@LloydsBank you have blocked my 85-year-old mother’s access to her current account due to her being a victim of fraud a few weeks ago. She can’t even buy food and no-one at Lloyds will answer her calls or respond to her emails. Totally unacceptable - sort this out now

@LloydsBank Anyone answering the phone today. Have had issues with my card for about a week now. Fed up of payments not going through because if your new “fraud action” email we received last week. If it’s a regular payment why stop it!! #frustrated

@LloydsBank please, in the name of god, close down your 0345 300 0000 number, it is not fit for purpose. I know of no other way to cancel an in-branch apmt, so your staff will be waiting for me on Sat and complaining that I haven’t had the courtesy to cancel!!

@LloydsBank You’ve blocked my friends card whilst she is travelling alone in USA, she can’t pay her hotel, get a taxi to the airport, or even eat! How is she supposed to “pop into a branch” to fix this?! Fancy making a sensible suggestion??!
