@LloydsBank Your fraud number, I spoke to 3 people (I have names) but was cut off. Be honest; are they all working from home? if so, other priorities; letting the dog out, changing a *****, going to the shops or watching Netflix. I pay a fee for my account, surely I deserve to be heard?

@LloydsBank Is a junior cash isa, which has been opened by greatgrand parent, and not a legal guardian, valid? Will the account run into legal problems? Are any monies deposited in said account safe? When the child comes of age and wishes to access the monies will this be problematic?

@LloydsBank I had a 'savings goal' with @Lloyds in case I needed healthcare while traveling.When COVID hit I was trapped in Thailand.I needed access to my account. Lloyds refused me access to my own money for 12 months. They think YOUR money is their money? Do not trust the BS PR they spout?

@lloydsbank Absolutely disgusted with the service from lloyds bank. My 83 year old Mother - a customer of of over 50 years - had her debit card stolen. It was used and over £800 withdrawn from her account. Lloyds have just told her the money will not be returned. Shameful

@LloydsBank yes, told them where i was, how long ive been here and no issues online banking, no mobile phone to call and cant get texts. and got told "ring this number" and chat was stopped. disgusting and now stuck in mogadishu with no card access or online access to pay
