@LloydsBank why can’t I pay for anything online, every time I try and pay a bill or use my card to purchase something online I get a error message saying unable to authorise your payment.

@LloydsBank not a great intro for a new customer. No-one to take my call. Apparently I should use internet banking but as my codes and card have not arrived - the reason for my call - this is impossible.

@LloydsBank Why would you offer a 0% balance transfer then take it away the next day? Tried doing last night and the transfers failed 'sorry we can't complete your request' and when I checked the site today to try again the offer was taken away. This has happened twice this year
