@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank is there any way at all I'm able to contact the loan team on any way other than the phone? With the hours I'm working I'm not able to contact them, and when trying on breake etc the wait is long and I have limited time. Chat on the app are very unhelpful.

@LloydsBank took out a car insurance policy with you, I need to amend my policy, have tried to do so online but I get told to call a number, it's cut me off 5 times before I can speak to a real person. This is appalling service, I'm reconsidering my insurance provider now

@LloydsBank i was asked to show id in branch on saturday, a block was removed then. since then there has been no activity and the account now has another block on. they are asking me to visit branch again but my branch is only@open during school time and i’m legally required to attend school
