@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank I have been trying to send you an email about a scammer. Its rejected by your sever because of my email address. What the hell kind of service is it that rejects a customer's legit and registered email? You actually send me emails to this address.

@LloydsBank had a lovely couple of days away from reality on hold to your fraud line. Not only does my business card get blocked weekly for making business transactions, but then I get to speak to 3 departments all of who can’t help me! Thanks again for your commitment to service

@LloydsBank If, every time we call you say that you're experiencing "unusually high number of calls", then your use of the word "unusual" is flawed. 20 minutes wait every single time is not exactly the service we had hoped for.
