@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iran…etc

@LloydsBank What kind of customer Services close at 6 pm? I have an issue that the police have requested information about and I cannot speak to the bank. This is ridiculous. Speaking to a robot is absolutely useless. End of no use to customers in real need.

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank All the big banks need to be broken up to avoid this abuse of power

@tommy_ciao @andrewfeinstein @LloydsBank All banks in the UK are regulated which includes 'know your customer' checks that assess risks such as fraud, dodgy sources of income or shady expenditure. So in summary you're at risk of being debanked from ALL of them if you or someone in your organisation presents that risk

@LloydsBank I am currently with the Halifax, which you are closing and am being forced to join you. Looking at your twitter feed, it looks like you do a pretty bad service to your customers, including @TheCanaryUK. If possible I will change banks before Halifax closes forever.

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Surely this is an issue for the Banking regulator ? Ultimately the bank is looking after funds on your behalf its not their money and they need to have a damned good reason to steal it which is what this feels like

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank You know those middle aged angry white ladies that are mean to service staff at restaurants because they had a bad day

@LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!
