Forking Forklifter (@Angryyorkshire2) reported from Bradford, England@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

Buyers Report (@BuyersReport) reported@LloydsBank Long established historical brands should be left alone. I didn't choose Halifax because I could choose Lloyds. There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.
-
CHILLing 🕳 (@Specia1izt) reported@LloydsBank I have been requesting a dispute for over a week and yet the customer support did nothing, acting like a bot asking me the same questions over and over again
-

PB (@PBay78) reported@LloydsBank I keep getting a message saying "something went wrong" when trying to pay my credit card through the app, is there an issue at the moment?
-
Mardood (@Mardood4) reported@LloydsBank @creva Hey Lloyds - not the first comment about how this efficiency/streamlining for (Lloyds) screws ups things for customers. Was there some form of customer survey ? Yet another business decision forcing customers to bank elsewhere. Totally not thought through by some suit.
-
NMI - When You Need More Info (@NMIcast) reported@LloydsBank The app was active and I could see balance now it is down again.....
-
LillyLew (@justlillylew) reported@LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.
-
Chris Mayren (@ChrisMayren) reported@LloydsBank internet banking down yet again! Absolute joke how many times this happens
-
Bekki (@DottyBekki) reported@SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.
-
Shaun Toole (@garabaldired) reported@LloydsBank I'm getting the same message as most people "Sorry we're having a few technical issues". I reported it weeks ago and was told it was a known issue. I have a complaint in now because I've not been able to use it for 4 weeks.
