@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Residents bank accounts are frozen by Lloyds as they failed to manage the accounts properly. Vulnerable adults being denied access their benefits. Sort it out @LloydsBank. Not only have they lost their home they are now blocked from their own money due to your incompetence.
