    @LloydsBank After turning off and back on I eventually got into the Lloyds app but loading any actual data gives me a similar error. Also Halifax app still won’t open, nor on my iPad. Is there something wrong on your end?

    @LloydsBank Hi. Are you experiencing issues with your online banking? I’ve tried to login but I’m told that my phone number isn’t stored (which it is) and I need to call you. When I phoned the number I was asked, by the automated service, for lots of details, far more than usual.

    @LloydsBank appalling service from your ‘Bereavement Specialists’, a complete lack of empathy, help and understanding of a very complex situation. I was wanted was a form that should have been enclosed with a letter and wasn’t…. Just awful.
