It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

If you’re forcing customers to call you to confirm transfers that have been previously done then Lloyds need to employ more customer service agents. 2+ hr wait times is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be waiting this long
