Kim Frinton (@drowsyfire) reported@LloydsBank I have just this minute tried to make a payment which required me to verify a purchase via the Lloyds app, only to receive the same "technical issues" message which has been showing all day. So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".
