@LloydsBank Thanks.I’ve phoned 0345 600 4862 but I’ve been told that that’s the Bank Fraud Department, not the Credit Card Fraud Department.Can you let me know the number of the Credit Card Fraud Department please? It’s frustrating not being able to get hold of someone quickly for this issue

@LloydsBank What the phone got to do with it. It’s your end that just cuts the call! After being on hold for an hour the phone cuts off on your end not mine. It does not matter if it is a mobile or landline. I thought your policy was cutting down on fraud. It’s becoming such a headache

@LloydsBank have put the interest rate up on my mortgage twice in three months. Absolute piss taking bustards. Has the interest rate paid to customers gone up an equal amount? Has it ****. Disgusting! Anyone looking at buying a home go somewhere else for your mortgage!

@LloydsBank Hello Jimmy. Its 13 minutes to get through the sutomated system. Over 45 mins to hold, explain to a colleague the problem, then be put through to another team, now being told another 50 mins to be answered? So in all over 2 hours for an issue that I can see is not isolated...
