    Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the ridiculous steps we have to take. Updating on various accounts. Technically this should be possible!!!

    @LloydsBank Shame on you requiring the latest iOS (which my old phone doesn’t support) to log into the Lloyds banking app. Didn’t realise you were so ageist. Not every mug is going to fork out a grand for the latest iPhone every couple of years! May just go back to Santander

    @LloydsBank I'm getting the same message as most people "Sorry we're having a few technical issues". I reported it weeks ago and was told it was a known issue. I have a complaint in now because I've not been able to use it for 4 weeks.

    @LloydsBank your app and site are totally down and my money is trapped in my savings. I need to top up my electric meter today. This is completely unacceptable. When is this going to be fixed? People need access to their money for basic utilities! #LloydsBankDown

    @DottyBekki @LloydsBank Agreed. I'll send in a complaint too. Removing a feature that made banking easier is completely backwards. Been with Lloyds since 2002, but all these changes help no-one.

    i used to think @LloydsBank was a great bank, one of the worst about, their cards break CONSTANTLY and always when you need em most. now this outage, im ****** starving and cant even get food
