It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

Funkyrobot™ 🤖🦊 (@Funkyrob0t) reported@LloydsBank Your error message saying a payment hasn’t worked and to try again was the instruction I followed. I tried again and it said it failed again. At that point I left it and now I’ve found that your app was incorrect and the payment WAS processed TWICE when you said it hadn’t TWICE!

I have 7 current accounts it’s got a bit silly I’ve started closing them now. Mainly for switching money and the like. But scaling down to around 4 now. Different uses. Always have a backup.

As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄
