    @LloydsBank Made car insurance claim 17 May, been passed pillar to post, no repairs, given several different companies to phone, told today to phone a different company. Phoned to be told that the claim has to start again. Very frustrating, no one taking ownership. Please help.

    @LloydsBank No error message and no other option, just the app. The app opens but there is no prompt or message to verify my card on Apple Pay. I live in Spain so the app method is actually ideal, if it worked.

    @LloydsBank It was the service unavailable that prompted me to ring your colleagues and when I asked to speak to a manager I was cut off. Dreadful customer service!

    @LloydsBank have I really got no access to my internet banking for 7 days because I missed your one time access code as was eating my tea last night and thought I could get another 🤨 you don’t make things easy for customers!! I now can’t check my balance or do any transactions!

    So @LloydsBank my apple@pay is not working I got transferred to a department that closes at 8pm at 7:50 the person on the phone could have told me that and I have no bank card !!! **** service! She could have told me they close at 8 instead letting the phone ring for 15 after 8

    @LloydsBank After many hours on the phone yesterday and many employees of Lloyd's Bank communicated with and the four twitter replies. Many people work for Lloyd's!!?? I finally got a working link sent to me. Not sure why a working link couldn't have been sent to me last night!

    @LloydsBank I get that but even being refused for £20 which isn’t unreasonable is bad. I’ve had to go to HSBC to do the transaction. I get if I was asking for the higher amount that it may need to be ordered but coming down to £20 and getting refused is really poor!

    @LloydsBank Not yet. Apparently it's been referred to a technician via a "ticket". 3 days without access to my online banking is very frustrating.
