It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

She had to borrow from her daughter to buy food, in the midst of the most traumatic time of their lives. Took weeks to unfreeze & get her access back. Mafioso banksters.

My next action, with an alternative provider was provided within 24 hours..that's customer service.
