@LloydsBank Why am I told 3-5 working days in the first place then? It’s ridiculous! Don’t tell people something then when that time is up, say I’ve got to wait another 2 weeks!!!

@LloydsBank Can I call my branch directly for changing my address and phone no. if I don’t have a security number? My old phone no. and address are no longer in use, so I can’t receive the security number by post, and can’t login the mobile app to change these details.

@LloydsBank I find it very disappointing that my local bank has closed and any queries we have we ring the 0345 number, and you are still waiting for someone to answer half an hour later. Not a good service

@LloydsBank one week later and still waiting on my call back after making multiple calls and being on one call for 90 minutes with the issue still not resolved 😡

@LloydsBank I have mobile banking and I am paper free. No letter was sent out to the registered address either otherwise I could have switched banks. Told ‘no support is available’ account was closed overdrawn which means the standards of lending practice wasn’t followed

@LloydsBank So I paid on credit card for a subscription service of which I cancelled a month later and they took another payment, after having said they'd cancel the auto renewal. He says he will refund it but weeks later still nothing. It was an online tipping service for horse racing.

My Lloyds platinum MasterCard isn’t workong for online purchase can’t find the number to call for help @LloydsBank
