@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank only one because of total burn the old phone is a reck but in using the app on the new phone it says that the old phone app needs closing she might have to call in to get help

@LloydsBank - got my dad (90s) to his local branch Chiswick to get signature witnessed, was told it’s no longer company policy to endorse. When did that start? No empathy or help so we ended up at his local police station instead! Thanks Acton - @metpoliceuk

@LloydsBank how unhelpful, log me off my account, tell me to call a number, but then refer me back to website which in turn refers me back to call, and so the circle continues! Unhelpful

@LloydsBank How does cashback actually work on my credit card? How am I meant to access it or benefit from it? It seems the balance just builds up, and I can only receive it when I close my account? (Which is a perverse incentive for a loyalty programme to offer!)
