@LloydsBank Can Lloyds bank reassure customers that a) this will be fixed by the weekend b) that d/d and s/o are working and c) compensation for customers who cannot access their finances will be offered and d) that bank charges will be wiped for customers for any errors due to outage?

@LloydsBank People who are with @LloydsBank I'd suggest moving away as soon as possible to another bank! Lloyds systems go down way too often and at the worst possible times. Complaints don't work as they always have an excuse and no compensation! #lloydsbank
