    @LloydsBank Thank - I have emailed the CEO's office. Sorry don't have time to be sat waiting for call centres. It's clearly backend stuff as you've got new info on your site when I login saying you've changed processes to make it easier to add people to accounts. You should just own it!

    @LloydsBank It's not an error as such. I have a number of accounts and I needed the annual interest for my tax return. Used to get an annual interest statement for each account but no longer. Hidden in fees statements.

    @LloydsBank Dear business banking team. 56 minutes on hold, 3 conversations with 3 different responses, no outcome. The amount of £ we put through you annually for a basic level of service is mind blowing. This is why @monzo and @StarlingBank are cleaning up.

    @LloydsBank NO. Your team just had to cancel my cards as it never arrived in post. Due to you sending me a dodgy batch of cards with issues. So as you have had to cancel the card which never arrived it’s going to take at least 24 hours to show the new card details on the online banking

    @LloydsBank Yes I have called, I have had ,3x £8000 put of my business account. I have contacted your customer services who no help while he was chewing and eating and was told to call back. I will take my business elsewhere.

    @LloydsBank My brokerage firm is closing its UK branches and I need to move shares. Looking into options, seems like I need to create and pay for a 'Share Dealing' account to access the web chat to discuss?

    @LloydsBank But that’s my point, it wasn’t declined, app said it was approved but merchant said there was a problem. I suspect it is a problem@at your end. Frustrating to have to go back to the start with booking flights because this keeps happening.

    @LloydsBank You really need to sort your app out as lately it is failing to authenticate my device. It then gives an error message saying you are having a few technical problems. This means I cannot approve transactions so am forced to use another card from another bank.

    Shocking service by @LloydsBank fraud on my business account for thousands and the man was eating on the phone and said call back tomorrow.

    @LloydsBank Yes I have tried this a couple of times. I’m having the same issue with the Halifax app
