    @LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

    @LloydsBank You app is not working normally mobile nor online. Trying to pay an important business BACS payment we got an "error" message on the mobile app & the laptop, says we are unable to set up a payment. the call centre is closed, lucky you, some of us have to work longer hours

    @LloydsBank @_MonkeyMum Hey Lloyds. I tried to pay my bills last night via open banking. I kept getting a message ‘you don’t have enough funds to make this payment error’ when there were plenty available. There is definitely something wrong with it.
