I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

Melvyn Kelly (@manseman) reported from Leeds, England@TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".

Chris (@tringgooner) reported@LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?
