@LloydsBank @LBGplc Can somebody please look into our complaint. We are a small CHARITY set up in our daughter's memory and have been waiting for you to open a bank account since 4th April. Your customer service is non-existent 😭 I would recommend everyone avoids using them!!

@LloydsBank Hi Lee. Not long after I sent the message I got through to someone called Ross - and just as it seemed he was about to resolve my issue it cut off. So now I face having to ring AGAIN and spend another two hours. Can this not be sorted in an easier way? Happy to discuss via DMs
