@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank When will we get a official update. With at least a estimate Ona possible resolution to this issue. This is affecting people. I personally have anxiety & depression so added worries about paying bills, shopping is not helping. I will incur late fees if I can’t pay😡

@LloydsBank Hi, would this have an affect when trying to use my Credit Card to pay for flights. I have plenty of room on my card but the payment keeps getting knocked back by Qatar Airways. My friend is also having the same issue when trying to book, he also banks with Lloyds. Thanks.
