@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Thanks Delina. Problem is, I personally didn't make the payment. The Australian government requested the payment (with my authorisation). Going to be a complete nightmare now, contacting them and trying to get them to try and take the payment again :( but thanks for your help.

@LloydsBank And sit on hold for 45 mins again? No thanks. Just tell your tech team their system is broken and they need to fix it. I can't be the only one having these issues. It's been ongoing for months with every browser and every device. What are you paying them for??
