@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

Probably the lousiest Christmas on record. Still in a freezing cold house. Chest still not good. A couple of tradesmen friends, bless 'em, have come over to help. It's better, but we still need a plumber and still can't get @LloydsBank or AXA to function. Nightmare. #Survive

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA Are your utilities government owned? That is awful. When government gets involved in anything, it's a disaster. Ours just passed a law (building code) that all new buildings have to have heat pumps - no gas. Glad we built 20 years ago!
