    @LloydsBank You should make it abundantly clear to anyone living in Scotland that these issue may arise when applying for an account. Rather than wasting hours of our time. If this is the level of service, I’m glad to have been unable to switch

    @LloydsBank This was me trying to pay my statement via the Lloyds app which I usually have no problem with but seems to be having issues today. If I do it the way you have suggested, will the payment be noted today? I don't want to end up with any late payment charges or interest. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank They do not seem concerned to help me, having banked with them since 1989! I lost my card in Bali, found my card but they are saying I cannot reactivate my card. Help!

    @LloydsBank how do you expect people who work full time and have no access to banking during the week to pay money in when you shut the lobbies and Banks on Saturdays? #tewkesbury at least needs the lobby open. Ridiculous!!!!

    @LloydsBank Thanks Lynne I'm a single parent in pre-school 😱 I'd assumed server maintenance over w/end, and waited until this morning. Thank goodness I have a @monzo account too, or I'd have failed to pay the agreed deposit on my car with #RailStrikes pending! Who honestly has time to call?

    @LloydsBank No, they didn't. My phone is Android, but not Google Android. My 'usual' device is a web browser. Does your web site work as a PWA?
