@LloydsBank so I phone up to open a new account at Lloyds, can't get to speak to the branch I want and the manager at Stockport can't be bothered to phone me back to make an appointment. 34 years working for Lloyds TSB when they actually wanted your business. Really bad, Lloyds.

@botzarelli @LloydsBank Still amazes me, because their reputation was initially the reason I opened accounts with them. In any case, I can shut down my accounts with Lloyds in a heartbeat - both credit and banking - which I'll probably do during my lunch break next week.

@LloydsBank The problem we have is our @TrefoilGuild account is a building society account. Can’t pay bacs payment into it. Difficult to withdraw money to pay for activities. And not ideal in this Covid era of needing to do stuff electronically that doesn’t require trips to the bank.

@LloydsBank Seriously what's going on with this customer service? Blocked my accounts, then after a hour with fraud team you let me supposedly access one of my accounts for funds, only for a wasted trip to the shops to be back on this dumb phone for another 2 hours as not sorted
