and see if they will do it now. Not a quick or easy job as he has been ill with long covid for two years. No, we are not waiting til October to get the passport back and use that.

    @LloydsBank I have responded to your customer services, and still await hearing from them. I was asked in one call the best way for them to contact me. I said by phone call, they sent a text. Is this how they mock and get their laughs by being as awkward as possible?

    @LloydsBank I am trying to make a payment and you’ve stopped it and I cannot get through to anyone, it won’t ID me despite going via app call… and now you’ve locked me out of my account. No idea what to do. Customer service and internet banking people no help. Need fraud team.

    @LloydsBank Using my debit card, platinum if that makes any difference? Called the number on back of card each time and get transferred all over until someone understands. It’s a communication issue between sage and yourselves since the new security updates.

    @LloydsBank trying to open accounts for my teenager, whose £3k is currently in my account. Grandparents have banked with you for years. Went to branch- can’t help us until end Aug. Told to try online. Tried online 1/

    @LloydsBank P.S. My argument is Banking Consultant can phone to introduce. Call Centre can see diary to make an appointment. Why when you have a genuine question the call centre can NOT make calls out - we are expected to do the 40 mins plus to get through and 40 mins told to issue complaint

    @LloydsBank Having to wait for my call to be answered for over 90 minutes is a complete joke. Why does it seem that customer service has been forgotten in order to preserve profits. Invest in your customers or lose them!!!
