    @LloydsBank I haven’t tried the desktop site only form my phone. Yes I get an error message saying ‘we are experiencing technical difficulties’. This happens quite a lot but usually resolves after a while but still having no luck. Might just be my phone maybe. I’ll keep trying. Many thanks

    @bruce_packard @LloydsBank Wow. I'm writing up Quarto. Obvs you are comfortable with it being effectively a subsidiary and customer of Lion Rock. I worry the mothership's interests might come before Quarto's, despite LR's stated intent.

    @LloydsBank Today. Four outs using my card. And one payment received. They were working fine the other day. All the settings are still the same and showing as active.

    @LloydsBank Hi Michael, they said they did it and they did not. I have made 4 telephone calls and no movement of money. Poor service seems to be the way now and I’ve been a customer of Lloyds since 1990.

    @LloydsBank There was no such advisement. They said it had been fixed. My correct number was already on the system. All they've done, apparently, is remove an old one. My correct number shows up when I'm logging into online banking. But not when I'm making a purchase through another website.

    @LloydsBank Also. My mom had tried transfers on here phone and my stepdad on his android phone and neither have notifications. So there is definitely an issue going on. My other banking apps and other apps notifications are fine. Just Lloyds Which again. I get these issues most months

    @LloydsBank I have rang 25 mins ago on 03456072241. Seems you think a 15 wait is normal and good customer service. I am just trying to get ahead of the text to my phone that i require to open my account. The phone has no power. I am not near my 2nd phone link. Still need my bank account.
