Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@mo_albaker @LloydsBank 2 complaint managers, one telephone support person said they’d send a letter and they never did and if they did it would of arrived, I even went above the complaint managers straight to the CEO not one ounce of respect or apology just them causing me all this stress
-
Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been through all of this with your service team and they can’t help. I have another account with @Barclays, so I think I will try to set one up there

Hannah Plumley🧡💙 (@Hannah98banana2) reported@LloydsBank Seems funny that fraud happens four days after the breech and for a subscription to a website that I don’t even have account for. Sorry but I don’t believe you.
-
I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

🇾🇪 (@DarthFuzz) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Keep scrolling down on that page you were on. It’s the App, and it’s nothing new, Biometrics have been used in it for years - it was Touch ID and now Face ID
