@LloydsBank How do I turn off texts from you that are just random info? I got one this morning, 8am and waking me up, telling me how much cashback I got on my credit card this month. I really do not want these texts and have been on the website but cannot see an option. Thanks.

@LloydsBank the form one needs for adding a user to online banking cannot be obtained as your system is broken? Do you have any idea when it may be up and running so as to progress with the process. Your phone team does not have a clue? any comments?
