@LloydsBank Not sure who exactly he spoke to he spoke to multiple people who were unsure of the problem but said he would be able to log in via the website or on another device, neither of which have worked

@LloydsBank Hi James M, I'm trying to pay on the credit card app, it's a barclaycard credit card. I've never had trouble this way before. The error message comes up as soon as I press confirm payment, I've had no text messages about it.
