    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    Think twice before opening an account with @LloydsBank if you need assistance they'll make you wait for ever on the phone before telling you to visit a branch. Awful customer service

    Somehow, @LloydsBank has made it impossible for anyone at The Beestonian to access their business account, locking us into a Kafkaesque infinite loop of menus and unanswered call centre calls.

    @LloydsBank I fail to login the bank app many times and then get rejected, tell me to change password. Even I remember the password later. But my old phone number is no longer in use, and I’m currently outside the UK, I called the adviser, he told me to write to the bank...(1/2)

    What a hassle with @LloydsBank today. Sent me a refund cheque for issue with house insurance from 2013. Cheque has no name on! Rang them and I have to call the premium phone line to get it changed. Get a grip @LloydsBank
