    @sharpy741 @LloydsBank i have looked after my cards quite well, putting them in a wallet, making sure they don't get bent or wet but without fail they just stop working randomly, resulting in me having to call up, get a new one and change all my details on websites

    @LloydsBank your app and site are totally down and my money is trapped in my savings. I need to top up my electric meter today. This is completely unacceptable. When is this going to be fixed? People need access to their money for basic utilities! #LloydsBankDown

    @LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.

    5 hours on to customer services at @LloydsBank because they’ve blocked my card and it was suspicious. Obviously not allowed a weekend away now without telling them.

    @LloydsBank Yep can’t access anything - time to leave Lloyds their app has been poor for a while , earn no interest on anything it’s all take take take tbh

    @LloydsBank Card payments almost always continue to work even if your bank’s app and online banking are down, because the systems that process card payments are separate from the systems that run the app.
