@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@SarahKeery1 @LloydsBank They are also the same bank that turned me down for a mortgage for really ****** reasons when I got divorced, so I now get really stressed dealing with any & all financial stuff. Mostly to my own detriment. But it's like voting in the GE, you know they are all ****.

@LloydsBank decided to shut down my account today and transferred the money in there to my ex who was removed from the account over a year ago. Be nice when my direct debits are due out in next few days. All I got was we’re sorry and we will raise a complaint.

@LloydsBank We settled the account and I’ve written letters and called the credit card department and nobody seems to be able to find the account and it’s no longer on my Lloyds online accounts. Just sat as a balance on credit card. Please can you help?

@LloydsBank 30 minute predicted wait on the phone to verify my Club Lloyds card on Apple Pay. Appalling, and I actually pay extra for this “service”.

@LloydsBank I have not had access to my money in my bank accounts since 12.30pm today. I have ample funds in my bank accounts with Lloyd’s and I cannot spend it because some auto service said that a transaction was ‘suspicious’. I have relied on my boyfriend to buy lunch.

@LloydsBank I have lost my debit card but could not get through to physically speak to someone to check that no one had used it before reporting it. Can someone help?
