    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

    @LloydsBank WHY when logging into account via Google chrome on WIN11 am I having tto send a security text every, single, time now? It's an annoyance I don't want. Fix your website please, cookies seem to be broken.

    @LloydsBank Thank you . That was the point of my original query. Customers should have the facility provided to speak to customer service through the app and not be forced into communication with computer generated robots .

    @LloydsBank @JasonBeggs1 This error has been occuring for me for at least 3 weeks. It's an app issue occuring to multiple people. Trying to get someone to understand this is proving difficult.

    @prioritypasscom @LloydsBank @Mastercard Why charge for this service? I'd guess it's too your benefit to know who is coming and when to maximise utilisation and aid a better customer experience. Would it be an opportunity to milk the customer?

    @LloydsBank Yes, same device/browser. Cookies are enabled, have been cleared, reset etc. The website just seems to want to force me to mobile/APP, I don't want to use a ****** little screen on a ****** little device. I've got 4 screens and a powerful PC here... Rather not DM, don't have time

    @LloydsBank I can’t transfer money between my accounts or to anybody else, error code 500 & 401. I’ve only been a customer for 2 weeks, this is a poor experience 💀 the in-app chat doesn’t even work!!
