@LloydsBank Hi there, I see that you've decided to close the Weybridge branch. In your published branch review PDF, you state that branch transactions are down since 2017 and cash machine transactions up. This is because you removed the counter service and replaced with machines.

@LloydsBank I've just tried to access Internet banking and its asking me to log in from scratch again and sending me a code to enter. When I do that, it's then going back to the start again.

@LloydsBank Awdul service. On phone for over an hour, Trying to make a complaint. Staff are either unaware of what to do or rude. My card is blocked, and I cannot spend my money where I choose to. And no one can give me an answer apart from it being the fault of lloyds heritage?
