@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Hi Ronnie, I did get a number to call but unfortunately I cannot get back to them, I was told I the app that they would send me a letter with a code within the next 4 to 7 days, however I am in Turkey for 3 weeks and unable to access the code. Any suggestions?

@LloydsBank is it REALLY that difficult to sort out between you and @BMO for my daughter to access HER money to fund her University course instead of bouncing her backwards and forwards and simply just blaming each other 3 weeks before her degree starts??? It’s disgraceful !!
