@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBankNews @LloydsBank Don’t use Lloyd’s for vehicle insurance. Over 8 weeks since you accident & still waiting on repairs being organised. Shocking service & the same ridiculous excuses as to why it’s taking so long to arrange. Quick enough to take my money though 🤔🤬😤🤨

@LloydsBank 0345 300 0000 - I say, Lost Cards, takes me through the process of entering account details then when it states going through to an advisor - just get the engaged dial tone and the phone goes dead. It's now been over an hour and my cards have been stolen and I cannot block them

@LloydsBank I'm now talking to someone, all blocked but come on, this shouldn't have been difficult. The technology failed and I was left without support and help. It's not good enough, I've been with the bank for over 20yrs. I'll be leaving Lloyds. It's just not good enough.
