@LloydsBank Well, iv just tried that number on my BRAND NEW phone and on another mobile and they still hang up on me and say there too busy! Not to worry this kind of service is the confirmation i needed to change my bank! No help whatsoever

@LloydsBank yeaaaah bit shocked at the service I’ve had over the last couple of weeks around an Amazon fresh payments agents on the phone dismissive and tbh clueless asked for issue of how a bloke was out on to be looked at “it’s fixed 2 business days bye”

Hello team since my card was stolen, I told them to send a new one, but sc bank hasn't been interested for days, can your bank help me in this regard? I want to switch to your bank @LloydsBank
