@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@BaalambL @LloydsBank Not only Lloyds, I had similar problem. Stupidly brought my utility bill (joint name) & council tax invoice(joint names), but they were with different names printed (I have a triple last name), so had to run around. Sorted out easily - brought a SoA from another bank. Try this.

@LloydsBank making it IMPOSSIBLE to downgrade my account online, on the app, or by phone. Have to visit a branch - you know, the bricks and mortar branches they keep closing. I'll be visiting. To close my account(s) entirely. What a complete shambles.

@LloydsBank I’ve only one Lloyds debit card and one Lloyds credit card. I just want to cancel the credit card but not issue me a new credit card. I’ll get it once I reach UK. Debit card is fine, it has validity until next year so no issues.
