    @LloydsBank been waiting an hour and half on phone to get account unlocked - whats the issue? Anything to do with text message received asking customers to call maybe?!?!

    @LloydsBank Well, iv just tried that number on my BRAND NEW phone and on another mobile and they still hang up on me and say there too busy! Not to worry this kind of service is the confirmation i needed to change my bank! No help whatsoever

    @LloydsBank Trying to switch a joint account, not having any luck. I have a bank account but not the switching service and it will not allow me to switch a joint account or change the account on line. Cannot get through on the phone.

    @LloydsBank suppose(hypothetically) i lose all my documents and net banking IDs(in short i lose my account details) will I be able to get my account number by showing 2 valid UK IDs. Can someone else use the same route to access my account what if she has my ids

    @LloydsBank adding that I have other things to do than listen to the fact you are particularly busy and your message AI is very unhelpful. Get more staff or something as it’s not great customer service

    @LloydsBank yeaaaah bit shocked at the service I’ve had over the last couple of weeks around an Amazon fresh payments agents on the phone dismissive and tbh clueless asked for issue of how a bloke was out on to be looked at “it’s fixed 2 business days bye”

    @LloydsBank I have now been waiting for over an hour to talk to someone about my cards which are blocked. I’m being told you are busy but really? Quite apart from phone bill why is the call service so poor?
