@LloydsBank really poor service. Trying to get through to telephone banking and am getting an automated message advising to expect a ONE HOUR wait before someone answers?! Seriously? After 20 years banking with you, I’m thinking of moving to another bank. Really appalling

@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank @MarkJoseph1024 I was able to send payment via my web browser, but it was very slow when choosing the payee. App was just useless as I couldn't log in initially, then I couldn't select a payee at all (still can't).
