I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

I was left stranded and suffered serious damage because I maintained Lloyd's bank as my only bank. I went to your branch to resolve the issue but your staff said they are unable to help me.

My query is why I cannot use the switch service CASS to switch from an account listed in their services to my newly opened Lloyds account? It is supposed to be simple, and, yes, the account I want to move from is in Channel Islands.

And he's now waiting for a new telephone banking password to be posted snail mail because he can't remember his (if he ever received one). And can't log on without help via the telephone 🙄

WHAT THE HELL? Why isn't the government stopping this? You know we need our banks. It's hateful & discriminatory.
