    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank long time Lloyds customer here - why can't you just add all the cash back everyday offers to everyone's accounts instead of making them go in and search and activate them. Would be much easier and much better customer service - do you not think ?

    @LloydsBank We reported it on Friday bankcards cancelled etc on phone for over 2 hours but Lloyd still let the money be taken from the account !! Tried to speak to someone all day yesterday absolutely shocking service used messenger in the hope that they would get some one to ring us

    @LloydsBank Hi Anne, I have tried both app and desktop. Both require authentication via phone number. I have tried calling your customer service numbers on both my overseas sim and uk sim - neither work. I am looking to transfer money to my travel card. Can i confirm my indetity via email?

    @LloydsBank I have contacted my phone provider and am now able to call your customer service number to confirm my identity, however it’s already costed me £15 in credit as the wait time is so long and you keep hanging up. What time are your phone queues the shortest please?
