@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank You spend all your time playing with phone app while there are ongoing problems on the "not properly tested" computer based online system that have existed for years. I will NEVER use a phone app for banking.

@okechuokorie @LloydsBank Well - I bet i can beat that Today I called them because 10 days ago they "lost" 75k of a relatives money and having waited half an hour to speak to someone was told "ring back tomorrow" - evidently they are not allowed to ring a customer back! Guess who just lost a customer?

@bookingcom We have already complained and your policy is designed not to help so a bed infested with urine asbestosis flaking off the ceiling poo stains on the bed sheets flue missing from the fire place ( fire hazard ) and you say we have a refund policy @LloydsBank

@JackRipping @LloydsBank He actually paused for an answer! So I got him to write up a complaint against himself whilst I phoned again and spoke to someone who could ACTUALLY give me an answer to MY question! TWO hours on the phone is apparently “good” customer service. 3)

@LloydsBank utterly sick of yr By Your Side Campaign.When I got divorced 40yrs ago I needed yr support but u totally dropped me on my arse & buried me in bankers fees! But Nationwide stood by my side & rescued me. Now they enjoy my milti-thousand £££ investment status! Yr fakers!

Dear @LloydsBank I’ve just cancelled my insurance policy with you. Why? Last year, market value wise you overcharged me by £190, taking advantage of distraction with auto renewal. Well done, excellent policy, you’ve pocketed an extra £190 and lost a 12 year customer. #ripoffuk

@LloydsBank @ProfJuneG To get card PIN in app, you need access to their bank a/c via app. Once there, you dont need debit card & PIN to get their £. Fundamental problem is it is easy to access others bank a/cs via app once you have their phone. I dunno how but thread says many times that it's easy done
