@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank Each time I log in I'm asked for a username and password. Then there are characters from another 'password'. After that I'm sent a code to my mobile which I enter. At that point I'm asked if I would like to set the device I'm using as a 'trusted device' to avoid the last check...

@LloydsBank Thanks Lee. So what happens now? How do I make sure my appt on Weds goes ahead with Lloyds? This continual incompetence (since Mar 2019) is frustrating and I get inconsistent advice causing stress. It's never easy to deal with Lloyds mortgages and im a customer of 20 yrs+

Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.
