    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank shockingggg service - go to use Apple Pay and suspended my card. Ring them and said shutting account. Ask why and told don’t have to give a reason. Defo be looking to move

    @AmazonUK have just advised me that the planned exclusion of Visa card transactions will not now take place. Seems like a global, big-player face-down has worked. While many of us were waiting, we looked around & clinched better deals on latest branded @MastercardUK @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank is anyone else having problems with online banking? Had several attempts to login, getting odd screens, then Payment/Transfer screen just showing banners not usual webpage.

    @vuecinemas sort your website please. Didn’t work on Safari (couldn’t choose seats). Impossible to use with @LloydsBank cinema vouchers, not even on PC.
