Disgusted with @LloydsBank Been a personal client since early 80’s, business client since late 80’s Last year we moved our business account due to poor service, Lloyds don’t even know Tonight, having been again refused access to my money, I will close my personal account

@LloydsBank Beyond a joke. £38 transfer gets a block on my account. No. given to call has ridiculous wait times & can’t resolve transferred to new queue with >1 hr wait times. 4 hours of calls & disconnections. Still no resolved, complaints answered in 1-4 weeks. No cust service!
