    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

They called to confirm. hahaha..and said ALL UK PPL will know my name which omitted the 2nd word is my middle name, and won't be any problem for using it as proof of id/address ..etc. So, how if I need it ...

    @RamonaIlPi @LloydsBank Exact same happened to me using paying in machine, (Wrong year entered on cheque) I was told I couldn’t have it back and it had been destroyed. Told only thing to do was to ask customer for a new cheque!

    @LloydsBank Thanks John. I appreciate that systems go down, but since my card was used fraudulently for thr first time a few months ago, abd then subsequently used fraudulently again I am spending a lot of my time trying to make payments - it’s so time consuming!
