    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank I am trying to open and switch, through CASS, to a Lloyds current account. My account is currently held at HSBC CIIOM which is included on the list of banks in CASS. But my Lloyds application will not allow the switch. Can you explain what the problem could be please?

    @LloydsBank @TufnellHenry I just went into my branch in Pembroke Dock to be told I could not take out the amt of money I need because the bank is CLOSING DOWN TODAY! WHAT THE HELL? Why isn't the government stopping this? You know we need our banks. It's hateful & discriminatory.

    @LloydsBank stop locking me out of logging on to my internet banking if my mobiles flat, how the hell do you expect me to verify my login when on a computer and i can't complete your process? pathetic that it has come to this

    If there was a branch of @LloydsBank in the town in which I live, I would be in there weekly. But to access a branch I have to drive approximately 15 miles each way. There are no bank branches in the town in which I live. The last one, @HSBC_UK closed about 18 months ago. And like banks, my small, market town has virtually no public transport too.
