    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines werenโ€™t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @arrowsmithlesl1 @LloydsBank My mum did the same. Lifelong customer lost her local bank. Moved to another and now they are going. Sheโ€™s pretty switched on but at 93 she does not want online banking.
