@LloydsBank on the phone to fraud team who blocked my card. Took 40 mins to answer. Chap who answered needed to transfer to someone else in fraud team to order new card. Told him I was a vulnerable customer, tried to call internally & I am now back in system now 1 hour 24mins

@LloydsBank Tested using 3 separate devices and operating systems. Same error is shown in Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome. It's not a device issue.

@LloydsBank complaint raised 13 May. Multiple "we're on it" SMS messages since, but no actual response to date. No call, no email, no letter. Very poor service. As a result, my family now all bank elsewhere.

@MoneySavingExp I only use the branch because @LloydsBank refuses to let me act as a Power of Attorney for one of its customers other than by going into the branch - and can’t even do that effectively. So far over £400 given to me in compensation due to their poor service.
