    @patrickc @LloydsBank Payments used to be a backend decision. Now the bank that owns the customer and the platform that owns the checkout are finally sitting at the same table. Interesting timing.

    @LloydsBank trying to open a new ISA.. gets all the way through then message pops up saying โ€œproblem at our endโ€ . I attempted three times. Do yon have more information?

    @garabaldired @LloydsBank I spoke to them again on Thursday Shuan. They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.
