@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank Hi, logged in no problem, but transferred funds twice and it took a while to go through, usually it’s seconds, took a while but ok now, was from app on iPhone

@LloydsBank Hi there i just received my card and im trying to log onto internet banking but it brings up ‘9200200: Sorry, you've entered your logon details wrong too many times. You'll need to reset them before you can log on’ and i have reset my password but it still not working

@LloydsBank despite me telling you guys I was going abroad, you’ve gone & blocked card transactions anyway. This has created a lot of stress for me and nearly resulted in me missing my flight as I couldn’t pay for a service. 1/2
