    @LloydsBank I contacted you on June 16 and spent ages on the phone trying to sort out my dad's S&S ISA account, which I have financial power of attorney over. The guy was helpful but heard nothing back since. Given that I'm not a Lloyds customer myself, how can I follow this up?

    @LloydsBank I am trying to transfer money using the app but I keep getting an error message. I have logged out and back in, used wi-fi and 4g and nothing has worked. This has been happening for a week.

    @ScotNational Welcome to working in UK banking. It only makes sense for almost every british bank to move operations to India for 1/4 of the wage, so glad I got out of it. Ask @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank I will. AGAIN. I’ve left suitable feedback on the app and on customer surveys but it seems the small voice of this frustrated business owner falls on deaf ears. And now you’ve closed my local branch I have to drive to pay in my cheques. It’s a pretty dismal service all round.
