    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Just spent 45 min trying to call you. 1st - told by a machine to deal with my enquiry online (impossible), 2nd I was cut off after waiting 30 mins, 3rd I was cut off after waiting 5. Can someone contact me? No email facility and don't answer phone - how do we bank?

    I have been a customer for 20 years. Yesterday, when I tried to pay for fuel, my cafd was rejected. Iwas 55 miles away from Manchester. Took me 2 hours & big humiliation & embarrassment to finally find a kind gentleman who accepted to pay for my fuel & get...👇 1/4 @LloydsBank

    .@LloydsBank Problem - I'm trying to pay a cheque in with the Android app, but the cheque is 21cm by 8cm so filling the corners omits 1/3 of the cheque, and it won't take the pic otherwise. Solution please?

    @LloydsBank typical service. After tweeting due to frustration about not being able to get through to the insurance services team the response was we can’t/won’t help you. An absolute disgrace. All you get on here is lip service!
