    @LloydsBank Hi. I was told I’d get a phone call today back from Lloyds after ringing them yesterday. I originally rang on June 17th and was told I’d hear back ASAP which I still haven’t. Don’t really want to wait 20+ mins in a queue to start again, again. Help please!

    @LloydsBank Didn’t expect to have to look for a new bank at our age and after so long with you but due to your poor service and now being forced to pay for something that’s been free for the many years we’ll have too. Hate being ripped off. Stress is the last thing we need at the moment

    @LloydsBank Have had gold account since you convinced me I needed one many moons ago. Now going to charge £15 a month for it without any consultation. Already ripped us off this year with debit card dispute, now this. What’s happened to customer care?
