    @LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

    @LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @LloydsBank Hi @LloydsBank. Although very nice, the sorry team in the phone couldn't help. They asked me to go into a branch but tbh I'm not hopeful.

    @LloydsBank how can I speak to someone from Lloyd’s please, I just spoke to someone from your helpline number who said she works as a 3rd party and not directly from Lloyds bank so can’t help with my request, the only other way is to write to you! #getinto21stcentry #oldschool

    @LloydsBank my son who is 17 has a students account just had a charge off amozon in the us we tried to report it after 45 mins on hold the guy told him to call amozon whitch is impossible why cant he just cancel the card and send a new one ?

    @LloydsBank has anyone else had any issues signing into the Lloyds Bank App? I recently got the Samsung S21 and I haven't been able to sign in. It just freezes my phone and I have to restart. Every time I sign in!
