@LloydsBank a second call initiated by me for 1 h and 15 min, no answer. The website says the call center is open until 11 pm. I get security, but this is 3 hours of my life waisted, because the contact options are not diverse enough, chat online for example

@LloydsBank No it was regarding a request made last year, for an email address to send updates to the specialist support team which I raised a complaint about to which you never responded. And a further request made recently for an email address to send a complaint to.

@LloydsBank finally phone call and is answered and the person says the can’t do anything because is the wrong the department but that’s the only phone number I’ve been given. She tried to help but apparently the only solution is to get a letter 3-5 working

@LloydsBank This is an appalling service or lack thereof. You have blocked my card and I am unable to access my own money. My internet is down and I have a new number so can't access anything. What are you gonna do about this?
