@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

@LloydsBank @AliApow I had this same issue and I found it was a game a brain game I had down loaded issue with bank apps they don't like malware and if the apps over lay the app doesn't think it's safe but that was just my issue

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank she did manage to speak to someone yesterday (why we know there is a glitch) she ended up on transfer to someone else but that had the same ‘up to an hour’ message she had before. After over an battery drained and she had to hang up. Has tried several times since tbc

Two years plus post-Covid and the @LloydsBank customer line STILL tells me it's getting "un-precedented volumes" of calls and I should only stay on the line if "my call is urgent". Really? Shouldn't you sort it out. #Banking

@LloydsBank Hi Tony, I was on phone I've used for hundreds of times before on Chrome browser, via website (not app) and the signal was full on 4G. It let me down at very end of the process, with no hint as to what was wrong so kept going round and round. Gave us went to cashpoint.

@LloydsBank You’re missing the point @LloydsBank You’ve been saying you have long wait times on your customer helpline for over two years now. Why don’t you do something about it? It’s not as if you’re openIng more branches. This is a key service for your customers.

@LloydsBank your International help desk services are non existent! I have been trying to speak to someone in connection with a transfer sent to me for the last week. I have sat on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pick up. Disgusting service!
