    @LloydsBank I am finding Lloyds to be a shambles lately .. messed an agreement my ISA account. Then were really unhelpful with another query I had (which in fairness they could not help with), however they were to the point of being rude with me when I was merely asking a question!

    @LloydsBank can you tell me how I can pay my credit card. I’ve tried 2 different ways online through your app and neither have worked. Regretting being a customer now!
