    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Hi Paul, basically it lets you put the code in but then doesn't do anything with it (still asks for full payment) - on this occasion we're just going to try our luck with the Box Office, but in future I'd really like to be able to book seats in advance. @ODEONHelp can you help?

    @LloydsBank My cousin is very ill on a terminal cancer ward so can't visit a branch. Needs to change the online banking mobile number. Can you post her a form? We tried to change it online but can't get past the verification call/text part (as she cant access her old mob number)

    @Ekrem01205916 @LloydsBank This bank is a bureaucratic nightmare. The 'Customer Circuses' are just a bunch of badly programmed robots. If your issue is just slightly outside their program you are screwed. #ByYourSide #MyBackSide

    @TideBusiness I am aware and I’ve also asked for this to be close the account in question and the funds returned back to @LloydsBank as that would be quicker and no issues on your status page either saying there is an issue

    @LloydsBank I’ve already started doing the switch account thing on your website but I’ve been in the bank today I’m waiting for my updated provisional for new adress because I don’t have it yet so they said it won’t go through but will anything actually happen?
