Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

Having no access to money and all they have to say is sorry isn’t good enough, blame Lloyds for having this be one of the very few outlets to talk to a member of staff quickly.
