@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank You know those middle aged angry white ladies that are mean to service staff at restaurants because they had a bad day

  • NotoOccupation

@andrewfeinstein @LloydsBank Yes, and who ordered the debanking and why? Perhaps Lloyds will be required explain to @TheFCA how debanking a customer without explanation is compliant with Consumer Duty rules?

  • leeboywelsh1
    Lee (@leeboywelsh1) reported

@LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Well done, Greg. That's me out. This and the Canary issue. My money is going elsewhere.

@declassifiedUK @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK I dont beleive you, I worked in thia area for a long time. Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened

@LloydsBank @GeoffMo04084028 Don't bother complaining they take 6 weeks to respond with the most pathetic letter ive ever seen. Basically yeah we had and issue sorry if it inconvenienced you. I hope we have explained how we came to our decision!!!

  • StufferSuitcase
    SuitcaseStuffer (@StufferSuitcase) reported

@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank Because IF there were to be an issue like that (and I am certainly not saying there is, as we don’t know, nor that it would be the Canary’s fault if there were!), well, those sums would be paid out of the proceeds of crime.
