    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Hi! So I’m currently in the process of getting my account sorted and then had a page appear with all acceptable forms of proof of identity and address, however I can’t see that page any longer and it included some more things that the other page… any help?

    @LloydsBank Have an error code - 9200089: 103: Sorry, we can’t update your settings right now, try again later. The app tells me that my payment hasn’t been made and I should check my statement. I’m trying to log in for the first time.

    @LloydsBank Doesn’t really help me though. Why are your wait times still so long? COVID isn’t an excuse to provide this ridiculously poor level of customer service. If you’re blocking people’s cards for no reason, you need to have the facility in place to unblock just as quickly.

    @LloydsBank your banking app is woeful. I reset my details and then once all done and ready to log on, it tells me that it’s logged me out and my payment hasn’t been made. I haven’t managed to log in to make a payment so how does it work that out? Frustratingly awful.

    @LloydsBank @stephenkeeler I could understand reinstating a smaller fee but how can an increase from zero to £21 be justified? I can't think of another service industry where this huge increase would be acceptable @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank It’s a long story involving a friend thinking she was hacked, she sent me money and then “HSBC” called me to send it to her new account but it never arrived so seems the fraudsters were cloning HSBC phone number. No money has gone from my account but worried they now have access

    @LloydsBank Hi Sophie, this got sorted eventually internally, and I wasn’t told about the solution to the problem. Only, it had never happened before. I’m grateful for the efforts of the staff I spoke to who genuinely wanted to help. Thank you.

    @LloydsBank Chris, I can’t see the problem with doing it. We took out another loan for a car on ***. Financially she is going to now be paying 2 x high loans that will really push her affordability. Are you a bank who just points to policy or one that reviews every case compassionately

    @LloydsBank Fraudulent DD set up on my business account without my permission. No phonelines open. 24hr tweet has 40min delay on answering questions. No information on what to do. What kind of customer service is this?? Why do I pay monthly for this terrible service?
