    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I have a Premier account and am trying to update my mobile phone insurance. However all I get is a message saying my benefits portal is not set up and will take 48 hours. I tried calling but they couldn’t help.

    @LloydsBank Ah, hello Andy, well there is some faith restored, I don't like being incredibly slowly spoken to by a computer as if I were 5. I just need one thing and I am having to wait 40 minutes. Can you give me a customer services email address please as I have things to send over.

    @LloydsBank The problem we have is our @TrefoilGuild account is a building society account. Can’t pay bacs payment into it. Difficult to withdraw money to pay for activities. And not ideal in this Covid era of needing to do stuff electronically that doesn’t require trips to the bank.

    @LloydsBank How was the account opened and what ID did they see, Is it registered at a problem address and how do they intend to resolve your problem. If there is no money in the Lloyds account how was it withdrawn, if it’s card transactions can they do a Visa Chargeback under section 28?
