    @LloydsBank absolutely appalled at how your chelmsley wood branch is messing my 90 year old mother about she’s had to make 3 unnecessary trips costing her £16 a time she asks for a manager & all staff are saying they’re the manager & her issue is not being resolved !

    Remembering struggling with early internet banking @LloydsBank. After an hour or so, they ask what version of Microsoft I’m using. “I’m on a Mac.” Silence. Yep, they’d built a browser-based site that only worked on PCs. (It works fine now. I hope they fired their dev team)

    @LloydsBank Hi, they just said they were calling from Lloyds bank to discuss my account, interest on overdrafts etc, I didn’t give any info and shut the call down pretty quickly but thought it was unusual for them to call from a mobile number, I can send you the mobile number via DM?

    @LloydsBank I wonder what is the problem? Mr Johnston doesn't even answer my emails. I have asked Mr Johnston to emailed me the Trace confirmation I can take it to my bank. I have emailed him my Bank Statement showing there's no Money was deposited by Halifax its lie!

    @LloydsBank sort your abysmal app out. Whenever I'm asked to use the app to approve a payment, nothing happens and then if I keep trying, it threatens to block my card!
