I hate using @AskNationwide internet banking. The website is badly designed, the information you need is not obvious, there are too many pass codes/words/numbers needed, and what the hell is that card reader all about? @LloydsBank is so much more user friendly.

Friends of Twitter. Which bank is the best to move my current account to as @LloydsBank have caused issues with mine, they won't fix what they caused unless I ring their fraud department. This is one for @joelycett as the in app messages are comical.

@LloydsBank 3 hours on the phone from overseas, 4 different operators, and still no idea why I'm not receiving the 'verify' phone call. Not been able to access online banking for 3 days 😪

@LloydsBank I can see that there are issues with the apps for lloyds and credit cards but is it the same for cardnets as ours is not letting us do any transactions for any cards!

@MortyMark @LloydsBank I'm through their messaging on app. What bugs me is how many times I have to repeat it's the debit card. All the info is in the thread above yet as though "just another person" continues without checking the history. Always ends up "speak to the site declining"

@tommykerrison @LloydsBank @joelycett It gets ironic, their fraud team appears to have done something. They want me to phone them for their issue. Nope. *******, customer service awful and they should be phoning me to fix their problem I will look into reputable/recommended
