@LloydsBank I’m trying again, using the same automated system I used successfully on Friday but which didn’t work today. (After pressing lots of keys…) It could not be completed, so I’m back holding for a customer rep - yet at the start of the call, I was told they can’t take payments!

@LloydsBank Why can't either of my kids transfer funds from their savings to their current acc? My son's Uni accommodation fees go out tomorrow and he can't move the funds. 3x attempted calls to you this morning have been cut off. Is this usual service or are your systems ******?

@bam57581565 @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank How hard is it to manage accounts and log jobs etc? Incompetence in large companies is getting worse, and when it involves banks can be disastrous when ppl are unable to access their money.
