Santa (@santa_kikosani) reportedIs there a problem with banking today? I approved transaction for amazon now 5 times but then received an email to say it needs revision. What is going on? @LloydsBank
-
itiswhat (@iswhatitis82) reported@LloydsBank Been unable to make any online payments since moving over to Lloyd's app from the Halifax. all i get when i call is they can't see any blocks or issues on my account so unable to help! Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now
-
David Russell (@davidjrussel) reported@LloydsBank what’s the point of your messages within the app. I received a message from a one of your guys, I answered a question and never heard anything back. Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.
-
Steven Haggerty (@stevenhaggerty) reportedBeen with @Wise and @StarlingBank for a good few years, thought i'd try @LloydsBank for a new project and its been awful experience so far - so many emails asking for more info etc - provided then asked for most. No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.
-
Jamie McNamee (@jamiesmack) reported@LloydsBank I have sent a DM regarding an ongoing customer service issue. Can someone respond please.
-
Lord Spider (@lurkingspider) reportedconfirmed. and down for those forced onto the @LloydsBank app
-
James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@LloydsBank Yet again, the ‘support’ I’m getting from @LloydsBank via DM is inconsistent and inaccurate. The team continue to drive interaction to direct message, and then provide no useful information or support.
-
Adam (@AdamDouglas19) reported@LloydsBank I’m moving all my Lloyds Bank accounts to First Direct. @LloydsBank I had the same trouble with my Lloyds Mastercard, your derisory group allowing out of date credit cards to be used by Microsoft 365, even though I no longer used that service 🤬
-
HighTails (@HighTailsFiona) reported@LloydsBank so now because of your technical issues you’ve suspended my business account….the one you forced me into opening and the one where I can register it. Despite assurances it would be sorted…the silence is deafening

GFC lev (@DevereG2) reported@LloydsBank @leeselou1975 Your app is down and has been all morning...
