@LloydsBank customer service is the worst **** ever. Blocked all my debit cards and credit cards for no reason. Thank God I have my trusted @cryptocom debit card, otherwise I would have had to steal my grocery shop.

@davidkeegan @LloydsBank However the bank manager called me two days beforehand to cancel as ‘there’s nothing she can do’. So again, please explain to me why this statement clearly offering help in these circumstances is in your pamphlet when you are unwilling to to try to even try? #lies

@LloydsBank how am i supposed to get a new bank card when you get an error online and mobile acc and if you ring am told you are so busy its urgent requests only???? #terriblecustomerservice "We're sorry, but we can't carry out this replacement cards and PINs request online"

@LloydsBank Yes, when I called back they just said it is being investigated. The problem was reported by other customers in February, so this answer doesn’t give me any confidence.

. @LloydsBank my sister has been waiting for over a year for a letter so she can access Internet banking on her phone. We've been in branch 3 or 4 times in the 12 months yet the letter never arrives. It's getting tiresome now and she just wants to access her banking. 🙃
