@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

We found an fraudulent @DirectDebitUK entry on our 86yo mother-in-law’s account. She has no knowledge of it, nor was she informed about it. The company is dissolved but @LloydsBank failed to check that & failed to protect their customer. We will call their #fraud dept tomorrow.

@LloydsBank Is there a call back service? Can I use webchat instead?It's a very 00's concern, but my phone contract only has 200 minutes per month because I don't make a lot of 90 minute phone calls and this is about to get very expensive.

@LloydsBank It is not only an inconvenience, it is a complete stress that I don't need and is so upsetting. It is now 2 hours and 15 minutes on hold. A bank needs to be able to help people in this situation.
