@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Been with Lloyds 55years. Plus various business accounts. It was once a very efficient personal service, but went off the rails when they hired a foreign CEO ...for some inexplicable reason. Now it's as bad as the rest. The expression "frying pans and fires" springs to mind.

Constant issues with @LloydsBank / @LBGplc.. 1hr to speak with the Fraud, and many hrs to deal with a complaint. Pay £24PCM for a Platinum Acc and the service remains poor - time to shop for a new bank to use for my day-to-day #lloydsbank #poorcustomerservice #Disappointing

@LloydsBank absolutely disgusting service,I made appointment last week for mortgage, and they said they would call me today at 09.30am , it’s been 8 hours and iam still waiting, how bad is that no one has bothered to call me .

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I sympathise ! Not so very long ago the response to a useless bank would be to move your account to an alternative bank, who you thought may provide a better service. Now they are all as bad as each other, and what a faff to change banks! They make it difficult !
