Was there some form of customer survey ? Yet another business decision forcing customers to bank elsewhere. Totally not thought through by some suit.

Bekki (@DottyBekki) reported@SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.
