@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank we started remortgaging in May. It’s now October. £200 per month in additional interest and now Optima are refusing the paperwork sent to them in august saying they need another revaluation, an additional £100. Why do you use optima? This is awful service

@LloydsBank No to your business section while customer standing next to her whilst she was actually dealing with me. They were on loud speaker on the customer phone talking about their account I actually moved right away as it was not appropriate for me to hear

@LloydsBank pretty disgusted by Lloyds. 10 years a customers, sign up for a saving account for the rate to only increase 10 days later. No help to look after your customers, even with raising a complaint. Really sad as I considered you one of the best banks. Not anymore.

@LloydsBank Hi again this is not what I was told by one of Lloyds customer service people. They told me that the monthly payment would be reduced from the current monthly payment to £568 if we overpaid £30k and £777 a month if we overpaid by £20k.
