Poor service from @LloydsBank Rang to report fraudulent use of credit card & put through to fraud department. Total waiting time – two hours 15 minutes and even then I didn’t get through. It will be cheaper to be defrauded ! When will Covid stop being an excuse for poor service ?

@LloydsBank I think you need to have a serious review of the number of people you have on your fraud telephone lines....now on 1.5 hrs and still waiting. This is not good customer service.

And on today’s note. All three of the banks I’m with can **** off. @monzo @RevolutApp @LloydsBank quick to take me money but not give it back. Bunch of *****. Am just gonna store all my cash in a big safe behind a picture frame & call it a day.
