    @LloydsBank Need to report a fraudulent transaction on my credit card - spent 15 minutes on hold and the person I spoke to had to transfer me to a different team. I am now on hold with an estimated wait time of 1 hour! Care to comment on this level of customer service?

    @LloydsBank Can you please advise when the issue with using any Lloyds Debut or Credit card to make payments online, for goods, services, bills etc will be fixed? This has been since early this morning and still no luck. This needs to get sorted ASAP or you can pay our late fees!

    @LloydsBank when is the online payment issue going to be sorted? Got a large shopping basket to check out and some of the stuff was low on stock yesterday afternoon. Tried payment again now and failed. I’m not going to be happy if I’ve missed out!

    @LloydsBank I got through to the fraud team and the issue is resolved. Your chat service hasn’t replied since 19:30 last night so it’s worthless and pointless to have. Communication for the issues in the last 24 hours has been abysmal. Underwhelmed is an understatement.

    @LloydsBank Now I am facing a problem. I made too many mistakes in my password, and now I can't log in with the app. on the web I can log in to my account, but the app asks me to enter a one-time password.

    @LloydsBank waited an hour and 10 mins to speak to someone about not being able to use my debit card. Desperate . Cut off . Now in another queue to speak to someone . Terrible service

    @LloydsBank just tried my online payment & STILL being refused. When on earth is this going to be fixed?? Please don’t say, we’re working on it again, we need a concrete answer.
