    @LloydsBank Yes, when I called back they just said it is being investigated. The problem was reported by other customers in February, so this answer doesn’t give me any confidence.

    @LloydsBank Hi Anne, thanks for the reply. He hasn't tried the card yet - hopefully he will still be able to access it. No landline unfortunately🙁. The number he was told to call is +442074812614 which is now closed for the day - is there a different number he can try?

    @TSB Even though you've closed 2 of my 'local' branches? My nearest branch was less than 2 miles away, it's now 8.5 miles away. I'm better of joining am online only bank. TSB has gone down massively since coming away from @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank made a deposit last night using the envelope and ATM outside my local branch and it said it’d be put in the next working day but my accounts not been updated. Any idea what time this gets done?

    @purpledmjgj @LloydsBank Ah no, that wasn't it ... I was using a Dark Mode browser extension and the site didn't like it. Turned that off and all was OK.

    @LloydsBank tactic is 1000% to put you on hold for hours, then answer, nobody can ever help you, so they transfer you so you’re on hold again until you lose sanity and give up. Then they charge you and blame you for not contacting them @LloydsBankBiz. What a disgusting company!
