@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

  • Angryyorkshire2
Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England

@LloydsBank I have sent a DM regarding an ongoing customer service issue. Can someone respond please.

  • cellawoody1
    Marcella Woodcock (@cellawoody1) reported

@LloydsBank It’s not my account. I’ve given you the complaint reference. My 78 year old mother does not have online banking or apps this is the reason she went to check on a scam text. Your reply clearly shows the issue… elderly customers are being left behind!!! @MartinSLewis

  • BDubleYou
    Brian Waters (@BDubleYou) reported

@LloydsBank I have been a lifelong Halifax customer now Lloyds. Why does it continue to take 20 seconds for the app to authenticate and open my accounts? Will you be able to improve this?

  • jamescarlin77
    James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported

@LloydsBank Yet again, the ‘support’ I’m getting from @LloydsBank via DM is inconsistent and inaccurate. The team continue to drive interaction to direct message, and then provide no useful information or support.

  • Crocidolite11
    Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

@LloydsBank Hi. I’ve not completed any move. I do however have the same information shown whether that’s in the Halifax app or Lloyds app. So assuming as it’s all in the Lloyds app too the Halifax one will just eventually stop working?

  • PeterHoggCloud

@LloydsBank Also, direct messages to you aren't encrypted, because you havent registered for it. Wtf?

@DebiEvansMatron @NicolaS48301196 @LloydsBank I’ve had similar issues with Lloyds lately and they are really pushing the online banking.

@LloydsBank Call instead to resolve as app service not ideal thanks

So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras 🙄 Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?
