@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank @Presleygirl70 I have the same issue that the cash back balance just sits on my credit card and never reduces my balance. I’m shocked that the answer is that this is only yearly instead of monthly like on the debit card? Also this “yearly” policy is mentioned nowhere online.

@LloydsBank hi, been a customer nearly 40 years, have chq to pay in. Electronic bank won’t let me, deposit point only for businesses, go down in work lunchtime and you only have 2 humans serving when YOU created the need for me to be there! Rubbish!

Once again, despite all my Direct Debits and Standing Orders being scheduled for the 1/2nd of the month, @LloydsBank take them 2 days early before I get paid. Stop taking my money early. I don’t like getting messages telling me I’ve defaulted on my Mortgage. Crap service as per.

@LloydsBank is it standard that if I want to raise a complaint against the poor service I’m receiving on a call that I complain to the actual person I want to make a complaint about? 15 minutes on a call without resolution is disgraceful I was only making an online purchase
