    Why has @LloydsBank dropped the very useful live chat facility from its mobile banking app? As a deafblind customer it was the best and only way for me to contact the bank independently.

    @LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.

    @ZubyMusic @LloydsBank started doing that to me. After 3 consecutive instances, despite me having to call them to unlock my bank account and asking them to whitelist the exchange, I decided to just work with @RevolutApp . No issues whatsoever, so far.
