@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank Hi Iain, I was trying to make an international money transfer which was deemed suspicious and my online banking was blocked. I rang your support and after over an hour on the phone was told to go to my local branch. Hotel I'm staying at takes credit card payments

@LloydsBank Not helpful. Why lloyds cant call me they have my mobile number linked to the account. You guys are in for a massive complaint from me. Suspended all access to my accounts for no good reason, best I can tell.

@LloydsBank Trying to get your app on phone . Downloaded it ages ago . Your phone calls never arrive & I didn’t follow thru I’m now trying to log in & told I’ve entered my log in details wrong 2 many times but can log in ok on pc . Calls don’t arrive from that either.Texts do.

@LloydsBank How on EARTH can it be so difficult to get a replacement bank card in 2021? I try the app, can't do it. Ring up, get diverted back to the app. Ring up AGAIN, hold for ages, only to be told it has to be done in branch, which is inconvenient with my working hours!

@LloydsBank hours on phone to transfer money in a way that my terms and conditions state should be possible and confirmed by lloyds staff. purpose of transfer is to buy xmas presents and food. now can't. disbelief that i can't access my own savings.

@LloydsBank Laura, as per my previous tweets, the company(s) are saying it is not them. Bearing in mind this has now happened with more than one company more likely to be either a browser problem or a problem on your end by stopping the verification from taking place.
