@LloydsBank I'm attempting to do so, but they are terrible at business and have no contact number. If it can't be resolved and I loose both my tickets and cash paid so far, am I entitled to claim back money paid to ticketarena from Lloyds, as the issue is derived from a problem on their end?

@LloydsBank is there an issue with payment updating? @AmexUK show that I have paid my Amex bill two days ago but the DD has still not been debited from my account. Worried what else is not showing and how I know what my accurate balance is?

@MoneySavingExp I only use the branch because @LloydsBank refuses to let me act as a Power of Attorney for one of its customers other than by going into the branch - and can’t even do that effectively. So far over £400 given to me in compensation due to their poor service.
