@LloydsBank @MsOirishEyes Mine was 1hr38 on hold then a further 35 mins having my issue looked into (much of that spent on hold too) - I absolutely can’t fault the guy who helped me…but 2 hours 13 mins to report an urgent fraud issue? 😬

@LloydsBank Hi, earlier this morning i transferred money feom my Lloyds Current Account to a Halifax account. Money is showing as debited from Lloyds but nothing showibg in Halifax account. Please help. Thanks

@smepathfinder mate - they are ******* useless - trying to get customer support at @LloydsBank - although my call is "important", estimated waiting time is ONE HOUR... yup ONE ******* HOUR.... set that the music with a horse running up the ******* beach...!!

@LloydsBank Ridiculous hold times for fraud help! 1 hour and 12 minutes at last count - can't hang up because you've randomly blocked my card. No chat, and customer services can't help - wonderful.
