    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank hi when I try to deposit on a bet site I can't add funds as I have been told my debit card is acting like a credit card? How can this be changed please? Deposits keep getting declined.

    @LloydsBank Why don't more of your branches have the cash/cheque deposit machines on the outside walls? So much easier if you are going to make it difficult to use branches in general outside of working hours.

    @LloydsBank the customer service from some of your staff at your Leamington branch is really rude! I made a change order on Tuesday for yesterday. Went to collect and they closed at 3:30 instead of 5 (short staffed). I text again yesterday to say can the change order be rolled…

    @LloydsBank I have already been through the FAQ’s, is there any email I can use to contact customer service? I work nights so don’t have time to sit waiting on the phone for someone to answer.
