@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank But that's exactly what I need to do! I am tired of the non-service I get from one of your competitors and would like to transfer to you - at my son's recommendation. I already have a personal account with you.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Morning team, need to update my address after a move and the app has been giving me a "technical problems" error for a few days - is there another method?
-
Jack Ripper (@JackRipping) reported
@LloydsBank I'm afraid you cannot trust Lloyds. Their advertising is nothing more than a charade. Their 'Customer Services' just a bunch of robots following outdated and outmoded bureaucratic protocols. Find a more understanding and conscionable bank with which to do business.

@LloydsBank It now work as it should. The screengrab is from my first session today. If you read the entire thread, you'll notice that this is a persistent problem – spanning many months. Following the pattern, I'd need to see if the problem re-occurs next week.

Lost count of the times where @LloydsBank or @halifaxbank added a little "if you're struggling, talk to us" line in their correspondence or website. And when you do, they are surprisingly unhelpful.

@LloydsBank Good morning, I'm wanting to open an account for my 12 year old daughter which I obviously can't do online, or over the phone, so need to make an appointment to do so at my local branch (Doncaster High St), but I can't get through on the phone lines - can you help?

@LloydsBank @jglo76 Shouldn't you be fixing the problem that is annoying customers, which is your issue to fix, not pushing this back on us and making it our "fault" for having the settings wrong
