stumpy morph (@stumpy_morph) reported@sharpy741 @LloydsBank agree - i've been with lloyds for 40 years, but they are now utter shite.. no branches, no cashpoints, **** customer service, no loyalty. time to take the money elsewhere. btw @LloydsBank , that means you will not benefit from the 7 figure sum sitting in an ISA looking for a home

Aurelien (@Aurelien78910) reported@LloydsBank I reported a serious data breach yesterday morning (10:34 AM) where I was given access to another customer's private account. 24+ hours later and I’ve had zero response. This is a major UK GDPR failure. I need an urgent update on my formal complaint and compensation.

Daniel Singleton (@DSingleton_) reportedpoor service from @LloydsBank - I ordered travel money before the weekend - it hasnt arrived - even though I've been debited. There messaging centre 'experiencing delays' tell me to call the call centre (between 8-6pm) after 6pm. What's the point of being a bank customer!

Oliver Scanlan (@OliverScanlan) reportedTwo dreadful things about @LloydsBank bank abysmal customer service is a) automated voice tells you you can do things on the app that you actually can't (it's why you're calling them in the first place and b) having been on hold 20 mins, says call will be answered "shortly".

Clayton Shivers (@Clayshiv) reported@steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.
