@LloydsBank why are your branches still only open 9:30-3pm Mon - Fri making it impossible for anyone that works to get in to see someone? My card is now 3 days out of date meaning I can't access my money and no idea if the new card has been stolen in the mail.

As a @LloydsBank customer I'm shocked. I found a wallet containing a large amount of cash today. Within the wallet is a Lloyd's bank card. I called Lloyd's asking if they could contact their customer to let them know I have their wallet. I've been told they will not contact them!
