@LloydsBank just close my account or ask documents for the check your decisions correct. I am getting tired of the endless escalation process and not doing anything about my money. You can not block any account for three months and ruin the bussiness

@axainsurance @LloydsBank how long should I have to wait for an insurance claim to be processed? Still waiting over a year for a claim to be settled. Paid 1/3 already but now ‘very busy’ so can’t tell me when I’ll hear back? You’re happy to take my money yet offer no service!

@LloydsBank Thanks for responding. I wasn’t aware it was a last minute closure which explains why the opening hours on website don’t match. It was the second time this week I’ve sat in traffic to get to that branch so a bit frustrating. Hope nothing too serious and branch reopens soon
