Andrew McNaughton (@mcnaugha) reported@LloydsBank One of your insured car drivers collided with my car but I took down the reg number incorrectly. I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?

Pete (@petespoors) reported@TheAdman7 @LloydsBank Adam, We had same issues, but we found the cause seemed to be the uninstalling of the Halifax app. My phone, which still has the Halifax app works fine. Not very helpful, but you are not alone, Pete
