@LloydsBank absolute disgrace! Been a customer with a business account for 25 years forced to close business due to covid. Now been waiting 2 weeks for the balance in the account to be paid to me. And 25 minutes for them to answer the phone.

@LloydsBank Also, the issue does occur on both my PC at home and at work. The work PC is the Chrome version I've quoted. My home PC will be on the latest version

@LloydsBank your app has rejected a cheque (no details as to why on the deposit history page). I paid in a cheque from the same company last month with no issues (both images are as clear as each other). Non of your branches are open outside of my working hours!
