@LloydsBank I will. AGAIN. I’ve left suitable feedback on the app and on customer surveys but it seems the small voice of this frustrated business owner falls on deaf ears. And now you’ve closed my local branch I have to drive to pay in my cheques. It’s a pretty dismal service all round.

@LloydsBank I'm trying to send money to a friend who uses Monza but it doesn't work. I can send money to other Lloyds and Barclays accounts but not this specific one, but he can send money to me. What's the problem?
