@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank never seen such a bank. Went to the bank to apply for a loan because of an emergency, and I was told I need to be a customer for 6momths at least. A bank where my salary is domiciled?? I need to quit this bank

So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.

@LloydsBank You are a joke! A disgrace! I have to pay a small business that only takes cash £600 Daily limit is £500 and you cannot increase for me for one day an extra £100. This is emergency ****. That is the final for me after 12 years with these clowns.
