The travel insurance @LloydsBank gives its premium customers via @Allianz has shockingly poor customer service. I can’t get any help. No email replies. No returned calls. No payment. I’ve bought other cover for my next trip. Bank needs to reassess this partnership.

@LloydsBank would be better served if your IT helpdesk staff actually knew something about a basic function of their website rather than hang up on a long suffering customer after he had sat on the phone for 10 minutes trying to explain what the problem is #badcustomerservice

@LloydsBank Do you notify bank closures anywhere? Having closed Hatfield branch, have gone to WGC only to find it closed today with note to go Stevenage or St.Albans. This is 3rd time now. I looked online b4 going too. Very annoying and poor service for customers…
