@LloydsBank - whilst I’m not a personal customer of yours,my work place is and my wage as well as the rest of my departments hasn’t been paid. My mortgage payment and other DDs are extremely active today and I’d kinda like to do a much needed food shop … please sort out asap!

Elsewhere, the face to face services have been taken on by Post Offices for those who are unable to use a computer or telephone. Which in turn helps support POs It’s closing

@LloydsBank announces further branch closures, following other banks, as always claiming it reflects changing customer practice; one can only admire their chutzpah; first make your branches inefficient via under-staffing, then close them because people have been forced online!

@LloydsBank Hi Nicola, I just checked and my faster payments are working fine. It’s the standing orders where the money seems to have got stuck somewhere and hasn’t arrived in either bank accounts they were supposed to. Thanks
