    @LloydsBank Not content helping hound my dad into an early grave with unaffordable debt, now your bereavement team don't have the common decency to pick up a phone and leave a call centre on the other side of the world to say they refuse to help.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely disgusting....1 hr 40 minutes to speak to a claims advisor. Both bank accounts will be moved by the end of the week. One customer going won't hurt I guess but twitter will do its magic.

    @LloydsBank 1st call to the claim No 59 mins queuing, call cut itself off. 30 minute call to you CS who gave up trying to put me through as the selection on the automated bit wasn't working. 2nd call to the claim line 1hr 30 and still waiting.

    @LloydsBank are absolutely USELESS. Can't log in to anything as I have a new phone number. Can't change it online as I can't log in. Customer "services" refuse to change it by phone. Can't get to a branch. Gave them every detail under the sun to verify its me, yet won't do it??

    @LloydsBank Not sure what is freezing, but no button on the mobile screen works whilst it says it wants to send me a text for verification, I get no texts and have to close down the payment and abandon the purchase

    @LloydsBank I'm about to cancel my car insurance with you and close and move both my bank accounts. I'm utterly disgusted trying to get through to your motor claims department. The is the most diabolical service I've ever had.
