    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank verifying new payees is not working online or via the app. Online, you get the automatic call, but there is no audible message, and entering the code doesn't make any difference. On the app, it just freezes on "checking the details". It has been like this for 48 hours

    @LloydsBank Hi no I’m not spending another 2 hours on the phone. Clearly the error is yours. We are taking the money out & opening a Monzo - lloyds bank this isn’t acceptable

    @LloydsBank why are you virtually impossible to get hold of? Hold on for 10 mins to get local branch number, then they don't pick up anyway, guess I'll take my £500k mortgage elsewhere?

    Time to be one of those whiners who call out banks for dreadful service but, step forward @LloydsBank. Changing an address is impossible and concludes in a 9 minute repeating message to "Please hold the line, we will transfer you to an advisor" before being cut off. Useless.
