@LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Yes you are, you've been aware of it from earlier this year. You have been told and have been sent proof, why doesn't your Twitter response team speak or discuss any issues in meetings. I can send you proof you've been aware of this. Please fix or roll back the app. Really angry.

@LloydsBank hi, new customer here. cant logon internet banking and its not letting me reset without phoning. when i phone the auto service it says there have been no reset attempts.

@LloydsBank I get the same message, and error everytime you update your app, it deregisters my phone and causes the app to deregister 10 mins after re-registering. It had just been fixed again after being broken again after the last update. Just roll back the app and leave it alone.

@LloydsBank Yes I did.The manager repeatedly tried to convince me to ignore it.On repeating he was irritated. Said he could put initials not stamp.That's not what letter asks for! Would be good if u decide internally before making customer run around.Think best will just close account! ANGRY

@LloydsBank you’ve blocked my bank for trying to use a wise transfer telling me I need to ring up. I’m in Thailand atm so I can’t ring the number you guys provided me. You also gave me no access to my funds. This needs sorting

@LloydsBank Hi, when I called the number on the online banking site, it redirected me to the AA website, which advised me to use their app to report my breakdown. The AA app doesn’t recognise my bank account details. I’ve also tried accessing via the AA website. The same thing happens there.

@LloydsBank,Sutton Recieved letter from Lloyd's bnk to submit forms with documents certified by Lloyd's branch. Bank manager tried to convince to NOT send the info.On repeated requests Put sign but refused to put in his stamp.Disapointed with treatment.#Poor Service
