@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@LloydsBank So instead of offering to do something useful, all you are willing to do is to tell me how to complain. How will that help me or my family? Your organisation needs to look at how it treats their customers and change this, instead of referring them to a complaints process.

@LloydsBank Problem is, it’s an Amazon debit but not for either of our accounts. So how precisely are we supposed to query that with Amazon, when it should be you who stops the payment (which is still “pending”)?

My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔

1000 ******* percent it will come out in the future that banks like @LloydsBank and @NatWest_Help definitely throttled and restricted on ramping into crypto. First it’s a block , second departments closed , third phone is breaking up, now just blocked calls. Scammy banker wankers

@LloydsBank The second time I phoned it was apparent that they had written only part of the address down when I first phoned them. The third time they said they should have been sent but didn't know why they hadn't. Can only try again. Have to wait another 10 days.

@LloydsBank why can’t you set up a payee on a business account on the app? Surely this defeats the whole object? (I was told this would be sorted about 12 months ago) poor service! Shouldn’t take that long 🙄

@suepett @CooperativeBank Hi I was told it is an error at clients end. They tried it again with a change but still no joy. They are going into their branch on Monday to get it paid. Hope @LloydsBank may be able to shed some light on the situation. Very frustrating
