    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    How on Earth are companies like @LloydsBank STILL using #Covid as an excuse for poor service? I’ve been trying for 3 days to report fraud, but it’s 20+mins in a queue just to speak to sum1 who THEN has to transfer to another queue..it’s ridiculous!

    @LloydsBank Is there something wrong with contactless on your debit card? my card keeps declining everywhere with contactless it will only use my pin I’ve had the same card for a long time and I’ve never had a problem until your update yesterday!

    @LloydsBank I’m really grateful for how seriously u take online fraud, but can u check if I’m spending somewhere before u block it? 2nd time in a month my card has been blocked. I’ll now spend 2 hours speaking to 4 different people to sort. Until then I can’t shop..inc Tesco!

    @LloydsBank I’ve had a shocking service from @LloydsBank. Still unable to access online banking on two business accounts after a gruelling 5 month + trying to change accounts into my name. Still waiting on a pin that should’ve been here 2 weeks ago. Sick of phoning and not getting any where
