@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@paulwham500 @LloydsBank Well the current home office logo is blue and yellow to stand with Ukraine so are they only hiring Ukrainians? 🤔 but I don’t see you mentioning that Paul so maybe you just have an issue with gay people and that’s the problem here

@LloydsBank I am not spending any more time on the phone arguing about this. @JustPark have just told me they have other Lloyd's customers using the system with no problems so what I've been told thus far is a lie. I want a written response.

When are @LloydsBank and @JustPark going to sort out their squabble about authorisation. I'm getting totally fed up of finding myself in a car park where I can't pay for parking because Lloyd's block the payment. Both insisting it's the others fault + neither resolving.

@LloydsBank Thanks. Call the number that hangs up on you and go to the branch that doesn’t open accounts. Or better, go to another city to open an account, but book an appointment via the forever-on-hold-or-hang-up number. Highest level of customer service. More new clients are on their way.

@LloydsBank In the meantime your internet banking service is not working and your calls and texts are not going through to the numbers you claim to be contacting. As a result I can't access my online account.
