@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank See other reply below. I have to get Vat return out by end of this month, can’t get into statements or anything, effectively shut down my ability to do business or pay bills etc. Plus other biz essential tasks. A bank working in numbers can’t generate a new code in under 10 days?

@LloydsBank Thanks David - it would be helpful to understand the rules in detail.. how many transactions? What value? Can I get them changed? I spent >30mins on phone to Lloyds yesterday to be told it was apples issue!!
