@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

@LloydsBank so I have found someone's debit card, I have called your "helpline" to ask what I can do with it, you can't get a correct service as always thinks its MY card, so used your website and asked the "help" section and AGAIN you can't get an answer, IT'S NOT MY CARD, help?

@LloydsBank I’m sorry but there’s no mention of cards not working, I’ve just tried to pay for an Uber, and my card declined, however fraud is an hour wait and I can’t check online as it’s unavailable, great day to do it on halloween and all!

@LloydsBank please explain to me why my bank card or Apple Pay is not working, have money in my account, hold time is over an hour to get through on phone . Really reassuring to know I can use my bank to access my own money to get home safe. Thanks @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank I’m really grateful for how seriously u take online fraud, but can u check if I’m spending somewhere before u block it? 2nd time in a month my card has been blocked. I’ll now spend 2 hours speaking to 4 different people to sort. Until then I can’t shop..inc Tesco!
