@LloydsBank hi, could you please tell me what’s going on with your customer service phone line. I have been trying to speak to an advisor all day. Waiting time for answer is almost an hour and even after waiting the call gets disconnected. Not happy!

When you promise a service but make it so bad that no-one can use it. @LloydsBank telephone banking service keeps you hanging on the line for over an hour as standard these days 🙄

@LloydsBank First my credit card was declined via ApplePay. Paid debit via chip and pin. Then credit card failed three more locations via ApplePay, debit card via ApplePay works. Finally Debit Card via ApplePay also fails. So what’s the fix?
