    Astonishingly poor service from @LloydsBank who I’ve informed that a payment from an account that isn’t mine has appeared on my credit card due to an error on their system for my direct debit. They will do nothing today leaving someone else out of pocket. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank your automated phone line for keeping an account open isn’t working. You have to press 1 to keep your account open. It is not recognising when I press 1. I’ve done it three times

    @LloydsBank Thanks. I've asked him to check a couple of times and pointed out the fact he's giving me 9 digits not 8. I'll have to ask him again. Problem is I think he's getting upset with me, yet it's clear the information he's giving me is incorrect.

    @LloydsBank I’ve sent via dm. But please don’t patronise me by telling me how to do it. That is missing the point. I provided ID which wasn’t on your list. But it is proof of ID. I missed hours of work and I don’t have time. I want someone to apply common sense and help
