It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

I specifically wanted counter service to deposit a cheque as my local branch of @HalifaxBank was closed yet it wasn't available and was advised to use a machine or offered help to do it online neither of which was appropriate. Poor customer service.

It is bad enough losing your husband but to then be treated sooo badly by your bank. I expected support. I have done nothing wrong but you treat me badly.

I've asked you not to and you choose to ignore my request. Is that good quality customer service? I also object to receiving emails that I cannot reply to.
