@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@W66535742c @LloydsBank @DavidBu01882175 It won’t matter. Amazon Web Services are down globally, so many sites/apps are down today who use AWS. The problem isn’t at Lloyds end, so we’re just having to wait until Amazon Web Services sort their **** out
