@LloydsBank Worst thing is Gillian, the problem wasn't resolved and I wasted over 2hrs trying to get a simple answer. I've been very loyal to Lloyds Bank for many years, todays service was shocking, so disappointed.

@LloydsBank But I can change my number in branch right, and all I need for ID is my card and pin right? Because changing my number is all I need to do to access my online banking.

@LloydsBank please help, I have tried to ring the axa travel insurance through my Lloyds premier account, 1st phone call 24 mins, 2nd was 32mins and both cut off after seeming to get through. Is anyone working today? How can I talk to someone?

@coinbureau UK followers - what UK banks are you finding are consistently supporting and not blocking transfers to and from crypto exchanges? I have started having issues with @LloydsBank so want to close my account with them and find a crypto friendly UK bank. Please help.

@LloydsBank Have had gold account since you convinced me I needed one many moons ago. Now going to charge £15 a month for it without any consultation. Already ripped us off this year with debit card dispute, now this. What’s happened to customer care?
