Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

This is a major UK GDPR failure. I need an urgent update on my formal complaint and compensation.
