Reece/BlueNukez (@ReecePan16) reported@sharpy741 @LloydsBank i have looked after my cards quite well, putting them in a wallet, making sure they don't get bent or wet but without fail they just stop working randomly, resulting in me having to call up, get a new one and change all my details on websites

Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.

Ian Tyler (@ianhtyler) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Welcome to the real world Owen. This has been going on for years for all sorts of customer groups and reasons. You didn’t make a peep earlier!!

Mardood (@Mardood4) reported@LloydsBank hey, I am approaching 58 years old, have banked with Lloyd since I was 15. I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.

PB (@PBay78) reported@LloydsBank I keep getting a message saying "something went wrong" when trying to pay my credit card through the app, is there an issue at the moment?
