@LloydsBank estimated time to answer your phones... "ONE HOUR"! Are you having a laugh?! (Sitting at 25minutes right now) If you're taking an hour to answer a phone you need to take a serious look at your staff levels & what level of customer service you'd like to be offering.

@LloydsBank Rang your people today, unable to make a payment because your olb is a total trainwreck. I can see my number on the system, try to make a payment, tells me I dont have a phone number listed. Your guys refreshed it over the phone, still not working. Utter joke
