@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank trying to sort this via phone. Yes POA setup. Lloyds need to realise they have some severe issues with the way they handle vulnerable customers. Some of your staff are excellent (Tracy in POA team), whilst others have caused no end of harm.

@RevolutApp I can’t add money to my account from @LloydsBank who say that you need to update your documentation with them to comply with anti fraud policies. As a result I can’t use my revolut a/c. Its been 2 weeks but I thought it was their problem. They say it isn’t. Sort pls.

@LloydsBank Hi I went to another branch and was again turned away and told to phone, who previously told me to go to branch. I called up only to be hung up on as the line was too busy. Why can no one help? Going round in circles is getting ridiculous
