@LloydsBank what’s up with your call centres?? Trying to get my card unblocked and been on hold for an hour in total. Was transferred through as the man’s system wasn’t working properly so he couldn’t unblock it and been waiting an hour for someone to even answer the phone

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@lloydsbank I've been on multiple chats and calls being told incorrectly that I'm not able to pay into ANY of my ISAs. In-app payments failed, yet using the website worked, using the exact same action. You have a fault in your app AND gross failure in the training of agents

@LloydsBank would love to say a big thank you to your fraud team who kept me for over an hour and a half for a £0 transaction and still cancelled my card whilst im in another country. My card will be with me in 5 working days IN THE UK. Fat lot of use.

Damn @LloydsBank now have a £500 bank switch offer on their premier account. I already am a premier customer and certain I have done a bank switch already since Jan 2023. Did @BarclaysUK switch a few months ago and got £400.
