@AmberStevens07 @LloydsBank Oh yes there is! Don't bother calling Lloyds, there 1st line response just say we are not aware of any problems and tell you to try again later. I've just been on the phone for over an hour and a half to be told there is indeed a problem. It's been going on for over 6 hours now.

@LloydsBank @toogoodTaylor So why does your Service status site still say 'No problems'? I still can't make any online payments as websites aren't reaching your online verification server. They just sit there for ages until it times out!

@LloydsBank 11 days later, card has not been received... which kind of bank are you @LloydsBank if you can not provide a minimum of service? you are making my complicated situation even worst. Once this will be sorted out, I will change bank for sure.

@LloydsBank To look at what? You refused to provide a card for me to pick it up in the branch 12 days ago, how can you sort my situation now? If I call you again you will tell me the exact same thing. Really poor customer service!

Everyone trying to make payments on line with @LloydsBank There is indeed a problem with their online verification! It's been going on for over 6 hours now! #Lloyds #lloydsbank Don't bother calling it took me 40 mins to get through and 1.5hrs to get a correct answer!
