Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

Melvyn Kelly (@manseman) reported from Leeds, England@TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

Scott Tancock (@ScottTancock1) reported@LloydsBank Quick enough on stuff when a customer does something wrong or take ages to sort out any disputes etc but cannot get your app back up and running. I can guarantee you won't compensate any customers over this too!!
