    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Well what it is, we moved house last week so I updated our address on the lloyds bank online banking site. But on paying for something online the other day, our billing address for our card is still linked to our old address.

    @LloydsBank Hi. I have a question: Whenever I click on ‘view card details’ on the Lloyds app, it says ‘you don’t have an active debit card for us to show’ I have received my debit card in the post, I don’t know what the problem is, do I need to activate it ? If so how ?

    Seriously @LloydsBank I have been holding in a phone queue to you for 50 minutes because I cannot pay online for goods when I have money in my account and received no notification from you why that is. Your customer service is appalling.

    @BrynnyPoohs @LloydsBank NatWest, their app constantly gets voted best around. Been with them since birth, never had any major problems with them. I’ve also got an online account with starling and I’ve had no problems with them either.

    @LloydsBank For ****'s SAKE. I tried to set up a payment arrangement but your ******* useless VR wouldn't accept my numbers. I have now been on the phone on hold for 45 minutes to your fat lazy call centre staff. Your customer service is a feckin joke, you're a disgrace.

    @LloydsBank It is dormant, I have a letter to say it’s been found but the woman just said it’s closed. It wasn’t any help at all. I don’t want to keep going back to be told nothing different.
