@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@emchi @LloydsBank It boggles my mind how some banks are still operating like it's the early 90s. I had the same issue with changing my name with Nationwide - had to go in branch. I was just able to send screengrabs in Monzo!

@LloydsBank I just did the standard login process as I have a new phone, then it was trying to text a code but I was getting no texts, so I did a phone call, which was correct but then it said it couldn’t verify, now it’s saying technical issues!

For example in Brighton (where I live) we have 100s (with many more/more dedicated parking needed)
