@LloydsBank Please re-read my question, at no point did I say "without online access" I just want personal access to my personal data without having to list a public "App" and registering with OpenBanking (not your fault but that process currently doesn't work BTW)

Although I'd huge problems contacting @Wickes (a problem with so many companies & their call centres now) I was impressed with the attitude of staff when I did eventually get through. I've had some grim experiences with @LloydsBank too, but stayed with them for the same reason.

Today I’ve had the misfortune of having to contact @BritishGas and @LloydsBank and received horrendous experience both times. It’s a shame these huge companies are seen as too big to fail because the customer service levels are reprehensible.

@LloydsBank Hi, so to confirm if I open my account today and select my switch date to be the earliest date available. Will I still qualify for the incentive as I know I need to leave 6 working days or because the switch will complete after the 27th will that not qualify?
