    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank the worst banking ever. Highly recommend people avoid these. Ive been with them less than a month and only once have I been able to access my online banking. App rubbish, website rubbish and service rubbish. 😒

    @LloydsBank can you help me? My husband is trying to open savings ac for his mum she has a current ac with you and he has POA nobody has called him back and wasted 3 days off work going to dartford branch and nobody can open a poxy account !!!! Do you want his money or not ???

    Working people have limited lunchbreaks. So watching someone count money to open a till for 20 minutes is a bit much @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank You have an obligation under the Equalities Act 2010 to provide reasonable adjustments to support disabled customers, such as quiet meeting spaces or accessible communication formats. You are currently failing this.

    @LloydsBank I am a business customer and since November 5th have been unable to make transfers. We were told this was a wider issue for a number of business customers. And told we'd be called back but nothing from you. We're a professional business and need to make transfers to pay our suppliers. HELP!

    @LloydsBank My 96 year old Dad has Lloyd’s Bank Emergency Insurance Cover. He had flooding in his kitchen from his radiator pipes. Despite 2 visits from plumbers the leak has not been fixed and they now claim he needs “trace and access”which excludes the repair under his policy

    @LloydsBank He has had NO heating now for one week and half and I, repeat, he’s 96 and has mobility issues so is very vulnerable. The pipes where the leak is coming from is totally accessible, and we’ve put a container under the leak! Please help
