    I can't access my cashback offers via the app. I cleared the data, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked. When I click "cashback"it does nothing. Everything else seems to be working. I can select the cashback offers via a browser @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank can someone please explain why I spent 58 minutes on the phone, taking to four people - then cut off. Call back, wait 45 minutes- lose the will to live. Not a good customer experience πŸ˜’

    Outstanding customer service from @LloydsBank this morning. Apparently I can't access my son's appointee account over the phone, and have to go into branch to do anything. Funny that I could do everything by phone last week. Wish I'd stuck with @Barclays now.

    @LloydsBank trying to dispute a transaction in the app which takes me to the online website which tells me to go into my app to dispute a transaction 😭😭

    @LloydsBank how long is it going to take to fix the everyday offers problem, years using the Halifax app and had no issues with the offers now been forced to change to the Lloyds app and they don’t show not a great start

    @LloydsBank You say that but still nothing this morning . Called your recommended number was told the β€œ tech” error had been resolved replay it ! Who on earth do I believe ? I asked what the explanation was and the advisor suddenly said β€œ hello I cannot hear you β€œhow can I trust LLoyds Bank
