    @LloydsBank your practices are awful. I was scammed and you returned my money. You provided no communication to me and just took it back out with out anything being said. I am DISGUSTED by your practices. How dare you do this to customers with no communication????

    @LloydsBank Hi I’ve recently switched phones and Im trying to register for mobile banking, every time I get a call to enter the 4 digit code after the beep I get a continuous beep every 2 secs. I think that there is an issue in the automated verification system and I need support

    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline, I tried a different browser and it still didn't work so I ended up calling customer cardholder services (this is for credit cards, not a banking account). They told me the system was down and may not be back up and running till about midday.

    Hi can you help me out please I have my bank card but every time I’m putting it into the card machine I get “card error” straight away… is there any chance I can order a new card without cancelling this one as I need to use my bank currently having to use Apple Pay @LloydsBank

    Hey @lloydsbank - I'm like to cancel paying PPI on a credit card. Any mention of PPI in your automated phone system sends me to PPI complaints, who say they are unable to assist. Please help.
