@LloydsBank Why is the app so slow on iPhone? Takes so long for it to log in. My other banks are almost instant! It’s so frustrating, almost enough to make me close my account with Lloyds!

@LloydsBank How about offering users a choice of Chat example a drop down of countries and then let me select someone in the UK who speaks and reads English? You are destroying your brand with your lack of quality support.

@LloydsBank the app is so slow, it takes forever to open everytime, and then you add you add more crap when it opens to slow down what I actually intend to do, your product managers have no sense if you have one! today the app just crashes on load, absolute junk of app
