@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank The issue in my case is the limit. It is to another account in the same name with another financial institution (there is existing SO to move money there). So, making a single large 'transfer' instead of multiple smaller 'faster payments' is attractive. WDYT?

@LloydsBank Your authorisation screen for online payments has not been working for me for many weeks now. No issues using my cards for any transactions not requiring the authorisation screen online. Customer service helpline consistently has a wait time of over an hour.
