@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Get a backbone Lloyds Bank and treat customers fairly ie provide the services that you claim to sell & when a customer expresses dissatisfaction. record a complaint & make an effort to resolve it rather than asking the customer to go through hell again. Why am I not surprised?

@Tesco @LloydsBank clearly there's an issue. But speaking to 4 different people trying to explain that Tesco will not take the pending payment as they've been paid has been a nightmare. Meanwhile I'm out of pocket £120 for 6 days when it should have gone back in my bank last week

@LloydsBank Yes they say I don’t have a policy although your product literature says I do. Your staff members couldn’t find out why the provider said i didn’t have a policy and in effect shrugged their shoulders saying they couldn’t help and as I said would not let me make a complaint.

@LloydsBank So I have a new phone and was going onto the app and click set up, I click log on now, enter my details and it says technical error but have deleted the app restarted the phone re-downloaded the app and it’s let me in now thank goodness!

@LloydsBank I used this service and my bank account was blocked. I couldn't get my money. App says to call a given number. When I call they say go to a branch. When I go to the branch they say we couldn't do anything to open it.
