@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

Have to have 1 hour chat with robots @LloydsBank every time I deposit money as they block the transfer… claim they don’t and then magically it works after the conversations… you are the worst @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank What do I do if I no longer have access to the phone, for example if it is stolen? How could I revoke the card on that device then (but not affect another device I do have)?

@LloydsBank @cbHatternew My elderly mother and father are having the same issue, nobody answers for hours on end. I even sent an email for them to try and get an answer but nobody replies. How can they make enquiries???
