Credit it where due (pun intended). Reported my @LloydsBank card lost. Within a few minutes I was was able to use the replacement on Apple Pay and within 18 hours the new physical card was delivered. Great service 👍

@LloydsBank I received my pin months ago but never received my debit card. How can I get a card as I can't log in (I have no details), I'm isolating & the waiting times on calls is horrific

@LloydsBank I am still no further, can’t get through can’t buy online can’t use the app and your usual message « experiencing an unusual amount of calls « , no it’s now a usual amount that you can’t deal with. Ridiculous, I’m definitely leaving, customer service is none existent

@LloydsBank froxe my card the other day, have since removed the freeze. Now can't pay with Google Pay - declines and I get a text message to say that it was because my card is frozen- but it's not! Help please.

Can someone who works in banking please help? Will continue thread below 🙏🏽 In March, I had 2 fraudulent payments from the same merchant taken from my account with @LloydsBank - I immediately reported this to Lloyds as fraud and they refunded me

@LBGplc Can @LloydsBank get anymore woke? Stupid rainbow flag and now banging on about climate change. As a customer i’d rather you just did your job of providing good customer service, keeping banks open. I don’t give a damn about anything else!

@LloydsBank Internet services seem to be broken at the moment. If they want to randomly compensate me £1,000,000 for this I'd be happy to accept it! Oh well, it was worth sharing with the world how desperate I am lol.
