    @LloydsBank And how does that help someone who can’t leave the house? I have agoraphobia and can’t leave my home without someone else. So I now have to wait for someone to be able to accompany me to my nearest branch and therefore wait to access MY money.

    @LloydsBank I used this service and my bank account was blocked. I couldn't get my money. App says to call a given number. When I call they say go to a branch. When I go to the branch they say we couldn't do anything to open it.

    @LloydsBank (1/2) couldn’t raise a complaint as they said that the had to follow what their manager said to do and they hadn’t finished investigating the issue. In the meantime we have no hot water and someone vulnerable in my house but

    @LloydsBank Good afternoon, your branch in Kilburn is closed for the week. Website says that they are supposed to be open? Edgeware Paddington has closed down for good.... Any branches left in west London that's actually still open this week??? Regards Juanita

    @LloydsBank Yes they say I don’t have a policy although your product literature says I do. Your staff members couldn’t find out why the provider said i didn’t have a policy and in effect shrugged their shoulders saying they couldn’t help and as I said would not let me make a complaint.

    @LloydsBank your phone system is awful, I just need to speak to an actual person. We’re trying to set up my 16 year old with an under 19 account, round in circles as he has a saver online and can’t get through to anyone on a phone 🤬

    @LloydsBank Trying to withdraw money from my ISA and I’m told to go in branch. Which I’m unable to do. So I phone and try to do the transfer over the phone and speak to an advisor who informs me that they can’t do it either. So I just can’t access my money? Ridiculous.
