    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank I most certainly do - I do a lot of voluntary work around improving online literacy and educating vulnerable people on cyber safety. Fixing access to the internet should be the priority rather than trying to dictate how private companies are run. But petitions are cheap…

    @LloydsBank can you please confirm if the issues around payments leaving Lloyds accounts have now been resolved. We have had many staff not receive their pay today which is not acceptable.

    @LloydsBank All payments to employees not received this morning but funds have left our business account. I can see there are issues, but when is this expected to be resolved? Need to be able to tell employees something as they have commitments. Thank you.
