@LloydsBank help! Ringo car parking app rejecting Lloyds bank card when has been used fine for months up to last week. Customer services telling me Lloyds have a block on Ringo but not why. I am missing train to work etc. Plse advise.

@LloydsBank need confirmation of phone number. As i live in Canada now, I have tried my visa debit at the grocery and it won't work. In the back of the card it says to call 44 1733347007 but I also have a problem to access my internet banking account. Was given a number to call 441733232030

@LloydsBank Details sent twice via messaging in the Lloyds app but I am getting reply v.busy so still waiting for an agent to respond (over 1.5hrs), phone long hold times and I am working (for which already late owing to the issue). I just need an answer (I appreciate you looking into it)

@LloydsBank Hello, I ordered a new debit card on 17-Feb but it has not arrived at my address. I want to check exactly where it was sent to, as I'm concerned it might have been compromised. I've been on hold for an hour, also with chat support.. How can I check this information?

@LloydsBank That appears to be a code/block on that app but not why. I use it regularly as part of my commute so need to know if an issue. Other bank cards working fine with the app.
