    @LloydsBank explain this to me. My cc online banking app displays £17.78 yet when I log into the website it says £Nil. Why?

    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank This is for my credit card by the way. Balance shows in app but not on the website

    @LloydsBank I tried to contact your platinum travel number after they made a mistake on my renewal. Been on hold over an hour on 4 occasions (10p / min 🤬). Sent 2 emails a week apart with no response. Dreadful customer service and unacceptable for a premium “added value” account

    @LloydsBank She was not able to transfer funds in branch as account was locked and online she is getting a message to say the account is suspended. She has funds but your hopeless systems are obstructing her access to them

    @LloydsBank i spoke to a representative in the Cheltenham Branch who had said they would extend my student account. They havent and now i’ve had 40 charges…. Once again customer service at its absolute worst
