@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@paulwham500 @LloydsBank Well the current home office logo is blue and yellow to stand with Ukraine so are they only hiring Ukrainians? 🤔 but I don’t see you mentioning that Paul so maybe you just have an issue with gay people and that’s the problem here

@LloydsBank you block me putting money on my Revolut card, demand I call the fraud line to get it cleared and then tell me it’s going to be over an hour to get through - seriously? Does over 30 years of being a customer mean nothing?

@LloydsBank I am not spending any more time on the phone arguing about this. @JustPark have just told me they have other Lloyd's customers using the system with no problems so what I've been told thus far is a lie. I want a written response.

No wonder the effing high street is dead! Our local bank has closed down so I came into town after work as nowhere opens before 10am. 5 minutes to 5 and @LloydsBank and French Connection both shut.

Day 6 of @LloydsBank blocking access to my money. Day 6 of why once Lloyd's fixes this situation of why I am leaving this bank. (also thanks Lloyds, I now have missed chances to purchase some stuff for work I wanted... You're doing a bang up job at "protecting" my money...)
