    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank Thanks Claire but that's not what I'm trying to do. I want to change my phone number so I can get into my online banking account and having to wait 3-5 business days or find a branch (none of which are open at reasonable times for working people) is unnecessarily difficult. 1/2

    @LloydsBank Passing the blame…with the phone provider! They couldn’t help with me switching my bank account from Halifax to Lloyds and then when I said I wanted to close it they said they couldn’t do it and would have to ring. Do any of you actually know what you’re doing?

    @LloydsBank I’m not going into branch again - they said they couldn’t help. I’m registered for online banking and that isn’t working. I’ve rang the helpline line which isn’t very helpful because it cuts off after 10 minutes of waiting - what more do@you suggest I do Will?

    @LloydsBank You really are missing the point. Useless staff at the branch have said they can’t help and to phone in. I’ve tried to phone in - cuts off and tells me to use online banking. Online banking cannot help and tell me to go into branch - seriously what do you expect me to do?? !!

    @LloydsBank why is the app so slow the last few days? And why 2 out of 3 times does it fail to load known payees even restarting the app does not help?

    @LloydsBank I found a platinum card on the pavement- I’ll take it into a branch tomorrow but is there a number to call so you can let the customer know it’s safe?
