I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."

I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.

Now cannot access our statements to file our 1/2 yearly returns to @HMRCgovuk unless we come in for a business banking review with your Horsham branch which closed. Useless on all levels.

I have called countless times despite being outside the country. I've wasted airtime just trying to get this resolved and yet nothing is being done.
