    @LloydsBank, your service is beyond disappointing. No one answers the phone and your departments are not geared towards solving problems. My father has been banking with Lloyd's since the early 70s, but your current state is dismal. Clearly, this loyalty was a big mistake.

    @LloydsBank You refused to stop or suspend a pending payment this morning & gave £170 of my money to a fraudster. The payment ended up with a company who is being investigated by the FCA who advised me to report it to Action Fraud. You choose to support a fraudster - shame on you

    @LloydsBank you have blocked my card and an advisor can not unlock it instead I have to wait in a queue that's approx 30 mins for someone else too with no option of a callback. Any help I can get here before I have to go to work without being able to pay for bus?

    @LloydsBank They are not having a problem making a claim they are in middle of the claim but it’s taken over 5 months and still not sorted they have been with your insurance for 50 odd years

    @LloydsBank I want both of my phone calls investigated. Never experienced customer service like this! Awful ! As mentioned as soon as my policy expires I will not be renewing, and I will be sharing this experience with others !

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your app at the moment? Am trying to set it up on my device. When I quote the code I’m given to my security phone call, it states the number is incorrect.
