  Hey @LloydsBank. Your phone service is the biggest pile of crap I’ve had in years. Why did you shut down my local branch? I’m trying to ask you about money. The thing you like. It took 20 minutes arguing with the voice recognition thing to put me in a queue for 40 minutes!

  @LloydsBank your app’s message when it wasn’t working properly was to try again or leave it later. I tried to make a payment twice before giving up. Both times it said it failed, despite that two payments have now left my account. Tried calling you but can’t get through to anyone

  @LloydsBank I have a friend abroad who cannot call you and needs to set up online banking again/various issues with phone numbers etc. Is there an email address he can use to contact you initially please as it’s too complex here to explain?

  @Glaspark @TheVikingDane @LloydsBank Poster said they had no food or water, Lloyds bank pointed them in the right direction to get help. Or was the poster expecting someone from Lloyds bank to hop on the train with a bag full of goodies for them as the poster apparently couldn’t survive a 3 hour train journey

  Umm .@LloydsBank if you want people to switch over from Halifax at least have enough bloody advisers on the end of the phone when they have to ring you because your app is **** 😤🙄 I don’t expect to have to wait 30 minutes to speak to an Indian call centre
