@LloydsBank Ordered travel € on app to collect tomorrow for trip Sat, forgetting bank hol. Shocked there's no cancel button on app, cust. service can't cancel & only option is travel to branch which is not possible. Now I'm broke going to own wedding coz my own money is in limbo

@LloydsBank @ji_sung_park13 Hi I’m really disappointed to Lloyds bank team. I was open new bank account on 7/03. And receive email Ithey will deliver my bank card at home and today I received and it’s blocked Lloyds branched take back my card and account is closed???? Really bad bad bad service shame

@LloydsBank I put my security code in wrong too many times so my card was block (fair enough) but the 1st agent couldn't comprehend this and repeated the same issue back to me 3 times before I hung up, I'm currently on the phone to a different agent now who's lovely & trying to help me
