David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@DanopticXO @anthslife @LloydsBank But they defaulted customer accounts to allow login without the password and just 3 letters from your memorable information. That's weaker than any password.
-
- (@lb_2561) reported@DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2
-
Honey Bunny (@HoneyBu65587062) reported@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop

41andabullet Olivea (@4Olivea) reportedDear @LloydsBank please respect your customers time. I shouldn't have to spend my lunch hour in the bank waiting to do a transaction and there be only on cashier. Im sorry that isbt good enough customer service. Do better
-
Sam (@Aishanie2) reported@LBGplc Extremely disappointed with @LloydsBank customer service is the worst. My partner withdrew a large amount of money and wasn’t given an envelope. When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
