It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.
