@LloydsBank so after 32 years of having house insurance with you, the first time we enquire about a claim we get told it’s down to wear and tear. So much for customer service and thanks for taking our premium without a single thought 🤨 Time to look elsewhere.

Well @LloydsBank you want to make it impossible to spend money I’ll just use ways that skip all the secure authentication so I can spend the money anyway - everything using you as my bank has been hard work! It’s my money just let me spend it

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!
