@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank just been told my help to buy I've saved for 4 years is being refused because NO ONE at your bank thought to inform me there is a cap on the value of the property you buy?? House prices have sky rocketed during the pandemic I've now got to fork out nearly £3000 extra!

@LloydsBank Hi is there still issues as I've not been able to log onto my app all day, has been saying I've entered my details wrong too many times which is incorrect. Then I have to enter details to find out my user name, to then have a notification saying there is a technical issue.

@LloydsBank you cannot suddenly block a “premier” longstanding customer account, only notify them electronically about it and then leave them waiting two hours (so far) on the helpline. No wonder the wolves (JP Morgan, Amazon, Walmart, Fintech) are circling your retail business.
