    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank She was not able to transfer funds in branch as account was locked and online she is getting a message to say the account is suspended. She has funds but your hopeless systems are obstructing her access to them

    @LloydsBank Hi is there still issues as I've not been able to log onto my app all day, has been saying I've entered my details wrong too many times which is incorrect. Then I have to enter details to find out my user name, to then have a notification saying there is a technical issue.

    @LloydsBank i spoke to a representative in the Cheltenham Branch who had said they would extend my student account. They havent and now i’ve had 40 charges…. Once again customer service at its absolute worst

    Tried setting up the @LloydsBank app on my phone. But Everytime they call me for the authentication code the app closes and I have to authenticate again which causes the same problem....
