    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. When I was scammed out of thousands by phishing; and criminals managed to access my phone bank details - @LloydsBank were very kind/quick and rectified the whole event for me. I’m so sorry this is not the case for you.

    @LloydsBank @Insidious_Warp I'm with my son now trying to set up online banking for him. What a nightmare so we called your team and we were cut off. You may be losing him as a customer. Can't say I blame him....

    @MorganBroadcast I had a similar thing happen to me a good few years ago (albeit on a smaller scale) and @LloydsBank dealt with it admirably. Handled it all for me and I received all of my money back into my account along with help on how to re-secure the account

    @MorganBroadcast Sorry to hear about this. My back at @LloydsBank managed to refund the fraud to me when I got scammed - a much better service than @santanderuk who appear to be on another side (not their customer‘s)

    @LloydsBank 03453000000, the customer service number which appears online and on my app. My card doesn’t work via contactless or chip and PIN as the card is immediately rejected before being asked for a PIN number. It has been 3 days since I’ve been able to access money

    @MorganBroadcast @PeterDbrash The same applies to @LloydsBank group, so if someone can access your phone, they can also access your money. Frightening.

    @LloydsBank Just as he said he was removing the block on my account, I got disconnected. After 2 hours on the phone. At this point it would be quicker to open an account with another bank and use that to pay
