    @LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

    @LloydsBank I’ve been on hold for a while and had no luck, I’ve not been able to pay online for anything for about a week now, I just get a message saying there’s been an issue with the payment, do you know how I can fix this?

    @LloydsBank I changed the name on my account and received a text on 23rd April to say I'd receive replacement cards and cheque book in 7 working days. I have received the cheque book but no cards. I'm also waiting for @HalifaxBank replacement card too.

    @LloydsBank This is what their customer service staff told me. So I believe your bank will not commit such illegal acts.

    @deafdragongirl @LloydsBank 😢 Completely removing your independence. I think they use a VRS service now. The pandemic seemed to make things a little better in terms of orgs realising they can do stuff differently - let’s hope they continue positively.

    @LloydsBank any ideas why i cannot open my banking app on my phone? It keeps saying I'm not connected to the Internet but I am and all my other apps are working fine. I've already uninstalled and re installed last week due to same issue x
