@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Quiet clearly that for over a week Lloyds don't understand my frustration. As I mentioned previously my credit card is cloned and used and I wasn't contacted. I tried to make a payment on Amazon and you block my card!

@LloydsBank Thank you, yes tried several times. Issue seems to be connectivity, you go through the whole query and when they can’t give an explanation the agent either can’t hear you there is a faulty connection or the call ends prematurely. Hence why I decided to tweet & hopefully escalate

.@LloydsBank 2 hours on hold to your customer service just to order a new card, which you should have sent me anyway due to my card expiring. Look forward to closing my account after this and banking through Monzo 👍
