Leanne (@LeanneS101) reported@LloydsBank I got a new phone yesterday and trying to link it to my app. Have gone through all steps and the call to confirm the number on screen which was successful, then get an error message to call you, but there’s a 40 min wait. Is there a problem at the moment?

Steve P (@srpnor) reported@AndyLandy @LloydsBank My alternate is a tesco club card credit card, which has never had an issue buying online. Both have sensible enough apps and provide real tine spend alerts. Tesco one doesn't do Google Pay though, not sure if it does Apple Pay.

When she tried to transfer she had some sort of error message and a number to call. She called and was told she had to go into the branch. Went in today but no admin staff available 1/2

Still can't access my money as you didn't put the U.S. international code in front of the phone number? Now on 50 minute to try and get you to fix it properly.
