@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

I will not be using @LloydsBank for insurance again. Daughter passes her driving test and you have either an extortionate price to change her licence to 'full' (10 weeks before renewal) or a silly price to remove her... Congratulations - you have lost a customer!

@LloydsBank this is ridiculous - stuck at home with Covid and your ridiculous systems won’t allow me to buy a @StarshipRobots delivery because 3d secure is preventing the payment. So frustrating, and even speaking to your CS team doesn’t help!

My @LloydsBank card isn't working with online payments. I can pay in-store, use contactless or ask a friend to buy something and transfer them back via the app. But I can't buy my own stuff online e.g. theatre tickets. It's ever so slightly frustrating...
