@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank yes i spoke to the company, i paid using paypal. so i then spoke to paypal, who said it was a mistake, and told me to speak to my bank and when i did i received the worst customer service than from the rest. by a woman named Faith. the purchase was made on the 30th Dec

@LloydsBank I have tried submitting a complaint online, but it does not allow me to do this.I tried calling you and the line keeps getting cut. It would seem that to make a complaint you need to complain about the complaints service first.
