Genuinely thinking about changing my business banking to a different bank, purely because every time I sign in they make me use a card reader and it drives me absolutely crazy. @LloydsBank WHO on earth carries a card reader everywhere with them?! It's madness!

@LloydsBank what a shambles of a bank you are got a complaint going through I’m on the phone apparently no customer service team and no manager to deal with complaint got to wait three weeks until you even look into it terrible bank

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying to open a business account and all tasks have been complete and I’m waiting to hear back (since June?) As far as I’m aware I’ve not been contacted since, any help?
