    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank So I was on hold. Wasting my time again. Got out through to someone where I had to explain- again! And he said there’s nothing that they can do. Because the customer has to tell you they’ve moved. So I apparently don’t have any choice but to accept this as an ongoing issue?

    @LloydsBank Your faster payments aren't working. Your app isn't working. Money shows as leaving but isn't arriving. Been like this for several hours. Any ETA on a fix or are you going to leave everyone without being able to use faster payments on the payday before a bank holiday?

    @LloydsBank I couldn’t get through as I’m not a customer. I was on hold for ridiculous amounts of time on both occasions I called. I gave up because it became too time consuming.

    @LloydsBank I’m no further ahead than I was when they plopped through the door again. Yet I’ve lost hours more trying to resolve the issue again. 14 YEARS!!!

    @LloydsBank im trying to pay my bills but it keeps saying card declined even though there is money in my account, the down detector reports high issues with yourselves right now. Is there a current banking issue and if so why hasn't it been stated?

    @LloydsBank Surely there is a data protection GDPR issue here because even though it is noted on the account you are STILL sending me their bank details. Of 3 people. I’ve even tried looking for them myself. Anyway, he either cut the call or it mysteriously cut off. Now what?

    @LloydsBank Yep, from my account to my Vanquis (my separate credit card) app, the browser page said there was an error but the money has still come out, so i need the funds back so I can transfer via a call, thanks

    Okay I just transferred money between my @LloydsBank and @HSBC_UK which I've never had problems doing before. Except its not shown up in my @HSBC_UK account?! Wtaf?!

    Thanks for nothing @LloydsBank, after being a customer for 45+ years my local branch refused to witness my signature that is required for a document to buy a house. Bank policy they said. Quick enough to take their fees but not helpful when you ask for a little service in return.
