@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank your app is awful. The majority of the app is you trying to get me to take on debt (car finance, loan, increased overdraft). Im glad I moved my main account to @StarlingBank 3 years ago. Just need to convince my partner to move our joint and savings over too now.

So @LloydsBank have back healed a query. Again. Pushing a page of options to someone, none of which fit, is a typical lazy organisational response. To be clear I am not a customer, thank goodness.
