I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."
