Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Been waiting to speak 45min .

I selected the low rate option because it meant easy access - but @LloydsBank have changed the rules that i signed up for. Access to do as i wish with my ISA has been stolen. This feels like a form of fraud.

Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.
