    @LloydsBank Hi Lee. Try to set up app on new device. Gives ref number and asks me to call. 1st advisor said not fraud, gives me a new number to call online dept, they say it fraud and transfer me. Next fraud advisor says I.T issue, on hold and sent to beginning of Q. 3+ hours & not resolve

    @jamiebsmith @LloydsBank The big banks ..... shocking all round. Use them as little as possible for anything. Help them stop reporting multi-billion pound profits while offering customers less face to face and poorer overall service as they turn fully digital.

    @LloydsBank Thx Graeme. I got through after over an hour and a half on hold. The customer service agent was lovely but sounded exhausted. How can a multi-billion pound PLC be so cheap and short sighted to treat its employees and customers like this. Fraud is stressful enough.27 year customer

    @LloydsBank can’t log in. Spent hrs on 3 separate calls (at considerable cost) Last call @ 1hr 43 mins when put on hold, and suddenly find I’ve been put back into Q to speak to someone. Each advisor gives a different story on what issue is, but nobody resolves it. Someone help

    On hold for 90 minutes and counting now as @LloydsBank have put a hold on all my cards. Quite literally unable to purchase food until they answer and resolve the issue.
