    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

    @LloydsBank @em_nightreader Whilst Lloyds are having these problens ie THEIR problems they should put special measures in place not expect customers to go through normal 'wading through treacle' measures.

    @LloydsBank So often we read negative reviews about customer service but I just have to mention what amazing customer service my wife received from Lloyds Bank bereavement department this morning. More to follow in comments

    Pathetic from @LloydsBank Been with Halifax Bank since 1972 made mistake of Transferring Apps from Halifax to Lloyds at 3pm today, supposed to be seamless, far from it, 4hrs trying to get access to Bank Accounts, stressful nightmare & wont be staying with you 🀬
