    Absolutely ridiculous @LloydsBank …now my daughter has turned 16 and without notification you’ve removed the parent’s access from the account. As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄

    @LloydsBank iv money in my bank but some reason my account got a block and for me to get it unblocked need to go into the branch. But iv been on chat to say im unable to get into to town as in a carer for my disabled son and im looking after my wife. Wish someone will listen

    @PollyWaterside @LloydsBank I contacted a company via X asking for help & next thing I kept getting accounts impersonating them. When I looked most of them were brand new accounts with no followers.

    @LloydsBank first credit card stops working on Apple Pay, on complaining CSE manipulates and blocks my well working online account without informing me, leave alone providing any valid reason!

    I'm about to board a 3 hour train and couldn't use my card due to banking issues and therefore I'll have no food or water. How will you resolve this matter? @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank I can't access the cash back offer section on your app. When clicking it doesn't do anything. I've updated the app but still nothing..
