It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Now the lack of a customer is your problem. Given the general dysfunction I witnessed today in your branch, I would recommend shorting your stock.

Told to call fraud line in order to reactivate. Rang and message states a 30 minute wait as you’re busy. Not happy
