Now been blocked by Vinted as I broke the rules by getting my bank to help me get my money back as they were no help at all! Shame as I loved the Vinted concept. #dodgy

Andrew Lee (@AndrewL32164649) reported@LloydsBank I've already phoned the Lloyds complaint team and said that i wanted to speak to someone in LLoyds, not Allianz , they fobbed me off & put me through to the Allianze number that i dial quite alot. I gave up and thought id go down this route. Viscious circle.

Dec same bank refused to pay for their regular shop because it was unusually large (Xmas doh!) - Jan they blocked a bank transf said customer must pay for a £1,500 service by card.

Seconds later I realised I had made an error, phoned your agents & she closed account. Said paper work was in post. Today I received a letter from #LloydsBank asking me for money for my overdraft!
