@LloydsBank Covering the front camera to stop Face ID and forcing manual validation through memorable information worked for me! Chase are having similar issues and this was there solution and it seems to work for this too

@LloydsBank still can’t get on the app!!! Deleted it and re installed it and still no!!! How can it be down this long when most people get payed today and can’t access anything!!! Doubt you’ll do nothing to compensate people either!!! Time to change banks I think!!!
