    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank I’m a District Leader for large youth charity organisation, which is struggling because of actions & unhelpful “support” from 1 of your branches. Their bank account has been due to “inactivity” despite its regular use! During this period one signatory has passed away

    @LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

    @LloydsBank Lloyds Bank are not providing van insurance anymore so we need to find alternative insurance at renewal . All I want is evidence my proof of no claims! Help

    @LloydsBank Shame on you requiring the latest iOS (which my old phone doesn’t support) to log into the Lloyds banking app. Didn’t realise you were so ageist. Not every mug is going to fork out a grand for the latest iPhone every couple of years! May just go back to Santander

    @LloydsBank hi, called at 5.50pm to reset log-on to be told that your opening hours are 8am to 6pm and nobody could help. That's not very good service!
