@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Standard in app purchase via Apple Pay says authenticating with your card issuer (Lloyds credit card). Handoff never returns. Always slow but has worked before this afternoon.

@ODEONCinemas why are my @LloydsBank club Lloyds reward cinema ticket codes not being accepted online today? Have tried my 4 remaining codes and not one works, says voucher number incorrect with each one! Used 2 of the 6 tickets previously no problem.

@LloydsBank @MsOirishEyes Mine was 1hr38 on hold then a further 35 mins having my issue looked into (much of that spent on hold too) - I absolutely can’t fault the guy who helped me…but 2 hours 13 mins to report an urgent fraud issue? 😬
