It would be good proactive customer service if @LloydsBank posted a tweet saying, ‘We know know our customers are experiencing difficulties with online banking and we are trying our very best to resolve this. We will confirm here once the issue has been resolved.’ 🙄 #Lloyds

@LloydsBank But it's almost taken an hour an half for the bank to accept there was an issue. On top of that I had to borrow money for fuel and also got a parking fine. Unacceptable

@LloydsBank quick question,didn’t have a bank account for a few months when I started working so I got the money sent to my mums account, now I have my account sent up I want to transfer the money, how much money can she transfer me before it’s seen as suspicious or something?

@LloydsBank Thanks, but I’d didn’t really solve my problem. For last two days my international transfer was rejected and account suspended. I spent 2 hours on the phone and the problem persists. This is not acceptable
