    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank now waiting >25 minutes to have my call answered so I can complete urgent payments on my LloydsBank credit card which are yet again blocked due to “fraud control”. No online functionality to fix these issues so no choice but to call and wait…and wait…and wait

    Today must really be the day of appauling customer service. 2 hours helping a relative with @VodafoneUK this morning then had @LloydsBank blocking an 'app approved' transaction (followed by the whole card) before placing me in a second queue of 1hr (after a first of 30 mins)

    @LloydsBank Someone has been spending on my account and it’s not me. I’ve tried to phone up to dispute the charges and protect my account but I can’t get through - why is fraud not a concern for you? This isn’t Lloyds trying to mitigate future issues / protect my account - help needed
