    @LloydsBank What has happened to @LloydsBank ? Why can't i get some service ? my Platinum Account has Travel Insurance as a benefit and I currently haven't got it due to your ineptitude.

    @LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. It's a joke. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me loads.

    @LloydsBank I have tried calling on hold for 15 mins I hung up its expensive calling transatlantic. I tried the support link on mobile app. No luck just sent me to link that says cannot send to.overseas address.

    Recently had cause to test out @LloydsBank’s “always by your side” brand positioning when stranded in a Florida swamp with no access to money. Banked with them my entire adult life and they point blank refused to help #horseshit

    @LloydsBank waited 2 hours on the phone buddy to sort out a Fraud issue just to have the phone disconnect at your end 🙏🏾🙌🏾 exactly 2 hours later not happy buddy x

Customers are actually sorry for depositing money at your bank. 90 minutes to answer a phone call and a intimidating messaging service what a combination! I have never been to a bank in 2 years, but if I had to its not going to be with a service like this
