    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank It’s this terrible service - not working and unable to fix it - which is exactly why I’ve never used Lloyds / Barclays / Nat West. So I’ll put my card in the bin & go back to companies whose services work simply, easily, & with the customer experience thought through.

    WEDNESDAY Wobble! Spent 40 mins on the phone to @LloydsBank trying to help my 98-year-old neighbour add her card for food delivery. Spoke to 4 people - all said, “It’s a nightmare doing stuff like this.” If it’s hard for me, how do the elderly cope? Big firms need to do better.
