@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@SeasideChris @LloydsBank Scary because I use first direct, they set my card up on their app and Google pay before I actually received it. Really quick service from them. My Mrs is with Lloyds and has no end of issues setting Apple pay up.

@tidywelshbut @LloydsBank @Tesco Problem now with phones is they’ve got sensors inside to show water has been in the phone, and often that’s excluded from insurance. I hear you with unregular working hours, certain departments at banks only open 9-5 and the 24hr departments can’t help, very frustrating.

So @LloydsBank I've been with you for donkeys via platinum. Tonight I dropped my phone down the bog and it's no more.. Anyhow to try and claim you require my phone no. Which as its resembling Spongebobs spatula is a tad difficult. Please advise something.
