    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank what has happened to your customer service?! I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs & never had a problem. I’ve been on the phone for the past 40 mins & I’m still desperately trying to make 1 payment & set up a DD. Neither of which there’s an option the app.

    @LloydsBank Thanks Gary. Any chance you could make it so I don’t have to come on a fascist website to message you to find this out? Also, Musk’s fiddling with settings on here mean I couldn’t actually see your reply from my own account, I had to look at the Lloyds account replies to view it

    @LloydsBank I am unable to use a deposit machine & I'm sure many other disabled & elderly people also are unable to use these, was these banks still to close as mentioned in the news. We are also unable to travel further out looking for another branch, due to our disability, or get support..
