    @LloydsBank How do I turn off texts from you that are just random info? I got one this morning, 8am and waking me up, telling me how much cashback I got on my credit card this month. I really do not want these texts and have been on the website but cannot see an option. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank Different online payments. Even after the text msg to confirm it was me etc. I appreciate the security protocols but if you block it even after I have completed it, whats the point 😤 Very infuriating.

    @LloydsBank the form one needs for adding a user to online banking cannot be obtained as your system is broken? Do you have any idea when it may be up and running so as to progress with the process. Your phone team does not have a clue? any comments?

    @LloydsBank trying to phone for help. Recorded message says long wait times because of high call volumes. Recorded message also says that you will soon be reducing telephone hours. Why?
