@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank why is it impossible to close a joint account without both of us having to go into a branch? We both work during the week, we don't live together anymore, we don't fancy a trek to Mordor to find the one true branch open on a Saturday. Its ridiculous and outdated

@LloydsBank #lloyds I have not placed an order with Deliveroo yesterday and the some of MCD’S items where missing, Iv contacted them and they do not want to help. Either the driver has had them away or mistake lies with the restaurant. Either way Iv not revived what I paid for

@LloydsBank I’ve received a letter to call a number regarding my credit card application. The line was busy yesterday so I hung up after waiting a while. It said they would cancel my application if they didn’t hear from me , but I’ve received a card and pin? Help appreciated

@LloydsBank hi, I have access to my Dads account as his PoA and have my own bank card. Internet backing works through web but not through app and can’t make online payments even though you have my phone number for security when I check online. Any idea what I’ve missed to set up?
