    @LloydsBank mobile and internet banking not working. Is this a widespread thing? Had problems with my mobile app not logging me for a few days and then today going to the icon for it to tell me that it wasn’t installed at all. Have been unable to reinstall it fully and internet…

    @LloydsBank Hi - have a C&G savings account opened in 2006 and have the passbook. You referred me to ‘lost my account’ - I did but they said C&G can’t trace it. How can I access the c£500 you’re holding ? Thanks

    @LloydsBank can you say when your system will be up and running so that I can change a signatory on a business account. I don’t have 40 minutes to spend on hold and you let me fill in the whole form before telling me that there’s an issue.

    @LloydsBank So what's happened to your 24 hour customer services via the app, more cutbacks as well as branch shutdowns???

    @LloydsBank Earlier I tried both ways and failed both ways. It’s been very temperamental. I get stuck at authenticating device and then it says you have been logged out without it terrifying Face ID. Now it is working, but for how long?
