@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank your systems are so unstable it makes working life a nightmare with your commercial banking system. Once again I cannot log in and when I have finally got to the make a payment page this is not working correctly.

@LloydsBank I was a lloyds current account customer. I just followed the instructions when I moved over. Didn't do switch as it said to move from another bank which I wasn't. Thanks

@Jayne_A_Stewart @LloydsBank 14 days from the day I opened my account. That’s including weekends. I think their promise is 10 working days so you should be getting your money soon 🤞

Well @LloydsBank you want to make it impossible to spend money I’ll just use ways that skip all the secure authentication so I can spend the money anyway - everything using you as my bank has been hard work! It’s my money just let me spend it

@LloydsBank I cannot think of a bank more useless at customer service than LLOYDS ! 3 times security done - repeated myself 4 times - passed from one team to the other ! Best example of inefficiency! #Useless

@LloydsBank I contacted them yesterday, as there was an issue with my tax code. They confirmed payment had been sent. This happens month after month im paid by the NHS but inexpilcably sometimes it arrives 1 am today still nothing all bacs payments should be released at midnight!
