    @LloydsBank appreciate your algorithms n’all but blocking legit payments with zero notice just because it’s west Africa is really flipping annoying. You’re covering your own liability not mine and it’s very poor customer experience. Vexed!

    @LloydsBank I can’t transfer money out of my account. All of payees have been deleted (not by me) and when I try to set up a new one I get a message saying there is a problem with the system. This is after problems logging in all day on both Halifax and Lloyds mobile apps.

    @LloydsBank trying to help a parent set up internet banking but when registering with their details it will only acknowledge my own logon details. Why is this? It's extremely frustrating! Tried several times.
