    @LloydsBank you have blocked my 85-year-old mother’s access to her current account due to her being a victim of fraud a few weeks ago. She can’t even buy food and no-one at Lloyds will answer her calls or respond to her emails. Totally unacceptable - sort this out now

    @LloydsBank Tried calling customer support 4 times today holding for over 20mins each time. Is there a online chat facility? A week ago called about my savings account & I was told on maturity interests will be added & I would be able to transfer funds, hasn't happened yet.
