@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@HEDBNGR @LloydsBank @DavidBu01882175 Aye, I was right. It was nothing to do with cache. It was Amazons cloud thing going down, which meant ANYTHING tied to that also broke. Lloyds, Halifax, R.B.S, blink CCTV, along with many many many things. All broken. Unfortunately its becoming a common occurrence with Lloyds now

@LloydsBank The app worked for a moment but transactions were not showing. I was expecting a payment to come through which showed sent on senders end but not received by Lloyds. App is currently down again.

@LloydsBank How long on average does it take you to take ownership and put a customer account back into the online system that you apparently accidentally removed all visibility and access to? So far, we are up-to 10 days and about 3 hours of unreturned customer phone calls? 👏
