@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank To look at what? You refused to provide a card for me to pick it up in the branch 12 days ago, how can you sort my situation now? If I call you again you will tell me the exact same thing. Really poor customer service!
