It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank Your online system for opening an ISA account is not working. I’ve tried to open an account for last 24 hours online and just spent an hour on phone trying to do it. Maybe it’s time for me to switch banks if you can’t do the basics anymore.
