@LloydsBank I seem to be extremely unlucky. I have had to call your customer service 3 times in the last week. I called on different days and times, to be informed each time you were "particularly busy at the moment" and waited 1 hour + for response. When are you not "particularly busy"?

@LloydsBank not only has my hard been declined 3 times today but you have also said I can’t get any cash out of cash point? Is it because I’m never in debt? I’m sure if I was BAME , and overdrawn by £2k , I’m sure you would not block me

@LloydsBank i was on the phone to make a payment of £10000 to myself, regular activity for the account. the account has been fully suspended and i tried to sort it out. unhelpful service and then Alex(a manager) from the fraud department hung up on me!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried using the @LloydsBank app to approve a payment in the last few weeks it doesn't work. It appears to work but the retailer's website hangs. Tried different phones, reinstalling etc. I've always recommended you but this is REALLY testing my allegiance.

@CharlotteEH87 @LloydsBank Hi Charlotte, I'm sorry the cash machine didn't dispense the funds requested. You'd need to contact Lloyds bank. Only they can access your account and submit an ATM query to recall the funds. I'm sorry we can't do this for you. Kind regards – Sammie
