The person on the phone just kept asking why I didn’t ring last night, which I couldn’t do when you were closed.

Leigh Moran (@Leighmo01292006) reported@LloydsBank Yes. All they kept saying, rudely, was why didn’t he ring last night. He tried but it was 11pm and the line said it was closed, so he rang this morning and has gotten nowhere with no support. Shops shut soon and my daughter needs milk and food

Not the attitude I would expect from someone working in customer service. I've worked in this field too and never made anyone feel like I didn't have time for them.
