@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

@LloydsBank will a cancelled standing order still go out? Due date is 20th - today - cancelled this am, but will the money still leave on Monday as the order was cancelled on the weekend and Monday will be the next working day? TIA

@LloydsBank Hi Stephen. 👋 Yes, I go down that road, and then can choose not to change anything, and use the online service. But, the next time I log in, I have to go through this process again. And each time I log in. Which makes login take longer? Can it not remember my choices?
