    @garabaldired @LloydsBank I spoke to them again on Thursday Shuan. They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.

    @LloydsBank @Louby_Smith Instead of waiting 30 minutes between chats you can wait 30 days by filing a complaint. That’s one way to do customer service

    @LloydsBank This was shocking today!! Telling me I was putting the wrong memorable information in wen I knew I wasn't!! I hate this ******* bank! 25 years, and not able to access our own money!! SHAME ON YOU

    @LloydsBank I would like to make a complaint. Every time I contact you via the help on the app someone replies then ends the chat within seconds before I can reply.

    @LloydsBank You know exactly what the problem is. You need to report to your bosses that people aren’t happy that their a/c names have been changed. Only in the app can you name your accounts. I’ve got 4 accounts & all have the same name now. Not good enough!
