-
alitia (@alitia23) reported@Jen_grows @MartinSLewis @LloydsBank I said this about moving my money, to the most bored sounding bloke, when I called to complain on Lloyds ‘online banking customer support’. He basically said my money was still there, the FCA would sort it if it wasn’t. Not a problem so not to worry. Ffs😡
-
199 steps (@199steps) reported@LloydsBank You say no security issue yet a week later someone has tried to make a fraudulent transaction on my card!
-
Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

1618cc™/3 (@RomeoXrayBravo) reportedHere's something you should do if you have a @BankofScotland @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank account/card... Ask them Immediately to provide evidence that they haven't shown your transaction information to anyone else. I've queried it and receiving HORRENDOUS customer service. Beware!

The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank Original post “before banning me from Chat” Dm “we can’t sort this here use our online chat service”. Point enforced. Cut and paste banking from a shot and waste of a bank.
-
Mark (@poshboy7) reportedHow long is this **** @LloydsBank not loading payees for.
-
Andrew Maskell (@AndrwMaskell) reported@LloydsBank It could only have happened because something was changed, by your obviously inexperienced IT staff, resulting in release of customer informationwhich was compounded by your very poor standard of testing experienced over many years.
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 1. Another thing: you are facilitating fraudsters. The reason why there is so much online fraud is because you do not crack down on it, instead you push back responsibility onto your customers when there is nothing they can do until after the act, when they find out.

Dean2277 (@DakinDean) reported@Beardandcamera @LloydsBank @DanRa_82 We know what the issue being referred is but where does ‘compo’ come into play? Compo for what exactly?
