@LloydsBank @SkipperTheBear My online payment said it went through (had the confirmation screen) but it's not showing in my statement so I've no idea if it has gone through or not. Is there currently an issue with online payments?

@RhonPiquering Lloyds. Can't phone them, it's chat function and I have told them 4 times I will not be providing further ID. They don't listen. Anyway they have just lost a customer. Are you listening @LloydsBank ?

@LloydsBank And no way of attaching evidence of the problem, or anything 'advanced' like that. I think they need new, competent product managers.

@LloydsBank @uj7protocol Does Lloyds (or their bots) know that hungry ppl can't just walk into a food bank. There is a referral system that needs to deem ppl eligible to access the food bank.

@LloydsBank your customer service person just slammed the phone down on me. I’ve been trying to access my online banking account for over 6 months. This is the third time I’ve been given completely different advice. Suggestions??

@LloydsBank I think the point we're making is why should your customers have to do the work of contacting companies we may not even remember setting payments up with using MasterCard? You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

@LloydsBank Thanks Neha. All was sorted after 9 months, but your customer service teams did need a course in customer care and compassion. Why ask to speak to someone, who I've just told them has recently died?
