@PeterTatchell @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK In the 90 and early 2000s, literally no one cared about who you slept with. Now, its all gays can talk about. Its irrelevant to ordinary people. Stop whining about it and the problem resolves naturally. Just like anything, ignore it. Turn the other cheek. They go away.

A totally frustrating experience trying to get thru to @LloydsBank today to deal with a credit card issue. The app bot useless. Waited ages on the phone the usual message, ' we are particularly busy atm', waited ages again, cut off rudely by the call person and still waiting...!

Yo @HalifaxBank stop bloody telling me to use your app when your app is telling me to call you & I have been on hold for an hour. Have your mates @LloydsBank considered employing more staff on the phone instead of repeatedly telling me that I can use the app that isn't working?!
