Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to “just keep trying” because, in your words, “it’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service.
