@LloydsBank brand new with u, we both signed up 4 a saver and current account in Jnt names, came home & signed up for internet banking. We've agreed to go paperless. Got 4 letters. 2 to the wife 2 to me all saying the same thing. Trying to help you save some pennies on postage!

@LloydsBank so I phone up to open a new account at Lloyds, can't get to speak to the branch I want and the manager at Stockport can't be bothered to phone me back to make an appointment. 34 years working for Lloyds TSB when they actually wanted your business. Really bad, Lloyds.

@LloydsBank I'm having an issue where the app crashes (Android) when I've searched for transactions last year, and then attempted to click on them for more information. The app then immediately crashes. Is this widely known please?
