@LloydsBank When we pay for a service or goods with a bank card, the payment is instant. However, getting a deposit, refund, or holding fee returned takes 5 working days. Why is this? You take my money as soon as possible, but hold onto it for a few days. #noideawhy

If something is meant to be 24hours you expect to be able to use it anytime don't you. I hope this is only an issue with one of your accounts and you have access to others till this us sorted

@LloydsBank I have some £5 commemorative coins ( legal tender) and would like to pay them into my account. Customer service said some branches would accept them at the discretion of the manager but they couldn't tell me which branches. Please tell me where I can deposit them.

@LloydsBank I'm not really sure why the mortgage team would know more about the memorable info app issue than your Internet banking team anyway. Should I just try calling again and see if someone else in that dept knows?

@LloydsBank when I try to use your new switch offer and set up an account with you, it says my card expiry date of the account I want to switch from is incorrect - but it isn't. Can you advise? As I can't proceed without this working
