@LloydsBank Hi, about the £100 bonus switching to a Club Lloyds account. When completing the switching process it forces me to log in as I’m already a customer. However the T&Cs clearly state that I won’t benefit if I switch to an exiting lloyds account. Can you please clarify?

@LloydsBank Unfortunately my child has school on a Saturday too. Like I said, it is completely impossible esp with a 2 week rule to organise this ID check. It's sad that the next generation, who had such a difficult 18 month, are not considered more....

@LloydsBank That’s who I spoke to but not a comfortable experience. So you can’t help me as there seems to be no record of the cheque being presented. The letter saying the cheque had been stopped is ref 2210910MSG13COR2141 from Lloyds bank
