@LloydsBank I spent my last 200 Egp to speak to someone no solutions automated system and long waiting time line cut off is it so difficult that someone can give me a call from the fraud team and solve this awful situation this is a total disgrace and will be flagged action needed now

@LloydsBank Seriously I’m not that bothered, it’s your problem not mine. I’m more annoyed that I can’t just go in a branch and open a bank acct for my daughter. We have now walked into Metro Bank and we were able to open an acct straight away no issues!!! Maybe you can learn from this!!

@domisatwit @LloydsBank offer the same service. Apparently I need to bring my son in with ID then they will arrange a telephone interview. Madness. Just do the interview at the same time.

@LloydsBank try into open bank acct for my 16 yr old daughter!!Link doesn’t work online, so went into branch but can’t open one there either. They have to ring us or a face to face appointment!!! Why make it so so hard??? Going to open one for her elsewhere!! Customer for 40+ yrs
