@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

Random/grown up to say, but I'm loving @LloydsBank new addition of monthly payout break down on the mobile app. Saves me time, as I usually write it all down to make sure everything is as it should be! I feel like I don't have to be as OTT with that now (but will still check)

@LloydsBank Hello - we found some unused American Express travellers cheques. They are seriously old (could be 30 yrs). AE site states they have no expiry date. Is it worth taking them to bank or will they be refused?

@LloydsBank Hi Johnjames, yes I have and was directed to Lloyds as post-merger they did not transfer those documents. I managed to speak to an advisor at Lloyd’s who gave me the name of the archive file he found but when I went into branch with it they said they couldn’t access it….

@LloydsBank ruined my day. Random check online payment & subsequent age it took phone calls, customer services reinstate card. Now blocked from making transaction with said firm. Unable to make an urgent purchase. Customers require protection from the Banking rackateers.

@LloydsBank have a platinum account went into branch was told to call membership services got transferred in a queue for 59 mins got cut off tried again and again requested call back to be given another no , this is an important issue as we go away next week !!!!!🤬
