    @LloydsBank Hi it doesn’t even let me get to the verification stage, it just seems to reject it all together. On the most recent one, I had an error message pop up saying: “Payment denied: if problem persists, contact your bank for assistance (code “BD2”)

    @LloydsBank There's also a £3 Club Lloyds fee, which is waived if you pay in £1,500 a month (£2,000 a month from April). To get the switch incentive, you need to switch using the Current Account Switch Service. The offer ends 20 March 2023.

    So let me get this straight @LloydsBank you won’t give me a mortgage to reduce my monthly outgoings because I’m self employed and on paper don’t earn enough even though I’d be paying out less money meaning I’d have more in my account? Yeah that makes sense. Terrible service

    Oh @LloydsBank I’ve given up ringing - do I move to a better bank that actually answer the phones? I think so. 1 HOUR and 20 mins I’ve been on hold. Terrible

    @LloydsBank i've been a customer for 30 years+ i have complained about the app but had no response. I cannot transfer money and been unable to pay bills

    @LloydsBank - my wife wrote a complaint to your CEO, Chairman and various other Executive Directors that was delivered on 5th January but not even an acknowledgment as yet! Quite frankly appalling customer service!

    @LloydsBank It didn't get as far as contacting the bank, it has been rejected by both a cash machine and a store device on insertion, and contactless still works OK, so I am quite sure it is a physical problem with the card, not with a security check.

    @LloydsBank On the previous two occasions the cards themselves split/snapped. It seems clear to me that the problem is the poor build quality of the cards.

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to open an U19s currents account however when I press on the link to provide photo id it gives me an error message so I am unable to give proof.
