    @LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank Tried again 7am “our lines are all busy at the moment”. It’s a really bad service Lloyds. I’ve had an account with you for 35 years and feel very unhappy with it - what with my 3 branches being closed down.

    @AuntiePumpkin @LloydsBank @mrsskello Oh Anne there is, I went to my local branch today and luckily I got an honest employee, who advised there is a massive wide spread issue, but that their social media team and over the phone team have been told not to tell customers that, stupid I know

    @LloydsBank I am outside the UK and I cannot access my Lloyd’s bank account!!!!! I keep calling your number which should be for emergencies but they keep transferring my call to people who never answer !!!

    @ScottiesWorldTV @LloydsBank @mrsskello I've even been into a branch and was just referred to the phone line. The phone line takes hours. No wonder if you are randomly declining payments. The member of staff in the branch didn't even say there was a general problem but it appears that there is!

    @LloydsBank - is there an issue with the mobile app? Was fine earlier. Now saying I do not have access to mobile banking. Very odd! Desktop access works. Tried phoning Customer Services and have 39 minutes got cut off whilst in call waiting queue! Please advise.

    @LloydsBank I would like to know if in fact we are the minority or if we are actually the majority. When I phoned up yesterday, when it was only a 2 minute hold time, I asked why there was no post on your Twitter feed letting people know there was an issue. 2/3

    @LloydsBank Is there an issue with your fraud prevention checks, we have had a lot of rejected payments today from your customers, with people stating that the app is no longer asking for verification. Is there an issue?
