    @LloydsBank There’s no screenshot to give you, when I go into the app there should be a box saying “tap here to authorise this payment” (or something like that,) but it isn’t there. That’s the whole problem.

    One idea (if you can get one) is to have a credit card from another bank too. Any issues like this, and you can use your CC short term to pay for things. Then pay it off that month and no charges. Shouldn’t need to and things should just work, but it’s an option. #lloydsbank

    Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the ridiculous steps we have to take. Updating on various accounts. Technically this should be possible!!!

    For 'issues' read the app telling you they have declined a payment and cancelled your card on an order already confirmed. Then an hour later all tickety boo again. 2nd app outage in recent times with customers data skewed/ compromised. Do better @LloydsBank
