Broken Britain, on hold for 46 minutes so far for home emergency cover with @LloydsBank. Got through then they said I needed another department and have now been waiting 30 minutes for them.

  • ygbhawktube Hawk (@ygbhawktube) reported

@LloydsBank Yeah, same happens on all 3 of my browsers. Fixed it by removing one more day from the end date... so something isn't right somewhere. Not my issue now, good luck!

@LloydsBank Hi, I keep getting texts about a new recipient being set up on an account. I’ve been getting them since October. I’ve been ignoring them but I keep getting them and I’m not sure what to do about them. Can someone help please?

@LloydsBank - If you ask a customer to call you then have the decency and efficiency to actually have staff ready to take the call. 4 times I’ve tried to call you… over 90 minutes in ‘queues’.. totally unacceptable

Four months in row @LloydsBank have failed to block a fraudulent subscription going out on my credit card. Four months in a row I have to sit and explain over and over the same situation. Absolute joke of a company.

  • Workshopshed Workshopshed (@Workshopshed) reported

@LloydsBank The reason it looks like phishing that it only contains a call to action. No explanation as to why. "must login to your account by clicking on this link" It would be better to make secure email easy to find on the website and direct people there.

@LloydsBank Hi. Yes, my call was resolved in the end. I called the support number ending in 2226 from the credit card section in the app and was told that it was the wrong department. I have a feeling that it was the correct department but the caller didn’t check my needs first. (1/2)

@LloydsBank hello,I had a problem with my bank card and you asked me to mail a signed letter. Now the signed letter has been signed by your bank, but I have not received any reply or solution from you and I am very worried.@LloydsBank

@LloydsBank I am having issues with processing an application as an appointee at your bank, it seems that you do not have a policy in place for this. Can you please advise what the actual policy is as your staff seem a bit stumped on this....
