@LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

The fault lies with your servers so please sort it out instead of giving out unhelpful advice. Your feed is full of complaints from customers with this!

I have to tell you how bad is it to open a traditional bank account in the UK now. My wife wanted to open an account with @LloydsBank, so we went to their website, fill the form and end up with an error not explaining why it can't proceed 1/9
