itiswhat (@iswhatitis82) reported@LloydsBank Been unable to make any online payments since moving over to Lloyd's app from the Halifax. all i get when i call is they can't see any blocks or issues on my account so unable to help! Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now

Susana Stubbs (@susanastubbs) reported@LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to “just keep trying” because, in your words, “it’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn
-
Dave Reynolds (@ralphiereynolds) reportedIs the @LloydsBank app down every day of the week? Maybe they could spend some of that AI investment in testing and operational resilience?
-
Ian Woodward (@IanWoodward4) reported@LloydsBank Hi Halifax Lloyds, first time logging into Lloyds online after switching from Halifax and can't access accounts to move money. Says there is a technical fault please try later. Rubbish service, please fix it!
-
Truth and Justice (@theveritas4) reportedWe've been getting claims of multiple #recruitment agencies looking for Splunk administrators working 2 days in Manchester. Naturally, we dug further and it looks as if the customer is @LloydsBank. We understand why Manchester. They're offering £300 - £450 pd inside IR35.
-
Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

Matthew Evans MBE (@matthewevansnpt) reported@LloydsBank Anisa didn't read my response properly and being told to go online proves my point about dire customer service.
