@LloydsBank So, it turns out that your Live Chat facility via the Mobile App is no longer in use, and you have no access to Live Chat online. It's just a shame for customers who aren't able to call. Quite possibly one of the worst banking companies I have banked with.

@LloydsBank I have yes, over the last 3 days I spoke to several and we can identify the issue but not resolve it. The issue is on the system I was told but they can’t tell me when it will be fixed so I’m to live without money until then

@LloydsBank This fault is on Lloyds so it’s vexing that I am the one doing the chasing and having to effect my working day to resolve it. I just need some communication in the Lloyds team to find a time line and resolution instead of notes being passed on my account

@LloydsBank Perhaps it would help the team and customers to have a few more call assistants? Your staff are always really friendly helpful and professional but customers don’t expect to have to hang on that long. It was hour and 40 mins in the end. But thanks Katy.
