    @LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.

    Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the laborious steps we have to take. Updating accounts like PayPal etc should be automatic?! Technically this should be possible??

    @LloydsBank can you tell me how I can pay my credit card. I’ve tried 2 different ways online through your app and neither have worked. Regretting being a customer now!

    @LloydsBank was on hold for 2 hours 45 minutes got cut off and need to speak to an adviser. Online and app not working SHOCKING

    @LloydsBank Shame on you requiring the latest iOS (which my old phone doesn’t support) to log into the Lloyds banking app. Didn’t realise you were so ageist. Not every mug is going to fork out a grand for the latest iPhone every couple of years! May just go back to Santander

    @ant_hkuk @cryptomaniqxc @LloydsBank My best guess would be that Lloyd’s have outsourced customer support to India - inherently nothing wrong with that as long as the folks there have the right ability to assist with all our support needs

    @LloydsBank Lloyds Bank are not providing van insurance anymore so we need to find alternative insurance at renewal . All I want is evidence my proof of no claims! Help
