    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank But that's exactly what I need to do! I am tired of the non-service I get from one of your competitors and would like to transfer to you - at my son's recommendation. I already have a personal account with you.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @DoubleEph @LloydsBank Tried opening Halifax account recently. The requirement to go into branch and show my passport put me off. Opened a revolut, was able to transfer money instantly and got a card in post within 5 working days.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely appalled at the dreadful customer service! Stop card for no reason, 40 mins to be put through to the ‘fraud team’ then an minimum of an hour wait! Go to First Direct, or any other bank for that matter!!

    @LloydsBank Hi Lynne, yes I have, despite explaining that I'm working away and not back for a month, leaving my family without money in the meantime. The attitude of the lady I spoke to was quite shocking.

    @LloydsBank Yeah it was two unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my debit card. I have got through now. Thank you for the help. Reason for tweeting was to raise awareness of waiting times. Please improve.

    @LloydsBank Hi I’ve had a letter asking me to confirm where I live for tax purposes. Is this genuine please? It seems odd that I’m being asked for this when I’ve been a customer with yourselves for over 20 years and provided ID with my address on to change my details last year?
