@LloydsBank I’m visiting my local branch, Tilehurst, tomorrow to a) Resolve the initial fraud issue, and b) Raise a formal complaint against the person who made me feel insignificant as a cancer patient today. No doubt it’ll be brushed under the carpet.

@LloydsBank must be the worst, most antiquated Bank in Britain. #IMPOSSIBLE to make contact with - seemingly a non-existent Customer Service. #badcustomerservice

@LloydsBank No, I did ask but the agent could only say was the Lloyds underwriters did not approve it on the system, no other info. I then went online to a comparison web site who gave me a Lloyds price. I followed the link and could restart a new Lloyds policy. Poor organisation approach

@LloydsBank I’ve tried all of the above, including withdrawing money from a cash machine and it tells me that “this service is out of order.” It was working fine and I’ve literally just been paid. I need to be able to physically buy food and stuff 😵💫😵💫

How many advisers are there in the @LloydsBank / @axainsurance call centre? 35 minutes waiting so far. Why not offer a call back service instead?
