Charlotte Rowley (@C_JRowley) reported@LloydsBank Your handling of this has been very poor! I cancelled my card because you didn’t communicate the issue which has inconvenienced me greatly. I eventually spoke to someone who said we would receive a message on the app but nothing. Disappointing, time for new bank I think.

I called on Thursday and was on hold for 2 hours. When I got through, the caller hung up on me. Please fix this issue

Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I have just tried it again, both the proper way of talking to the automated system and another time by pressing zero to shortcut it, both end up with a message saying "our advisor service is closed for the bank holiday". This is disgusting.
