    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Woke Halifax are not any better, I really want to change banks..but who? Customer services are now clearly a thing of the past. I always get the feeling that my age group are slowly being fazed out all because I don’t really want to keep up with the latest gizmos and technology.

    Finally after waiting all damn day the @LloydsBank mobile app is finally working , thank god ! I can't imagine the stress for anyone else using this bank as well. May this never happen again it was horrific & frustrating ! #lloydsbank #UK

    When you move to a forced MFA system for ANY online purchases, but then break your app meaning you can’t actually authorise any purchases, it becomes a major problem for your customers, doesn’t it @LloydsBank - no SLA, no financial penalty, just a hollow ‘we’re sorry’.
