    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank That’s fine, I just want to check you’re not saying that they should put a trace on it while they’re saying you should put a trace on it. They’ve given me a trace reference - if I give that to your app customer service, will that give Lloyds what you need to follow up on this?

    Time to move away from @LloydsBank, Ive been buying crypto no problems since 2014 and they all of a sudden decide to block my account. Been on hold for 40 mins to fraud to be told they have a specialist crypto team - which had to wait for again to be instantly cut off...

    @LloydsBank what a shambles of a bank you are got a complaint going through I’m on the phone apparently no customer service team and no manager to deal with complaint got to wait three weeks until you even look into it terrible bank

    My credit card payment has gone missing somewhere between @HSBC_UK and @LloydsBank and both sides are (quite condescendingly) refusing to help me. This is unacceptable customer service from both companies. I just need you to talk to each other instead of implying I’m a liar.

    @LloydsBank u asked me to DM you i did and the person said oh u need to call customer services.. yeah thats what im trying to do ..your customer services is as useful as a chocolate teapot!…seems like @LloydsBank

    When I told @LloydsBank that they had broken the law by charging me more to renew my insurance than a new customer, they just brushed it off, saying it was an online discount. Staff trained to lie to cover-up law breaking.

    @LloydsBank And this is my exact problem. They are refusing to contact you directly saying I need to provide Lloyds with the trace reference for Lloyds to trace the payment.

    @LloydsBank I planned on having a private conversation @LloydsBank but it appears the complaints procedure is complicated. The person I spoke to today asked if they could speak with my "husband" despite us holding a joint bank account where both of us have access. Why?
