@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Not the only one mike ! They get paid well 6 months sickness full pay then half pay 6-7 weeks hold a year during pandemic worked 4 hours per day still got full salary no incentive Mike fir customer service imv

@LloydsBank any ideas how I can help an adult with learning difficulties open a bank account, popped into branch this morning and didn't get very far. The chap has no passport, driving licence etc etc. Nobody available in branch to help until 8th June at best.
