    @LloydsBank Now you have transferred @HalifaxBank customers to your Lloyds Bank app it continually malfunctions and there is a twenty minute wait on your phone lines - shoddy service. Halifax were never like this.

    @Dannyh3xz @LloydsBank I have a NatWest one too but I haven’t used it in years, need to get a card for it I think. Lloyds is down every other day now though. Only got them as branch near my house but it’s closed now anyway.

    @LBGplc @LloydsBank Do not back with Lloyds bank the customer service is disgraceful. We have now going to nice all our accounts to a better provider. The customer service people do not bother answer calls. I have been been in the phone all day & They're are rude working at home

    @Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Yes frequent! Did I stutter?! Shouldn’t have to move . Customers should have access to their banking at all times …

    @Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Good for you!.. but plenty of others have had frequent problems ..stop diminishing fault for the lack of service, just because you feel others are worse!

    @LloydsBank @em_nightreader Whilst Lloyds are having these problens ie THEIR problems they should put special measures in place not expect customers to go through normal 'wading through treacle' measures.
