    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Every time I log in to my current account I am requested to input a 6 digit code to open the account. This is becoming a nuisance as I DO NOT always have a mobile phone to hand, which means I CANNOT carry out transactions. My other banks provide card readers which work admirably.

    @LloydsBank your bereavement service is poor. I really didn't want passing around to three people and have to explain the situation each time, to be then cut off. Your branches are not much better; 10 days wait for an appointment. Don't get me started on freezing of accounts...

    @LloydsBank I want to apply for an under 19 bank account but anytime I want to register my mobile phone number I get the error message "Please enter a valid Mobile number" Mine is valid though and I use the country code.
