    @LloydsBank No they didn’t clarify this, they told for release your account which currently is block you must visit the branch and they will release the account

    @LloydsBank your Evesham branch is absolutely hopeless. I’m always kept waiting. There seem to be more staff wondering around looking dazed than actually helping your customers. I am sick of this half hearted service.

    Unfortunately @LloydsBank has blocked my account without prior notice, i have contact them they have told me to go to branch, i went to branch they told we cannot do anything you have to contact bank again contacting bank so on … trouble service ..

    @LloydsBank The extra around current sprint relates to 72 hours, & extends timeline for devs. Repeat request: "As a user I need to change my address on Lloyds website." Do not force a customer to purchase additional tech to use basic internet services. Over 48% UK population have a laptop.

    @LloydsBank Scott. Please re read my question and answer it directly. I am asking Lloyds specifically to re-enable address updating via the website in your current sprint (assuming you use Agile). Basic code and security - This is not ground breaking coding.

    @LloydsBank you’ve blocked my bank for trying to use a wise transfer telling me I need to ring up. I’m in Thailand atm so I can’t ring the number you guys provided me. You also gave me no access to my funds. This needs sorting
