@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank is there any way at all I'm able to contact the loan team on any way other than the phone? With the hours I'm working I'm not able to contact them, and when trying on breake etc the wait is long and I have limited time. Chat on the app are very unhelpful.

@LloydsBank they say it has to be my holding branch. which only opens during unacceptable hours. what i also don’t understand is why i had a block removed on saturday and another one was placed on immediately after. fancy giving me my £18500

@LloydsBank Maybe I just didn’t log in properly too many times. I’m really forgetful, it doesn’t even prompt was the “memorable phrase” is supposed to mean, it’s on the app but I completely forgot that’s what that was. Thank you though

@thatsatanicpony @LloydsBank Mine was my Adobe subscription, literally ever 2 seconds they popped up, for about 10 minutes. I had to turn the notifications off. @LloydsBank there is obviously an issue
