    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank why does your Message Us part of your mobile app constantly say I have three messages even after going on and seeing I don't. It shows three again after every new login. Highly annoying.

    @LloydsBank I've tried 0345 300 0000 and 01733 347338, both numbers experience the same problem. NU, followed by a pulsing tone. I did manage to contact on line banking support but they cant help me

    @LloydsBank After 60 years with Lloyds Bank I'm seriously considering closing my account. I'm getting messages that unless I phone 0800 068 4951 I will be unable to access my account. But there is a 50 minute waiting time and no other way of communicating with the bank (except Twitter).

    @LloydsBank Is it possible for an expert with control to all communication lines in and out of a town (Skelmersdale) to manipulate cash machine figures? (i.e. Using COBOL) Concerned customer.

    @LloydsBank I get all that Andy - but the point is that someone is using our address - and there have been 12+ so far in the past few weeks. These names have never existed at our property. If a 'customer' of yours uses this address something smells bad. I just don't know what yet.

    @LloydsBank Hi, so to confirm if I open my account today and select my switch date to be the earliest date available. Will I still qualify for the incentive as I know I need to leave 6 working days or because the switch will complete after the 27th will that not qualify?
