Then a few weeks later they sent a load of stuff explaining why it wouldn’t be going up and loads of guff helping explain why they wouldn’t be putting it up!! WTF I didn’t even ask

@LloydsBank i need a replacement card. the app says "there has been an error, please call 0345....". i ring that number, and then it says it will send a link to the mobile app, which i use, which then says there's an error and i should ring 0345.... infinite loop. help?
