@LloydsBank & @AldiUK , I don't know if this a problem but it's causing me some concern , I shopped at my local Aldi store as normal last Saturday 20th Nov and ever since the amount I spent on my debit card has been in pending transactions which is out of the ordinary

@LloydsBank I need to make a travel insurance claim through AXA. When I have eventually got through to the website apparently my account does not exist and I am to call the number on screen. Several hours on hold in the queue still no answer. Please advise

@LloydsBank is quick to cancel direct debits once notified of a deceased member which includes their own insurance who cannot provide specialist unoccupied cover for contents yet refuse to pay an insurance premium for cover elsewhere. No access. #UnfairForRelativesToFootTheBill

@LloydsBank Would it be possible to put a regularly updated page on your website that lists the phone numbers yo use for fraud prevention calls to reassure people? After my call I then had to call a number on your website to confirm that the number I was called from is genuine.
