  @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

  Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the laborious steps we have to take. Updating accounts like PayPal etc should be automatic?! Technically this should be possible??

  @LloydsBank Yep can’t access anything - time to leave Lloyds their app has been poor for a while , earn no interest on anything it’s all take take take tbh

  @arrowsmithlesl1 @LloydsBank My mum did the same. Lifelong customer lost her local bank. Moved to another and now they are going. She’s pretty switched on but at 93 she does not want online banking.

  @SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.

  Hi @LloydsBank I am unable to log in to the application. I no longer live in the UK and do not have access to a UK mobile number. How can I reset my password and recover my memorable information?I was previously a student in the UK, but I am now living in my home country.

  @LloydsBank @Doctoranarchy84 He didn't ask for help with more app issues, he asked for compo, which he should be entitled to for the inconvenience, but again your ignore that.
