    Totally disappointed with the service I have received from @LloydsBank regarding a debit card dispute. The customer service was absolutely shocking 😳. Life was so much simpler when you could walk into a local branch and speak to a person face to face.

    @JasonBeggs1 @LloydsBank I've had same problem for over four weeks but the peeps here will tell no known problems but I literally have an email from. Lloyd's saying aware of problems working on it plus compensation. Absolute joke of a service

    @LloydsBank Over 50 years as a customer with mortgages , loans, credit cards etc and get treated disgracefully by your customer services department. Time to invest elsewhere , and I’d advise everyone else to do likewise .

    I probably don’t applaud good customer service often enough but I have to say that if ever I’ve had to call the @LloydsBank helpline I’ve always spoken to the most polite, helpful, understanding people. Even if it’s my fault! 👏🏻

    @LloydsBank why does your website state that cheques can be banked on a Sunday. I drove to a branch in a city centre and nothing was available.

    @BenGrahamUK She's working on her CV. She spent time dealing with @LloydsBank complaints when they dishonestly stated no knowledge of HBOS Reading fraud, classed by her as economic & treasury time. I suspect her new CV will instead of policies that drove the UK into economic failure, she'll suggest she has no idea what happened as she ran the Oyster Bar at KX. I predict a future at McDonald's with a full 5 star badge, if she can up her game to achieve that...

    @LloydsBank @FinancialFree23 Cheque deposit photographs are awful, never ever look right. We should be able to enter the information on the cheque to clear it. With a proper sensible image.

    @LloydsBank Pritish, the entire point of my post is that the person cannot access digital services - and you've offered them an online complaint form for them to complain about the fact you no longer offer any other access to the account services they require & are entitled to! #disability
