@LloydsBank We can do it here so potential customers can see how unhelpful you are as a bank. I moved from Halifax to lloyds, and am unable to access the app, this has been the case for a week. You also, without my permission, merged my personal login, with a business account not in my name

@LloydsBank @LilxoOnlyfans Spoiler alert, the app isn't bsck up and running as normal unless running as normal doesn't let anyone log in.

@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Yes frequent! Did I stutter?! Shouldn’t have to move . Customers should have access to their banking at all times …

@LloydsBank DM I’ve received is completely unacceptable. Contradicts all previous comms and messages from the Social Media team. The issue seems to be Halifax Customers who only have a Credit Card with you no longer being able to see existing or new offers!

@pohare551 @LloydsBank Yep, absolute shambles. I’ve had a similar message completely contradicting the previous comms that everything remains the same, and that offers and options are available. I’m requested a formal complaint be raised to the Halifax to Lloyds customer migration team.

@LloydsBank 19 minutes and counting since your online advisor asked me for transaction details and nothing since. What’s the point of offering a dead service ? And, no, I won’t send you a DM because you’re sorry, Respect your customers.

@LloydsBank Done that...absolutely no help whatsoever.

@LloydsBank I have been a lifelong Halifax customer now Lloyds. Why does it continue to take 20 seconds for the app to authenticate and open my accounts? Will you be able to improve this?

We've been getting claims of multiple #recruitment agencies looking for Splunk administrators working 2 days in Manchester. Naturally, we dug further and it looks as if the customer is @LloydsBank. We understand why Manchester. They're offering £300 - £450 pd inside IR35.
