@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I have been told on your website that I need to phone 0800 068 4951 to approve a payment. When I got through I was asked for some information, including the 3 digit number on the back of my card, which seems suspicious to me. Is this something you would normally ask?
