@LloydsBank I have been trying to switch my old current account with another bank to my newly opened Llyods account, and its not letting me. Cant get through to you by phone or the app messaging. Can you help or is it a lost cause?

@LloydsBank No. So far taken 10 minutes. Going to leave it and walk down to the cashpoint and check later. Thanks for the help. Just one of those things that happen. Technology lol

@LloydsBank Using desktop site. And needs code to log in. It does it from time to time. The first code came 20 minutes after requesting. It's not urgent just annoying

@LloydsBank I will say whoever is working the front desk at Eastbourne terminus road. Needs retraining. Her attitude was less than welcoming. Felt like she didn't want to be there

@LloydsBank I’m trying to set up internet banking for the first time with you, forgot my login details, in order to reset I need to have a phone number that’s not in use no more so I can’t get a code or anything to activate my account I’m at a brick wall before I’ve even started

@LloydsBank Hi Graeme, yes. The first person I spoke to said it was an ongoing problem affecting all customers. They passed me on to a manager who wasn’t aware of any ongoing problems. He said he would investigate and call back later today, but hasn’t.
