- (@lb_2561) reported@DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2
-
Deezer Dave (@deezerdave) reported@LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.
-
Bowley williams (@BowleyWilliams1) reportedupdate on the absolute joke that is @LloydsBank after yesterday you’re now closing my business account. In the mean time you won’t let me access my funds. No clear timeline on when I’l get them. It’s pay day today for my staff, what shall I tell them? My landlord? Disgusting.
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reportedWARNING. Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update. @LloydsBank Why the hell have you weakened the security on millions of accounts without asking customers?
-
Martyn Dean (@MartynDean) reported@LloydsBank It wouldn’t bring up add payee but seems to have sorted issue out now thanks

Ben Furner (@BenFurner) reportedBut why are you doing it? That's what no one @LloydsBank is explaining. I'm a customer who has multiple online accounts to help manage my money. You're about to make it harder and I don't understand why?
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.
-
Andy Orton (@LUFCinBrum) reported@LloydsBank Sutton Coldfield — customers queue while staff sit idle behind ‘cash only’ desks. A clear failure in basic service management. Manager clearly needs to attend a customer service course
-
Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.
