    @LloydsBank for 13 years I've received mail from the old owner of my property. In all this time, we STILL receive his post. Customer services didn't want to help as it's "not your policy"...? This guy could be using my address for fraud or tax avoidance. Poor customer service.

    @LloydsBank The Service Status web page is not loading. Where are you with fixing the issue of logging in and sending monies. I have large payments to make today and I can not do anything! Why don't you ever learn from these cyber attacks.

    @LloydsBank Yes I have tried the app and the website and the desktop version. It says it cannot find my account when I enter my details because I have forgotten my memorable information.

    @LloydsBank I’m flying out tomorrow need it done today, but if you can’t I’ll go elsewhere…btw there seems to be a few people reporting on social the banking app is frozen as well. Hope it’s not yet another tech issue.

    @LloydsBank please help. I was due to complete on a home yesterday but couldn’t due to my solicitor being unable to transfer funds from your bank. All of my belongings are in the garage at my new property that I am now unable to access. I have nothing, I need to compete today.

    @gavinclarkeuk @LloydsBank Same as us. Supposed to complete yesterday, we’ve been left with no belongings/ WiFi/ access to any clothing or way of cooking food. We’ve lost 2 days of van costs and if we’ve not completed by tomorrow we’ve got no mortgage.
