@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Even better, don't use your phone to access your bank. Use a computer, more secure, less lightly to be stolen, and hacked. Use your phone to make calls to people, and avoid the brain-rot associated with 'Smart' phones.

@LloydsBank Given that most of the working world has returned to a sense of normality, I find it poor service and a lazy attitude to still be operating at such a reduced service. We have chosen an alternative bank who were able to help immediately and open an account within 20 minutes.

@LloydsBank Hi there. I have a back account, but am studying in the USA and am without access to my UK phone or phone number. It seems the only way to verify my account is by calling a UK phone number. Is there any other way I can get into my account, or get my number changed?
