@LloydsBank Almost every day it says failure to load every day offers, so I miss out on them . It takes ages to load log in screen. Log in often says ‘ failure we are having technical difficulties ‘

@LloydsBank I've had a similar problem with HSBC, but they weren't rude to me when I went into the branch. That's the real issue here. If I'd spoken to a member of your staff in that manner, security would have asked me to leave. Personally, I think you should be asking her to leave

@LloydsBank I don't care how busy she is. I've had to take time out of my day to sort a problem that isn't mine. If the bailiffs turn up at my door because your bank can't do it's job property I'll be very cross
