    @LloydsBank yr call system is awful, so far i have been to 10! Departments, twice cut off in 1hr 40 an so far no can sort my issue the responce im getting is "the banks done that not our department"

    @LloydsBank I've been a customer for almost 50 years. If you keep advertising on GB News, I won't be one for much longer. And at least seven of my Lloyds-banking friends say the same thing. Shame on you.

    @LloydsBank I got a new phone yesterday and trying to link it to my app. Have gone through all steps and the call to confirm the number on screen which was successful, then get an error message to call you, but there’s a 40 min wait. Is there a problem at the moment?

    @AndyLandy @LloydsBank My alternate is a tesco club card credit card, which has never had an issue buying online. Both have sensible enough apps and provide real tine spend alerts. Tesco one doesn't do Google Pay though, not sure if it does Apple Pay.

    @LloydsBank It was originally a Young Savers account that transferred to her at 16 - she is now 17. When she tried to transfer she had some sort of error message and a number to call. She called and was told she had to go into the branch. Went in today but no admin staff available 1/2

    @LloydsBank In U.S. due to Covid, it's taken since January for you to update my address and telephone number. Still can't access my money as you didn't put the U.S. international code in front of the phone number? Now on 50 minute to try and get you to fix it properly.
