@LloydsBank No because they are not allowed as it can take days so they cannot promise anything. That is the saddest part about it. They treat these sensitive situations as SLAs and another piece of work. No worry or concern what impact it has to their customer

@LloydsBank I’ve just spoke to a really helpful lady who has stopped anything being taken again, and dealt with it all in 4 mins as both police/ ‘company’ who took money are involved too. The number I called is the one on your website for security and fraud! Thanks

@LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

@LloydsBank hi, is it possible to cancel a transaction in the 'on hold' phase? A monthly subscription renewed more items than I wanted and I'm not sure how long it'll take their support to get back to me and as it's a £100 more than I budgeted for I need it stopped, thanks :)

Hey @LloydsBank calling to report fraud on my account happening as we speak and now on hold for 48.12mins and they taken the money n stopped now! Thanks for the lack of help, guess now I just wait to get through and live on nothing till you do your enquiry etc!

@LloydsBank can you please tell me who I address a complaint to. You have returned an Important cheque due to no mandate. When I ring the contact number on the letter I get cut off. Very unhappy customer.
