@LloydsBank Are you absolutely sure they’ll be able to help? At the start of the call when I went to make a mortgage overpayment it literally says “if at any point you have difficulties you’ll be transferred to a colleague but they can not take the payment”

@LloydsBank I’m trying again, using the same automated system I used successfully on Friday but which didn’t work today. (After pressing lots of keys…) It could not be completed, so I’m back holding for a customer rep - yet at the start of the call, I was told they can’t take payments!

@LloydsBank Still not able to get on to the Online Banking, as I have representative access for my mum. This, after writing letters to Lloyd's and numerous phone calls. And the response I get from Lloyd's 'I know that this must be frustrating'. An understatement!

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Try @Virginmedia their poor customer service is at another level entirely. Their broadband when it works is fantastic. BUT the moment you need customer service, incompetence. Time is profit, right person 15 mins. Wrong 10 hours. Do the business maths, who deserves the job?

@LloydsBank you gave my husband online access to two other people’s accounts yesterday. He did right thing this morning and rang to inform you and now his account is suspended and you’ve failed to ring him back! Now trying to ring again and told 40 min wait to speak to someone
