@LloydsBank Ok understood. You’d like to think if you withdraw a service you would also remove the link to it? Even if you leave the link at least put a holding page to say this service has been withdrawn?

@LWSNorthEast @LloydsBank As if Northumberland Street didn't look bad enough at the moment. The Pride March is rerouted down John Dobson St so they won't see Lloyds little display.

@LloydsBank 6+ hours on the phone (internationally from Ireland) and still no further forward making a transfer for elderly relatives. 85y/o, doesn’t do online banking, can’t access her money. Appreciate checks are required but Lloyds systems exclude the elderly and others

Beth sydd yn *** @LloydsBank? I specifically wanted counter service to deposit a cheque as my local branch of @HalifaxBank was closed yet it wasn't available and was advised to use a machine or offered help to do it online neither of which was appropriate. Poor customer service.

@LloydsBank Yes I called, passed DP, and explained the issue, then he put me on hold but disconnected the call instead. And the app says it notifies you when you have a message, it does for the first one and then doesn’t after that, when you and re open the messages it starts for new again

@LloydsBank You’ve just outdone yourselves, trying to make a complaint about all this and apparently the system isn’t working so the customer service team cant download the complaint form
