WEDNESDAY Wobble! Spent 40 mins on the phone to @LloydsBank trying to help my 98-year-old neighbour add her card for food delivery. Spoke to 4 people - all said, “It’s a nightmare doing stuff like this.” If it’s hard for me, how do the elderly cope? Big firms need to do better.

@LloydsBank @MartinSLewis I quote the rules “You’ll need to allow 7 working days for the switch…just don’t set up any new payments during this period as these will not be transferred”. This doesn’t mean you can’t set them up.
