Warren (@warrench) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds opened a dispute. They sent an email and said they'd be in touch within five working days. THEY HAVEN'T. I have new information. There's no email address to reply to, despite having case number. Waited 20min to speak to someone on live chat. They can't help. ARRRRGH!
