    @LloydsBank I can do it via website (just tried) but now all my payees and direct debit lists can't be seen via the app. Very annoying I have to do it via website now, not convenient. Is there a problem with your mobile app?

    @LloydsBank Thanks Katy, can I make a suggestion… the team work on Twitter. Seems a much quicker service than I am receiving so far, 3 phone calls all over an hour and 15 minutes on hold and still no answer.

    @LloydsBank Don’t bother freezing it you’ll never get it unfrozen. Ridiculous excuse for a service. Very poor technology. Unfroze card still declined despite phoning & messaging on the App
