    @LloydsBank Not me, but a member of my family. It was a general observation though as 5 days is quite a while with no access to money, more so now branches are closing too. If this is the way we’re going forward I feel it needs to be quicker.

    @LloydsBank Many thanks for reply. However budgeting options don't help while the bank continues to take charges. I will endeavour to speak to someone in branch soon to see if there is other help

    @LloydsBank Apparently having access to my own money in my own bank account is too much to ask for from a bank. How do @LloydsBank still have a banking license is quite beyond me.

    @LloydsBank i was on the phone to make a payment of £10000 to myself, regular activity for the account. the account has been fully suspended and i tried to sort it out. unhelpful service and then Alex(a manager) from the fraud department hung up on me!!

    @LloydsBank It's been reported to counter staff 3 times over the summer. They were aware of the issue but fixes did not work.
