Pete Riley (@fitter55) reported from Gillingham, England
@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.
-
Ella (@helloellaxo) reported from Maidstone, England
@LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@LloydsBank This is yet another irritation in the endless saga of problems with Lloyds online banking. There's a page within your online banking called "What's new in online banking" but I'd guess that most customers don't need 'new' features, they just want basic reliability and stability.
-
Raymond Clarke (@RayThePianist) reported
@LloydsBank No, the history doesn't automatically clear. For months I have been using Microsoft Edge as my trusted browser and I am aware that if occasionally I log in using a different browser or computer I need to verify myself, and that only one browser can be marked as 'trusted'.

@LloydsBank Thanks Laura but I've tried that, I'm going round in circles, they just gave me the number for the travel dept who have said they cant help me. Any idea???
-
Gillian Joyce (@gillian_joyce) reported
@LloydsBank I've managed to get through to them again and they have now advised that there had been a delay and they should be here by 4 today. Why did I have to chase them, surely if they knew about the delay I should have been advised- Very poor service, won't be using them again!

Chris Floyd (@chrisfloyduk) reported
@LloydsBank Would it be possible to put a regularly updated page on your website that lists the phone numbers yo use for fraud prevention calls to reassure people? After my call I then had to call a number on your website to confirm that the number I was called from is genuine.

martin kelner (@martinkelner) reported
@LloydsBank please contact me urgently. Online banking will not authenticate on my device. Have tried to dm. This will become a problem for me within hours

Hello @LloydsBank - I went through a fraud prevention call with you from this number 0333 045 9642. After the call I got paranoid that it wasn’t a legit number because it isn’t listed anywhere on your site. On the ‘who called me?’ sites many people think it’s a scam number. 1/2

@LloydsBank Pls help. I can’t get through on the phone, my local branch only open 10-3 & I’m at work, not open Sat. My card expired, I ordered new one 2 wks ago but hasn’t arrived. For weeks I can’t access my money or use my card. Impossible to contact anyone. Pls help.

@LloydsBank Can you guys not call me? Seriously bad customer service. The fault lies with you.

@LloydsBank Sorry but I’m not ringing & holding on that 0345 number anymore it’s 55p per min. Can you give me an email address where I can get hold of someone who can help? Or an alternative number? There’s no contact info on your website apart from the 0345 number. Thanks.
