    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank My ID needed updating but was lost by the London Bridge branch and the only way of updating it is going back into a branch which isn’t easy to do constantly to make sure my details are correct, I’m currently on my way to the Bromley branch to see if they are able to actually help

    Many, many thanks to @LloydsBank and the fraud team for spotting fraudulent payments running into thousands on my credit card today. Really fast, sympathetic service over the phone. Still slightly in shock but all sorted now. #CustomerService #CustomerExperience

    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline - Santander would disclose fully but there was an issue with the account/recipient at there end. All the wire details it was sent to were correct and it was a valid account. As it transpires it looks like I was scam and Santander had spotted this.

    @LloydsBank The system did ask my account no. and sort code in the automated service stage, as well as security no. But I key in the security number wrong, then transferred to the adviser. She asked for the security number again, I told her I forgot it, then she tell me to register Voice ID.

    @LloydsBank No. I’m currently outside the UK, and can’t reach a branch. So for my case, how could I solve this problem? I know there may be two ways, 1. Write to the bank for changing the address and phone number 2. Register Voice ID(But how can I register it if I don’t have security no.?)

    Q) Most incompetent customer service of any Bank in the UK ? Answer) @LloydsBank Been shuffled in between 7, 8 people from past hour who have no idea where to transfer my call, i have just called for Business account setup.

    @LloydsBank I know, I will sign it with my normal signature. But I have several normal formats of my signature. Sometimes I sign in format A, sometimes B. What if the signature doesn’t match the one in the system ? Could I resend a new letter with a corrected signature?
