I have to tell you how bad is it to open a traditional bank account in the UK now. My wife wanted to open an account with @LloydsBank, so we went to their website, fill the form and end up with an error not explaining why it can't proceed 1/9

@LloydsBank @Ross24879649 Stop with the excuses. Downdetector has thousands of reports of the Lloyds Group banking apps being down. An apology and advice re work being done to remedy would be more useful.
