@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank why does your Message Us part of your mobile app constantly say I have three messages even after going on and seeing I don't. It shows three again after every new login. Highly annoying.

@HalifaxBank @vanmoyles I will be complaining to LloydsBank as the parent company about this Twitter post. I have been banking with @LloydsBank and Saving with them for nearly 40 years. Saying that customers should close their account if they disagree with pronouns is unacceptable customer service.

@LloydsBank you are a joke right now. You have closed 3 of my nearest branches as they “are no longer needed” then when you try to call customer services after entering details it says all lines are busy and to call back - repeat repeat repeat - always busy! #lloydsbank

@LloydsBank Can’t see how this is a network problem as I got through to the call answering system ok. It was only on transfer to an advisor that the problem manifested. Finally went into a branch only to find they couldn’t add contact number either as they don’t have the necessary access !
