    @garabaldired @LloydsBank I spoke to them again on Thursday Shuan. They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.

    @LloydsBank trying to open a new ISA.. gets all the way through then message pops up saying “problem at our end” . I attempted three times. Do yon have more information?

    @blondesoj @LloydsBank We also had this issue a couple of days ago when trying to buy some drink tokens for a festival, ended up using PayPal.

    @LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.
