@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

In some shock concerning my experience with @LloydsBank today, it was beyond a nightmare. What is wrong with their systems? Started calling them at 4 and finally resolved the immediate issue just after 7pm and 9 or 10 calls (2 of which were cut off). Pheww.... #CustomerServiceNot

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Trying to sum up similar experience I had earlier today. Site I was buying a house removal from didn't show payment declined. Tried over phone few mins later. Declined. But then got a text from bank. All sorted after that. Just keep phone/phones close by with large payments
