    @LloydsBank is there an issue with the android banking app? Each time I open today it is asking me to set up mobile banking from scratch again. Have been using the app on this phone for 2 years!

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for this. However, your phone lines have very long wait times at present and are only open during my personal working hours. If you could please let me know whether a month is a normal period of time I can avoid clogging up your phone lines further

    No way of changing my mobile number with @LloydsBank "because security isn't high enough" via phone - unless I wait a week for them to post me a code. Turns out that the security was high enough for me to close down my account though.

    @LloydsBank Hi.. I understand the concept of busy but 2 hours waiting on the phone to speak about fraud constitutes a crisis in your Service. Indeed this ceases to be a service!

    @BondGaven @LloydsBank Sady exactly the same here too tried to report yesterday and was told there was a 50 min wait today an hour. My other bank never has these issues.

    @LloydsBank Thanks for confirming. The app & my phone were both up to date , but deleting and reinstalling the app today seems to have fixed it somehow. I'm using a Google Pixel 4XL and twice yesterday had to re-register, get the phone call to put in the code etc. Thanks for your help :)
