@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank you’ve shut down the entire internet banking on a Saturday night, I cannot access my finances and I cannot get home. There’s GROUPS of people having the same problem next to me. Unless you’re going to reopen the whole thing, you cannot help.

@LloydsBank The link provided in the mail received to provide my proof of ID isn't working and the closest branch is very to my home. What can I do? Should I start the account opening registration again? Or is there a an email address I can send the proof to?

@LloydsBank Have you ever tried their customer service?! I think you have a duty as a big player to liase with them and get them to sort it. There is an absolute 0% chance that you could ever get through to someone who would suggest anything other than rebooting home routers.

MASSIVE **** you to @LloydsBank .. I’m totally stranded mid city rn (1:30am…) with no way back other than to get someone with a different bank 50 miles away to book me a cab. I’m just tryna get back from work man.
