@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank I think you try to tell me you are on my side. If you were you would not send out incorrect log in details for an attorney and then provide no phone service at all other than endless messages about thank you for calling and we'll answer you shortly.

@LloydsBank After 60 years with Lloyds Bank I'm seriously considering closing my account. I'm getting messages that unless I phone 0800 068 4951 I will be unable to access my account. But there is a 50 minute waiting time and no other way of communicating with the bank (except Twitter).

@LloydsBank A week ago, I reactivated a Lloyd's account (with money in it.) I had every intention of starting to use the account. However after a week of your app that doesn't work and your maddening, awful contact centres, I closed the account today. It was an awful experience.

So @HalifaxBank & @LloydsBank have told customers if they disagree with their Pronoun policy for staff they can close their accounts. Very customer focussed. Wonder whether they will have the same openness in revealing how many customers have voted with their feet.
