    I am in the #Rhyl branch of #LloydsBank waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. There is one person dealing with customers. It is a disgrace that banks are closing everywhere when evidently there is a need for branches. 💩 customer service @LloydsBank

    @BROKENBRITAIN0 @LloydsBank Mine went through took about 30 minutes this morning. They have had problems most of the weekend as Friday I couldn’t log in. They want us to go completely digital, they cant even cope now.

    @LloydsBank Unfortunately not as it doesn't allow screenshot on the app. It says 'we're having technical difficulties, logging in again may help' had this for days

    @LloydsBank This is ridiculous CS. I've waited 35mins to get through to someone to say I'm wrong and pass me over to someone else which is a 3rd party that CANNOT help me. This is a joke as a new customer!

    Hi @LloydsBank, whenever I use "add money" in the @monzo app & it redirects me to the Lloyds app, the Lloyds app crashes. The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

    @LloydsBank What’s the point in a chat assistant if they don’t actually help. My card was used in costa, I haven’t been there in 10 days and I haven’t been in Edinburgh neither. One tells me to do a fraud check, and when it’s done it tells me it’s a dispute when it’s not neither

    What is going on, no one can transfer money in or out and on the news wires it's says your system has crashed. How long will you be down for? Your online chat no one is available #frustrating #tryingtorunabusiness @LloydsBank
