Their response about the food bank, whilst not at the pinnacle of customer service, is the sort that is warranted by such an idiotic enquiry.

otherbruder (@otherbruder) reported@PayPoint, I used your service to deposit cash into my @LloydsBank account and one of your merchants tried to levy a charge even though it is a free service. Can you help me raise a complaint? This merchant could be charging other customers fees unlawfully.

I have 7 current accounts it’s got a bit silly I’ve started closing them now. Mainly for switching money and the like. But scaling down to around 4 now. Different uses. Always have a backup.

Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported@LloydsBank I’m going back into branch on Monday. If I don’t get any joy from this, I’ll be back in touch. The account is basically a child savers account, which you transferred soul ownership to my child and removed adult access without even notifying us.

Bobski (@bobski2410) reported@LloydsBank When I select the cinema it takes me to the cinema website but that only leads to me paying for my tickets. No QR or voucher code. When trying to use the 24/7 messaging service it says it’s down and to try later.
