@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@Helen_Barnard I wish my bank (@LloydsBank) was even responsive! I had a small issue a month ago. Chatbot couldn't help. "Human bot" non responsive. No local branches. Wrote to the manager. No reply. Banked at that branch for 57 years (worked for them during vacations)....zilch service

@LloydsBank Are we now not permitted to use the Lloyds banking app unless we turn on notifications? When I log in the app takes me through a couple of screens then asks me to turn on notifications & there's no Don't option. I've tried exiting & restarting but it's the same.

@LloydsBank In the app chat, I did suggest a practical measure which would have benefited me and cost Lloyds less than the £40 "compensation", but of course it was refused. So: please feed back to the Complaint Managers that compensation is compensation only if it benefits the customer. 3/3

@LloydsBank how come I have to call to raise an issue with everyday offers not being tracked from last month but I can do everything else via the 24/7 messaging?
