@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi Colin - it just says the usual “confirm identity, put card ending in XXXX into card reader and select Identify”, the only other option says “Having problems logging in?”

@LloydsBank The transaction went clean from @LloydsBank . The issue is not with them. I had to add them to know where the transaction was coming from. However on paying for the flight, through @paystack they said they were going to reverse it but this is yet to be done

Hey @lloydsbank - I'm like to cancel paying PPI on a credit card. Any mention of PPI in your automated phone system sends me to PPI complaints, who say they are unable to assist. Please help.
