    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank I have and I wrote to you as well as the branch couldn't help. They told me I need to write to you. I request that you remove the title as I wish not to be referred as 'OTHER' Other banks offer no title option and so you should too in 2022.

    @LloydsBank fraud on my credit card which is still in my possession and should very clearly have been detected. Cancelled the card via app now waiting 45 min to speak to someone. Why state you are open until 11pm when you clearly cannot support this? Not impressed.

    @LloydsBank plse tell me how i order replacement card for my parents plse? service is a joke. 4x I’ve been cut off for a so called 24/7 service to report a lost card. I’ve stopped the card via the app,surely then it shld let you order a new one via the app?

    @LloydsBank hi. 3 times today I’ve had to ring up because you’ve suspended my log in details whilst trying to transfer to my father..it’s happened again and I can’t wait an hour to speak on the phone!

    , @LloydsBank your policy of only being able to pay 10 bags of change in/day is really restrictive and not customer friendly.. particularly when it's charity collections too!!
