Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?
-
Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank But if you lose your card, don't ask Lloyds for help.theyll refuse. Appalling service.

Daphne Clifton (@daphnemotivates) reported@LloydsBank - why can’t I see details on some of my accounts? When will the system be working properly?
-
Andrew Moore (@AndrewM54363806) reported@kiborocket @LloydsBank I am also getting this error since last Thursday. Logged an IT ticket over the phone last week and chased up today. More than just me having this problem anyway which is good to see (sort of)

Clayton Shivers (@Clayshiv) reported@steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.
-
Alvin Shipperley (@MrStardust50) reported@LloydsBank I am getting an Error when trying open a current account (and I have tried on my PC and my mobile): "It looks like something's gone wrong. Please try again at a later time." Other users on @Reddit say the same thing. What is the problem?

Ian Wilson (@Skidoo195) reported@LloydsBank it’s really not ok for u to suddenly block us (and my son) from withdrawing his own cash, at the age of 16 years and 9 mths, randomly, without warning, pending a signature from a minor You seem more than happy for us to keep paying in and now you’ve locked it away😡
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@elonisabawbag @LloydsBank I know, it's like Lloyds bank is being run by children. I phoned them to tell them the problem and they just acted defensive, they weren't interested.
-
The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I mean it was a complaint that because increasing frustrating because somebody was pasting answers to me from a crib sheet. A fast pass to showing customers you’re not understanding the nuances of the situation your insecure bank caused and causing them to lose their temper. It was even suggested I contact @OnlyFans - and so there you Go - they’re tagged. Let’s see if effectively a porn site - or a site used to shake men down - has better scruples that @LloydsBank. I’d actually enjoy writing that piece.

LisaS (@ls39767284) reported@LloydsBank No-one in your securities team is answering the phone....even after 2hr & 51 mins! (menu options also aren't working properly) and no-one is replying to emails. I've been trying since Monday of last week. Further IT issues or don't you have any staff?

Uchechi Osuji (@UchechiOsuji3) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
