@LloydsBank No resolution the lady said @LloydsBank are fully aware that the system will not allow them to open a joint account on line but could not fix the error. Are you aware if not I suggest you ask. Whole this waste of time. Gone with #Starling excellent service opened in 20 seconds

@LloydsBank 2 weeks now still no code no real assistance from lloyds abject failure as far as I'm concerned I suspect any complaint will go in the waste bin anyway..I suppose its just a case of tough wait as long as it takes absolutely zero help or progress just a constant headache. Abysmal

@LloydsBank Tried it several times, tell me I need to go in branch Branch says all problems will be solved if I download your app but then can’t explain how, which makes sense because it isn’t true Offer to order me a new card even though I’ve done this 6 times and explain that won’t work

@LloydsBank I just received a call from fraud prevention asking me to ring a number. I am on holiday in Iceland and I don’t know now if my card is blocked. I couldn’t write the number down and the number on my card sends me into a doom loop. Is there a number I ring for help

@LloydsBank I do not see the point of trying if the app logs me off in the background and I lose all the previous work. The main program should not time out whilst one is working in another part of the app.

I’d appreciate it if you could stop being the worlds worst bank @LloydsBank my use of my card is perfectly normal when someone is away from home having a trip through London but of course you have to block my card on Apple Pay AGAIN! No I’m not phoning you - haven’t got all day!!

@LloydsBank Still no code in the post no access to my app I'm approaching 3 weeks of no access no help from lloyds at all just treated like a moaning person even though access to that app us major for me... Thanks for nothing absolute disgrace
