    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Whilst i appreciate what you are saying, neither work. This really is shocking service. Waiting for crap amswers when someone should be calling me back to get this resolved after being hung up on twice. Awful customer service

    @LloydsBank You have just lost a lifetime customer due to your inability to answer the phone. Trouble logging into my online banking at 19:00 led to a message to ring you quoting a reference number, 22:00 still answer. No excuse will do. #helloNatWest

    @LloydsBank hi lloyds, my iban number and swift number are apparently wrong and your FAQs online are not helpful and having to wait over 10mins whilst your automated messages waffle on about unhelpful things is really bad customer service. Can someone help?

    @LloydsBank It is showing as money taken from my account at the minute, I've just called Lloyds customer service and was told to wait 24 hours to see if goes back in and then call again. I'm with another bank.

    @LloydsBank I opened an account with Lloyds when I was 16. They were a decent bank then. Lloyds now have no customer focus whatsoever. One of your high street rivals will do what I requested of you, in a blink of an eye. So you’ve not only lost my account, my son is pulling out too.
