@LloydsBank The first time I tried using my card in a store and it got declined. The second time I tried when ordering a takeaway. It said this card doesn't support this type of purchase. It was not until I logged on website version did I notice the £Nil despite the actual showing otherwise

@LloydsBank And no, I haven’t spoken to anyone today as I not unreasonably gave up. I did tell someone days ago specifically about the transaction but he said he couldn’t help because he wasn’t the fraud department.

@LloydsBank The one person I’ve spoke to gave no reason for the block and said it would be removed after I was transferred but that was nearly 40 minutes ago. Is anyone going to answer the phone as irs been more than the 5 minutes wait time stated.
