    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank this is another of numerous attempts to get information from you but I'll try again. I wish to submit new banking details to continue my direct debit payments. Tge website just goes round in circles and I've been trying to call for 3 days now.

    @botzarelli @LloydsBank Still amazes me, because their reputation was initially the reason I opened accounts with them. In any case, I can shut down my accounts with Lloyds in a heartbeat - both credit and banking - which I'll probably do during my lunch break next week.

    @LloydsBank 37mins in the telephone queue and still wasn't answered. You say you're dealing with "customers in vulnerable situations". Is there a special number they call? How do you know I'm not vulnerable? How long are companies going to use Covid as an excuse for bad service?

    @LloydsBank my daughter needs to get her card unblocked so she can travel home tomorrow. She waited ages on the customer service line to be given another tel no to call but This new number just cuts off straight away

    @LloydsBank Ah, hello Andy, well there is some faith restored, I don't like being incredibly slowly spoken to by a computer as if I were 5. I just need one thing and I am having to wait 40 minutes. Can you give me a customer services email address please as I have things to send over.

    @LloydsBank I phoned the customer service number from the Lloyds app and they gave me that number to call but then the guy who answered asked for my card details but also the security number on the back which seems suspicious. Do you think i should block my card?

    @LloydsBank I have a Premier account and am trying to update my mobile phone insurance. However all I get is a message saying my benefits portal is not set up and will take 48 hours. I tried calling but they couldn’t help.
