@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank It's a complicated query as the account is closed and a refund has been paid there. You won't be able to solve it by DM as you can't access my records. After all the huffing and puffing by the handler I'm sure the cut-off was intentional I'm afraid.

@LloydsBank I am having issues accessing my bank account (online I am in a stuck in an usual loop with activation codes) and have had to resort to twitter to get in touch with you as the branch cannot resolve and you have no customer facing email address. Please DM me.

@LloydsBank No because they are not allowed as it can take days so they cannot promise anything. That is the saddest part about it. They treat these sensitive situations as SLAs and another piece of work. No worry or concern what impact it has to their customer

@LloydsBank Wrong. I had account for nearly 10 years. Never overdrawn on it. Years ago when I finished as a student and about to start my new job, I just needed a bit of money to tide me over for about 2 weeks. But you refused an overdraft. You weren’t by my side. It caused me lot problems

@LloydsBank @LBGplc have the worst service in the world! You have frozen my account and I can't access my funds. I have a 1yr old and 4yr old. Only £8.53p in cash. You don't care about your customers or the situation you put them in! You should be ashamed
