@LloydsBank Hey David. ING did not provide a timescale. I have more bank accounts and when I do a payment from ING to that account I can see it straight away in the app or on the website it is received. Not at Lloyds apparently.

@LloydsBank I have other issues but that's just one of them. Your chat function on the app and making a call to the bank is mind numbingly slow. The chat especially. I have been with lloyds my entire life and only now am I thinking of changing banks.

@LloydsBank I am really disappointed that Lloyds reduced my credit card limit without discussing this with me initially rather than just going by my recent credit report and assuming I have financial issues!

@LloydsBank mobile and internet banking not working. Is this a widespread thing? Had problems with my mobile app not logging me for a few days and then today going to the icon for it to tell me that it wasn’t installed at all. Have been unable to reinstall it fully and internet…

@LloydsBank After more ‘private’ messages from Lloyds Bank, I have now been advised to either go on line or phone them to open a savings account. Why are they discriminating against age as my elderly mother cannot access the internet nor hear over the phone!
