@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

@LloydsBank On a call again with Lloyds since 35 minutes and no one is coming on the line. This is poor customer service. Im not able to use my card nor my app and your service is getting worse day by day.

@LloydsBank I want to close my and my partners HTB ISA’s - I tried to close them online but it says there’s an issue and I need to do this in branch - is there anyway we can do this remotely?

@LloydsBank I can't verify via the phone to get access to my online account. It keeps on going to voicemail, is there a problem. I tried to call the helpline and there is a 1 hour wait.

@LloydsBank Gillian, worst service ever, I called & was on hold for 1hr, so I hung up & used Twitter to message, I first spoke to Sophie-Louise, who put me through to PaulR and then he transferred me back to Sophie-Louise who told me to call 0345300000 again, this took more than 1hr.

@LloydsBank you internet banking is awful. Trying to reset memorable information and you call me but don’t accept the code that’s on the screen in front of me!!! Then I have to call you to be told there’s an hour wait! I’m stressed enough caring due my dad without all this!!!
