Matthew Evans MBE (@matthewevansnpt) reportedCan't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI
