    @LloydsBank Yes. Multiple times. Multiple sites. Whilst you where doing your maintenance. It’s back working now. But you should advise customers in future that their cards won’t work during that time.

    Let's not forget my other lovely @LloydsBank mgr Ann Moon who also let me know after a panic attack seeing someone similar to ****** that I shouldn't let the **** "affect my sales". **** working in banks and half the people that work in them.

    @LloydsBank Spoke to your CX. Very helpful and cancelled DD. No dealings with comp so no idea how DD had been set up. Worrying that your CX said they had seen similar issue with company before and had no idea how they were managing to set up DDs.

    @LloydsBank It shouldn’t but it did. It’s no coincidence. My card stopped working whilst the internet banking was not working. Now both work fine. Simple enough. Thanks for replying anyhow.

    How can @bauermedia set up a Direct Debit on a @LloydsBank business account without the knowledge of either of the authorised account holders? Lloyds are obviously aware of an issue as they had come across the issue before. Isn't this fraud?
