So, OK then @HalifaxBank @BankOfScotland @LloydsBank was it your techs or Akamai's techs who made the WAF policy change that has locked out your entire customer base?

@LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?

@LloydsBank I hope you will be compensating customers who have been left financially vulnerable today with your online banking issues. I haven’t been able to access my money for hours.

@Toyahsmam @LloydsBank I'm having the same issue, one of the purchases was petrol too so now don't know whether I need to go back and pay again or if it's a fault with the app! Frustrating.

@LloydsBank Hi Lloyds. I've just logged into my app, and there's a mortgage and personal loan showing up on there now for some reason. I know nothing about these. I'm guessing they're showing in error, after your system problems. How do I get them removed? Thanks. X
