@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank on hold@for more than 50 minutes so far trying to resolve an URGENT problem on phone banking. Absolutely furious 😡😡 and the message keeps saying how “particularly busy” they are. It has been saying that for 2 years: UNACCEPTABLE!!

@LloydsBank What is the route hotline, how do you sign up for sms & why, as a customer of this branch, have I not been told about them? None of your customer services staff seem to be able to get service information either. Why is is not coming today, this service should be sacrosanct!

@LloydsBank absolutely vile customer service from you today. I’m abroad on holiday and been on the phone for over an hour to you to no avail. Blocking cards, declining payments w/ zero answers. I’ve been a Premier Account customer for over 20 years. Not much longer. Atrocious.

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank I have tried an English and American SIM card and I cannot physically call this number. You have blocked access to my banking without any explanation and any means of resolution. I will have no money in a foreign country due to your terrible policies

@LloydsBank Thanks so much. The email address in this location doesn't work - it bounces back. And when I rang the telephone number, the outsourced switchboard said he didn't have a number for the Sponsorship team. Can you please help?

@LloydsBank Yes I know. I did that. Ana waited more than 1 hour before giving up. I will have to try again tomorrow but I will be travelling so it is very difficult. This has happened more than once before and I am sick of it. Shocking service.
