Gary Clarke (@garypclarke) reported@LloydsBank Given the problem has existed since February it should be possible by now to give some indication to customers regarding a fix date. They were unable to do this, hence my lack of confidence.

Joan Moore (@JoanMoo40289755) reported@LloydsBank Large amount, the wait is so long that the call cuts out. Managed today as call answered quickly. I am trying again tomorrow. It is the high value transfer team that take so long to answer and then the call length. Really terrible service and the phone banking are no help.

Courtney (@CTanswell_) reported@LloydsBank My husband has a help to buy isa with you which he needs to close but our nearest branch is a 6hr round trip away. Is there any other way he can close it? Don’t understand why he needs to visit a branch when every other bank can close them via internet banking.
