@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

Customer service in Lloyds bank @LBGplc has become non-existent. Yesterday I went in to withdraw £1,100. I asked Teller to count cash before giving to me, but she refused. Machine does it so she won't. So when did counting money in a bank become an issue? #badservice #lloydsbank

If there was a branch of @LloydsBank in the town in which I live, I would be in there weekly. But to access a branch I have to drive approximately 15 miles each way. There are no bank branches in the town in which I live. The last one, @HSBC_UK closed about 18 months ago. And like banks, my small, market town has virtually no public transport too.

@LloydsBank have issues with their app, can't set up a new payee to transfer money, and 'try again later/login again' is utterly pointless...
