    @LloydsBank No I have not got any cash and money did not come back in(been like 6 weeks now), your fraud team couldnt help telling me to contact Action Fraud( basically saying that i took money myself), they have not checked any cctv or anything. This must be some new scam within the bank?!

    Anyone having card decline issues today with @LloydsBank? It won't let me pay anything but was able to pay something through PayPal but not via my card details! Is there anyone who can help?

    @LloydsBank This bank when interest rates go down they quickly drop it to the current account and when goes up they never move just like petrol stations I think Lloyds worse bank in this case in comparison.

    @LloydsBank If you make large payments often, your people have to read the same script everytime. I now know the script off by heart. Is that a useful way of avoiding fraud? Three times should be enough. Then tick the name to indicate that customer has been informed.

    @LloydsBank I went into branch 2 weeks ago and all they did was email someone and here we are… still with an unopened CHILDS account!!please tell me how they can help and I will tell them tomorrow morning what you say they can do????
