@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Hi Paul, Why doesn't the voucher give you access to @RakutenTV fully? Seems a bit cheap to offer voucher access to so much content that is already available online either for free or on other platforms. The voucher is a little pointless.

Disgusting service at @LloydsBank Slough. Wanted to transfer money to building society. Would not accept my passport as ID and other ID I had and insisted on having my pin. I never use my pin so could not remember. As I struggle with memory anyway they were absolutely useless##

@Tesco @LloydsBank 5 days later and I still have a £120 pending charge on my account from Tesco pay at pump and no access to my money. Ridiculous situation and no help from merchant or bank both blaming each other.

@LloydsBank Hi Stephen, I did ring your Customer Service 31/10, he said my charges would be credited back same day, he didn’t happen, called 1/11 asking why, long story, now it won’t happen till 6pm tonight. Shame on you for lying. Or was it a trick or treat? Taking my A/c elsewhere

@LloydsBank Ridiculous! Have done the complaint thing and it got me nowhere except for £30 offered as some sort of apology. If you want the issue sorted, someone will need to call me. Happy to DM details.
