  @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

  @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

  So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras 🙄 Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?

  @LloydsBank Your iOS app is incredibly slow. Ages to log on, then you make it worse by popping something up to interrupt me. If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.

  Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

  @LloydsBank One of your insured car drivers collided with my car but I took down the reg number incorrectly. I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?

  @MrPaulStott @LloydsBank Monzo much better with sorting out problems in my experience, often possible in app (but communicating with a person not a bot or someone outside UK)
