@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

Does anyone have a clue how you get a PIN for a @LloydsBank credit card have had the card 2 or 3 weeks & can’t use it yet, poor service much to my surprise :(

@LloydsBank I am abroad and our cards are being declined. There is a healthy balance on the account. I called the help number on the international account it took one hour and 15 minutes before I was able to reach someone who could help - she asked for my card number and disconnected me.

@LloydsBank My current card (that is expiring in 2 days) shows but not the replacement I ordered on Saturday. I was told in this thread that the replacement card number would show up in one working day.

I have a serious problem with my @LloydsBank account. I am abroad with no access to funds despite a large balance on the account. So far I have called them 4 times, been cut off 3 times and been on hold for a total of 3 hours and counting. I am switching to @StarlingBank asap
