@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

And receive email Ithey will deliver my bank card at home and today I received and it’s blocked Lloyds branched take back my card and account is closed???? Really bad bad bad service shame

@LloydsBank Hi I’ve had a letter asking me to confirm where I live for tax purposes. Is this genuine please? It seems odd that I’m being asked for this when I’ve been a customer with yourselves for over 20 years and provided ID with my address on to change my details last year?

@LloydsBank I’ve made an order to what has transpired to be an illegitimate site. It’s been over 30 days and no goods received. I’ve been trying to get through to your disputes team since 28 March and on hold for well over two hours! I can’t get through. Completely unacceptable.

@LloydsBank And I will now have to ring up for a 3rd time as my wife tried to transfer me money and it won't let her because my account won't accept the transfer. Ps my direct debits were also not set up so I have to ring them as well. Absolutely appalling service.

@LloydsBank sad day. After 32 years have closed my accounts with you and switched to an online only rival. Your customer service was so bad could not access your services for 14 days and could no longer rely on your company. Anyway, onwards…

@LloydsBank Absolutely appalled at the dreadful customer service! Stop card for no reason, 40 mins to be put through to the ‘fraud team’ then an minimum of an hour wait! Go to First Direct, or any other bank for that matter!!
