Neal Francis (@neal_with_an_A) reported@LloydsBank for 13 years I've received mail from the old owner of my property. In all this time, we STILL receive his post. Customer services didn't want to help as it's "not your policy"...? This guy could be using my address for fraud or tax avoidance. Poor customer service.

Taylor Whalley (@whalley919541) reported@LloydsBank please help. I was due to complete on a home yesterday but couldn’t due to my solicitor being unable to transfer funds from your bank. All of my belongings are in the garage at my new property that I am now unable to access. I have nothing, I need to compete today.

Taylor Whalley (@whalley919541) reported@gavinclarkeuk @LloydsBank Same as us. Supposed to complete yesterday, we’ve been left with no belongings/ WiFi/ access to any clothing or way of cooking food. We’ve lost 2 days of van costs and if we’ve not completed by tomorrow we’ve got no mortgage.
