  @LloydsBank Your online system for opening an ISA account is not working. I’ve tried to open an account for last 24 hours online and just spent an hour on phone trying to do it. Maybe it’s time for me to switch banks if you can’t do the basics anymore.

  @LloydsBank Absolute joke lloyds bank. Spent the last two days on the phone spoke to 3 different departments regarding fraud on my account and debit card. Cut off twice still no access to either of my accounys

  @LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

  @LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

  @LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support
