    @LloydsBank are not fit to be carrying the Pride flag within their logo. People should be aware that Lloyds do not allow the opening of bank accounts by phone for those using the Mx (trans) title and despite a long running complaint, have no interest in resolving the issue.

    @LloydsBank I will say whoever is working the front desk at Eastbourne terminus road. Needs retraining. Her attitude was less than welcoming. Felt like she didn't want to be there

    @LloydsBank Funny that because I called 4 times and couldn't get through to anyone so had to lose out on £150 to drive 30 minutes to my closest branch for them to just ring them there to sort it. Been without a card and only recieve it Thursday so will be a week. Customer service is awful🙃
