    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

    @LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

    @LloydsBank Safari retains my userid securely, and my password hasn't changed since i last used the service. The mobile app fails at launch, doesn't even get to the security details!

    @LloydsBank Nope. Cannot log in using desktop site. Says to call lloyds. Have reset my password and memorable password just all of a sudden will not work. Yet was fine at midday today.

    @LloydsBank Wasn't able to get on the app yesterday and still can't get on today. It either comes up with technical issue or says I've entered the wrong login details too many times yet it won't even let me enter these details to start with. Can you get it sorted please

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I transferred 3 separate amounts of cash to my son. While waiting for my card to come to me, I could use his card. My internet banking froze and my sons card and banking went down. Wouldnt mind it was a total of 150quid..

    @LloydsBank your telephone system won’t work with the Australian Telstra service. When will this be fixed? It’s really frustrating that I can’t reset my banking details!!!!Also there’s no contact E-mail address - would rather make complaint by E-mail

    @willpg @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Yes, First Direct. I have been with Lloyds also for 40 years. Impeccable credit record but Lloyds treat me like a criminal. They do not care about this long standing customer, visually impaired, no mobile signal so can't receive one time pass codes via text message since Aug/2021
