    @LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

    @LloydsBank Another issue; since reporting my card stolen / details compromised my credit card account has now disappeared from my app and online. Why???
