@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank How long is it going to be before you acknowledge there's an issue with your app (again) today? Not just any issue - but the classic Lloyds issue of not being able to open the app at all. I really don't know why Lloyds is the only one of my six Banks that has this problem..
