@LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

@LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

@LloydsBank I can't verify via the phone to get access to my online account. It keeps on going to voicemail, is there a problem. I tried to call the helpline and there is a 1 hour wait.

Over 2hrs I waited to speak with someone from @LloydsBank today, only to be told to call again as they couldn't help... terrible customer service and they use the slogan "Banking worth talking about"... I absolutely would if you'd answer! #Banking #badcustomerservice #lloydsbank
