@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

Pretty rubbish that @LloydsBank is too busy to take phone calls to open a new personal bank account as apparently, they are too busy! If that's their service now, I'd rather go elsewhere immediately! Hello @santanderuk

@LloydsBank International: get your act together for international customers. Some of us do not have access to an efficient, reliable postal system depending on the country we are resident. There are more secure ways to email "important documents".

@LloydsBank Afternoon lynne what my problem is I was sent a Lloyds bank prepaid visa mastercard by the royal British Legion to help me in paying towards my utility bills but both companies keep refusing it even though they are given all the details on the card
