    Also every customer that @LloydsBank responds to help has been Caucasian I tweeted them 2days ago & within those days they continuously ignore my request and answer people with the most recent tweets purposely skipping mines. I have screenshots which I will also be reporting.

    @LloydsBank I haven't written a cheque in years and don't have my cheque book. I need to write one now. Is there a way to issue a single cheque? The app allows me to scan cheques I have received but it would be nice to print one out

    @LloydsBank On 16th June I was told by your complaints team that they'd call me in 5-7 working days with an update on an account I've been trying to open since November. I'm still waiting for that call.

    @LloydsBank Hi , Someone else used my ID and open a bank account from my old address. Went to your branch on Grays with my ID. But the customer serviced lady is not helpful at all and asked me to call bank again which I did twice yesterday. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    @LloydsBank major issues with my account, currently have a large deposit pending as declined due to postcode issues when postcode is correct and already spent my evening on hold to confirm all was OK, which you said it was. Went ahead and made payment and it declined but pendind

    @LloydsBank After 4 attempts the only person I could speak to was in fraud who couldn't help me. There is money missing from my account due to a lloyds issue, my card is not usable due to a lloyds issue yet there is no help post 8pm at night.

    @LloydsBank your phone customer service is ridiculous. Spent an hour on hold *twice* just for the call to be ended on your side. Can’t visit a branch in person as I’m currently abroad, can’t sort out my issue online as you won’t allow it. What else am I supposed to do?

    @LloydsBank Neither, you contacted me about suspicious activity on my card. Called fraud operations and was told I need to cancel my current card and get a new one. Froze it through the app but to order a new one abroad I have to get through to your consultants which seems near impossible.
