    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank explain this to me. My cc online banking app displays £17.78 yet when I log into the website it says £Nil. Why?

    @LloydsBank tactic is 1000% to put you on hold for hours, then answer, nobody can ever help you, so they transfer you so you’re on hold again until you lose sanity and give up. Then they charge you and blame you for not contacting them @LloydsBankBiz. What a disgusting company!

    You know I'm wondering if @LloydsBank are on @AmazonUK payroll. I've opened 2 disputes in February with lloyds about 2 amazon payments and yet I have had issue after issue and ridiculous requests like provide amazon's terms and conditions regarding prime video.

    @LloydsBank why is your customer service so shockingly bad? My partner has been trying to speak to someone ALL day just to be put on hold numerous times and asked to call back later. Extremely frustrating. Please advise how he can speak to someone regarding: his business account?

    @AntonyJohnston @LloydsBank I can empathize. I’m on my seventh round of emails to Facebook after realizing they disabled my ad account over some long ago technical glitch that left a unpaid balance of 0.16 Swedish crowns (or less than two pence) on my account. It’s been… interesting. 😣

    @LloydsBank Thanks.I’ve phoned 0345 600 4862 but I’ve been told that that’s the Bank Fraud Department, not the Credit Card Fraud Department.Can you let me know the number of the Credit Card Fraud Department please? It’s frustrating not being able to get hold of someone quickly for this issue
