@LloydsBank I am complaining! I have spent money trying to call you - I need a free number as I cannot call from my UK sim, I only have Kuwait sim and i cannot access my bank from Kuwait! It is asking to reset my login details. But I don’t have access to UK sim! Help!

@LloydsBank I’m confused. I’ve set up a direct debit on my credit card and this is not showing on my online banking for the account the money is being taken from (NatWest). But on your side it says the account has the direct debit set up. Help!

@LloydsBank Yes. Multiple times. Multiple sites. Whilst you where doing your maintenance. It’s back working now. But you should advise customers in future that their cards won’t work during that time.

@LloydsBank any reason I get told there's a long wait. I wait on hold for 30mins only to get my call cancelled from your end? Then get messed around by customer services? Trying to make an important payment and being blocked. Service is ******* shocking.
