It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Andy Bennett (@theandybe) reported@LloydsBank A customer of 40 years would like to convert his child's account of 14 years to the Smart Start Lloyds advertises. Apparently the only way I can make this happen is to ask the ombudsman to intervene. Lloyds is a shadow of its former self.

I’m literally doing the work for you and my car is actually now parked in a safer place!!! Awful.

They are a bureaucratic nightmare. You want security, this is not the bank?

Seems unnessarily long. With @LloydsBank I added a savings account within my online banking in a few clicks.
