@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@Depheruk @LloydsBank @GoFundMeUK Had issues with PayPal as well, when donating to a homeless charity. Lloyds will just say 'meh, what you gonna do?' We need better, we need a General Election on Thursday 26th May in order to tell banks who is the Master and who is the Servant.

@LloydsBank @Depheruk I'm with the bank of Scotland and in the process of closing down all of my accounts. Credit card cleared and closed. Savings account closed the other day and one account left. Been with the bos for decades too, but theyve never done me any favours when I was scratching my arse.

@CharLouKing @LloydsBank I'm now onto my 2nd official complaint about this issue. They compensated me last week and told me it was fixed... of course, the same problem happened again when I tried to use it today. Just the 2 hours on hold this afternoon and lines so bad when they answered the call dropped
