    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    @ajayjagota @GBNEWS @LloydsBank I’ve been trying to be in touch with Lex Leasing, try that! Part of Lloyds Bank and impossible, no return calls or direct emails. Staff sat at home I believe so who can blame them. They were running Honda and Volvo contract hire / leasing, have lost these contracts says it all.

    @LloydsBank The alarm in the TW13 Feltham branch is going on for more than a hour now. It's almost 10 pm in the night. The residents above the branch are annoyed. Please help as this is a regular occurrence.

    @LloydsBank I called for support over a fraudulent transfer twice… twice I’ve been cut off and no one phoned me back…. No notes where left on account and had to explain myself 6/7 times while I got transferred to different departments! Seriously this isn’t acceptable!

    @LloydsBank Hi John, I finally got through to someone after waiting for like an hour. He didn't advise why he transferred me. An agent was able to help me to an extent, and the investigation takes up to 45days. I guess I'll have to wait for 45 days, after waiting for over a month.

    @LloydsBank hi. I've seen I've got a charge for £7.99 on my account from Amazon subscription. I've signed up for a 6 month free subscription (student deals) and I have no other subscriptions on there??? Can someone help!
