@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank So I was on hold. Wasting my time again. Got out through to someone where I had to explain- again! And he said there’s nothing that they can do. Because the customer has to tell you they’ve moved. So I apparently don’t have any choice but to accept this as an ongoing issue?

@LloydsBank It’s appeared in the other account now but I’m still not risking the large payment as it’s not just me. I’m stuck behind a man in cash n carry who is having major issues transferring money on his app as well. Must be multiple customers

@LloydsBank I couldn’t get through as I’m not a customer. I was on hold for ridiculous amounts of time on both occasions I called. I gave up because it became too time consuming.
