@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank you can’t just tell us ‘soon’. you’ve left thousands of people unable to access their own money! this is a constant issue and it’s beyond pathetic you haven’t even attempted to fix it or tell your loyal customers how long the issue will last for OR what the issue is.

@LloydsBank @marrissa_martin I have just paid for my shopping. I couldn't use contactless i had to use chip and pin. Still need to access my account. I normally transfer shopping money. But Luckily have an overdraft i don't use so able to use that if not enough funds in there.
