    @LloydsBank Hi, I’ve just been through applying for a credit card with yourselves, and was in the process of entering details for balance transfers, but the website crashed. I’ve received two emails for pre contract credit information etc. is this still being processed?

    @LloydsBank Been trying to open a bank account for son for over 2 months. Tech glitch = system won't allow. Been in branch. Spent countless hrs on phone. Very frustrating and no one can help or find solution. Hit a dead end Can you help? Been a customer for over 30 years
