    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank Hertford branch shut a at lunchtime. It’s only open from 9-3 so why you have had to shut for 1h at lunch is beyond me. Long waits at call centres. Poor customer service.

    @NatWest_Help Visited Dewsbury branch today to pay in large amount of coins. Coin counter out of order - staff said they can't accept more than 5 coin bags over counter! My friend was able to pay in lots of coins @LloydsBank Will have to change banks for better service! 🙄

    @LloydsBank you keep declining my card at the moment due to ‘suspicious’ transactions. I’ve confirmed the payments with you twice but still not working and now I’ve been on hold for 50 mins. I am out tonight and Apple Pay and debit card won’t work.
