@lloydsbank Is there a problem with the android app? I had to re-input all my details into it on Tuesday night and now it's requesting them again. I've not had to put my details in since the first time installing it and I don't want to go through phone verification daily.

@LloydsBank what can be done when actions are not carried out? I spent 4+ hours waiting to get through, and 1 hour discussing on the phone - none of the discussed actions have been made (4 Oct). Customer service reps do not help on messages. Very bad customer service.

If anyone is seeking a bank that allows money to be wrongly taken from an elderly customer’s account and can’t be asked to deal with it, we recommend @LloydsBank who are never by your side in reality. An utterly shameless, shambolic excuse for a bank.

You gotta love how banks will do ANYTHING to stop you from taking your own money out Card is broken so can't withdraw go into bank with my ID, old card and still @LloydsBank will only let me get £100 OF MY OWN MONEY. Leaches

@chey_cobb @LloydsBank Most neighbourhood branches closed. Have to get into the city centre branch. Then several hundred metres in the wheelchair, much of it uphill, to a join a line of at least a dozen customers being served by three clerks. None of whom can do a dollar deposit without help. Dismal.
