@LloydsBank Hi @LloydsBank, they said because they think someone should see it in person. They couldn't understand what the issue was over the phone. And then someone from the branch can phone the call centre to look at the notes on the system.

@LloydsBank my son who is 17 has a students account just had a charge off amozon in the us we tried to report it after 45 mins on hold the guy told him to call amozon whitch is impossible why cant he just cancel the card and send a new one ?

@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. On hold for 45 minutes and when I finally speak to someone I get cut off. Ring back and told its atleast 45 minute wait - could your staff not ring people back?

@LloydsBank you don’t make it easy for someone to report a lost debit card. I don’t have any other details but the automated service won’t put me through to anyone. In the meantime someone could be cleaning up my account. #CustomerUnfriendly
