My 78 year old mother does not have online banking or apps this is the reason she went to check on a scam text. Mrs En (@wwhistlemerlin) reported@asda and @LloydsBank last Friday used Asda petrol, and put in £30 which has been debited. £99 is still pending on my account - Asda say it’s not their problem and Lloyds won’t do anything unless it’s actually debited. Meanwhile I’ve got £99 in the ether that I can’t use. Help!
