In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

Rosie 🌸 (@Roz4luv) reported@LloydsBank You know exactly what the problem is. You need to report to your bosses that people aren’t happy that their a/c names have been changed. Only in the app can you name your accounts. I’ve got 4 accounts & all have the same name now. Not good enough!

Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened
