@LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank They said since the account is so old, they can't help me as they cannot retrieve the details. The account dates back to the mid 2000s so I just thought she knew what she was saying. I will visit a different branch tomorrow

Terrible Customer Service from @AskSmythsToys. Had to search for a number, purchased Click and Collect on @SmythsToysUK and didn't make it in the 2 days to collect it. I'm now day 11 waiting on the refund, neither Smyths or @LloydsBank want to help me get my money back!!

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Unfortunately I've had a similar experience many times with Barclays. The only time I've experienced decent customer service is when I saw someone in person in my local branch. With branch closures everywhere we are left with no option but to deal with these dehumanising systems.
