@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@lloydsbank Hello. I just had a call from someone claiming to be working in internet security for you saying that some kind of dodgy virus got into my IP and was doing bad stuff to my acc. Is this bogus? It’s giving me The Fear.

@LloydsBank Yes it was and the lighting was perfect. I use an iPhone 11 and never had any problems until this latest update. My wife tried it on a Samsung S20 and it worked OK. Is there an issue with your app and iPhones?

@LloydsBank I put my security code in wrong too many times so my card was block (fair enough) but the 1st agent couldn't comprehend this and repeated the same issue back to me 3 times before I hung up, I'm currently on the phone to a different agent now who's lovely & trying to help me
