@LloydsBank Evening. We were wondering when to expect our new debit cards. Our current cards expire at the end of August. Our previous banks have sent them well in advance of the expiry date and we need to book a hotel for next year and the site won't accept our current cards.

@LloydsBank 0345 300 0000 1 hour for you to pick up and I’m still on the phone to fraud check nobody has a clue why you’ve stopped my card !!! And frankly to stop it isn’t my issue if you’d texted me and were available on the phone to resolve the issue! Your customer service is shocking

@LloydsBank my granddad has been trying to transfer money to me for 3 days. he was locked out of his account for 48 hours and we just tried again on the mobile app and the payment has been blocked until he can speak to fraud prevention but he cant get through. please help
