    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank All the main banks seem to be the same these days. I don't know what the new entrants are like. Some are worse than others. HSBC are terrible. I've found Smile the least intrusive and the customer service is very responsive. I've also heard good things about Handelsbanken.

    Interestingly, @LloydsBank allows login whilst SSL inspection is active. Most banks would block that. I wonder why.

    @Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank We opened a business account there and suddenly those directors who had personal accounts found that their personal accounts were available online to every other director. That was only the start of our problems. I wouldn't go near the place ever again.

    @LloydsBank I’m sure they are working as hard as they can. I’ve been on hold for almost 90 mins so far over the course of the last 2 days. It would be much easier if Lloyds employed a sufficient number of people!
