    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    Hi @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank , are there any current issues with the mobile app? My linked Halifax accounts and my Lloyds credit card suddenly disappeared from the LLoyds app. No changes on my side. Is this a known technical problem?

    @scampo999 @LloydsBank I didn’t need help, just polite explanation. Lloyds bank still charge interest for two months after you have cleared your credit card balance and could not give a reasonable explanation as to why.

    @AllianzAssistUK you are the absolute worst travel insurance company I have ever dealt with. Timelines change constantly. I have no idea why @LloydsBank use you as partner! Customer service is NONEXISTENT!

    @LloydsBank I'm a Halifax customer and my local Halifax has closed down and my card no longer reads and I've ordered a new card can I come in my local Lloyd's branch to draw out money from the counter or is it not possible?

    @LloydsBank Yes. We tried that and your camera app was not functional enough to scan his face. Not really my problem anymore. Now the lack of a customer is your problem. Given the general dysfunction I witnessed today in your branch, I would recommend shorting your stock.

    @LloydsBank I’m am so angry. I’ve had the card no more than 3 months and this is how a new customer is treated, declining transactions. No notification or pre warning, no referral to the app. JUST A DECLINE. Totally embarrassing.

    @LloydsBank What are my options left? It is clear @bookingcom are a greedy corporation that exhaust ppl from refunds. I am a victim of fraud due to @bookingcom and Lloyds cannot even support me with the correct resources...
