@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

Don’t ever use @LloydsBank insurance. It’s taken 3 months to sort a problem in our kitchen, including a ruined floor, a broken dishwasher and washing machine (both caused water leakage by the workmen they sent in) & one of which they refused to replace…

Great customer service from @LloydsBank need to talk about my account and all I get is a message saying “we’re too busy” and then cuts the call off. Lloyds has always been terrible tho is a new low even in covid times.

I didn't realise the tax payer paid £750 to @LloydsBank for the £30k bounce back loan I used but paid back 12 months later as it just sat in my account, not bad for them to just press a few buttons, I thought they maybe doing that to help the country, more fool me
