@LloydsBank No, the numbers were “helplines” for telephone banking. Don’t worry though, I sorted it without help and know how much I can rely on Lloyds.

@LloydsBank @HalifaxBank I’m having problems with Open Banking on both apps. It connects with another banking app but when it returns to your apps it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes. Tried restarting / reinstalling on Wi-Fi and 4G
