@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

  • Angryyorkshire2 Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank you people make me sick you disgusting bastard hope your branches all burn down

  • emmafc74 Dr F-C (@emmafc74) reported

@LloydsBank Thanks Sophie-Louise, I’m deaf which is why I was using the support text facility.

  • richard_colling Richard Collings (@richard_colling) reported

@LloydsBank PS: Think that Lost Cards fits much better under Account Services (alongside Replacement Cards) rather than under Help - you don't expect to find actual functionality in the Help section

  • TadeoRoagna Tadeo Roagna (@TadeoRoagna) reported

@LloydsBank I was able to log in using a different internet connection.

  • liamjoecook liam cook (@liamjoecook) reported

@LloydsBank is there a special line for elderly customers to call - my neighbour Rita was on hold for 2 1/2 hours this afternoon. She’s 87 with MS so can’t go to a bank, doesn’t have internet banking and missed countdown to sit on hold (the best part of her day). Any help?

  • missmelwright Mel Wright (@missmelwright) reported

I’ve now tried calling the number for existing customers and been told that I’m facing a 30 minute wait before my call is answered. Pretty poor service @LloydsBank

  • 15nh Kenny Mac (@15nh) reported

@LloydsBank Shocking service this morning due to high level of calls or more accurately not enough advisers hired to answer calls. If you close down branches you need to hire people to@deal with queries that cannot be resolved through your online banking.

  • 1_Tracy_ Tracy 💚🤍💜 (@1_Tracy_) reported

@LloydsBank I need to amend my travel insurance, your website won’t let me, I’m told I have to call which I have but I’m left on hold for hours at a time when I try. Sort your travel website out and get more advisors on your phones, this is appalling!
