@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Still blocked. Ring again. Get through after 30 mins. You need to speak to our fraud department. Again. I'll transfer you. An hour wait. Been with @LloydsBank for years. Having a credit card you can't use is pointless. Not having adequate system to help resolve this is poor

@LloydsBank The fact I have to call, from overseas, where you have no local number, no way for you to call me, no way to resolve it over email, no local office to visit, is so disappointing that I'll 100 percent be closing my account (and it's sizeable) once I get access back. Disgraceful.

@LloydsBank your automated calls still don't work with the Australian Telstra network. I've lost access to my account for months now. Any update? I tried calling but it's rather expensive from Australia. Is there really no local line I can call? Or email? Pretty unimpressed.
