Squeakz (@squeakz73) reported from Hillingdon, England@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Ellen Lever (@ellenslever) reported@LloydsBank Hi Pauline - Santander would disclose fully but there was an issue with the account/recipient at there end. All the wire details it was sent to were correct and it was a valid account. As it transpires it looks like I was scam and Santander had spotted this.

But I key in the security number wrong, then transferred to the adviser. She asked for the security number again, I told her I forgot it, then she tell me to register Voice ID.

Write to the bank for changing the address and phone number 2. Register Voice ID(But how can I register it if I don’t have security no.?)

Edward Zhai (@zhaishang58) reported@LloydsBank I know, I will sign it with my normal signature. But I have several normal formats of my signature. Sometimes I sign in format A, sometimes B. What if the signature doesn’t match the one in the system ? Could I resend a new letter with a corrected signature?
