@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Unbelievable your solution to my complaint is for me to call again...to wait over 1hr...to then have someone say they have no idea how to help..then have them put the phone down and not call back again... I bet if I stop paying my bill you will calk me back #badservice

@LloydsBank OK that's a bit of a problem...as the 1st falls on a diffrent day every month doesn't it and my bill is due no matter what date I pick it may fall on a weekend. In a digital age how can this be a system? How do I work around it?

@LloydsBank Thanks for the reply...I think your wait times need to be better sign posted. Yesterday I was told 1.5hrs and was cut off after 4 hours. Today told 2 hrs and currently at 4hrs 11mins and hoping not to be cut off. All because or an error the bank made
