@LloydsBank Both, when I call any number on the website it leads me through a series of options and then says that it is putting me through to an advisor. And then it says "Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to offer this service at the moment" and the call is disconnected

Can anyone give me some advice please? I need to get some copies of documents certified as true copies of the originals. I have just tried my bank which is @LloydsBank. Despite being a customer for over 40 years, they will not do this basic service for me. 1/

@LloydsBank I have unused Cineworld voucher from last year. I was under impression all the unused vouchers were extended for a year. But was turned down yesterday at Cineworld and had to pay for movie.
