    If you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.

    @LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

    @SBarrettBar The so called "glitch" of @LloydsBank was A HACK and they're covering it up. You can't "glitch" to show someone else's account in a database.

    @LloydsBank But Lloyds never have glitches - according to Lloyds complaints officer. (so no need to investigate) Which is true? 1. it does, as stated by Lloyds? 2 It doesn't - so no glitch investigations will be made- so customers left at risk?
