@BankofScotland promised to call me at 12 no call yet! I’ve finally hung up after 24 mins of waiting on their line! Don’t get a mortgage from them or @HalifaxBank or @LloydsBank their service is at best, POOR! #CustomerService #mortgages Trying to sort this out since mid March!

@LloydsBank How about providing a transcript of the video for the branches to give to the customer when watching the video? Many people with English as foreign language are better with written information - and many first-language speakers too, for example with language or memory impairment.

@LloydsBank has anyone else had problems on the way LLoyds treat their customers? Especially long standing loyal ones, they don’t value these people at all!! Where staff just hang up on you when you ask them to explain themselves on products! It’s just the worst bank!!

@LloydsBank your International help desk services are non existent! I have been trying to speak to someone in connection with a transfer sent to me for the last week. I have sat on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pick up. Disgusting service!

.@LloydsBank 2 hours on hold to your customer service just to order a new card, which you should have sent me anyway due to my card expiring. Look forward to closing my account after this and banking through Monzo 👍

@LloydsBank Thanks Laura but @LloydsBank need to understand the consequences caused by this. Turkey have a two week shutdown for Eid starting next week so you have caused a 4 week delay with my stock. Where is the warning on the website? #communication

@LloydsBank I am sure they’re working hard, but I don’t think it is good enough to have customers waiting for over an hour to not have a call answered, this has happened three times now. I cannot use my card therefore my account is useless.

@LloydsBank We were told as existing customer with 7 years left on our mortgage we could only remortgage for 2 or 5 years fixed. 10 years fixed is only available to those moving from another lender. This was your own mortgage advisor on a phone call
