    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!

    1/4 Hey, @LloydsBank - complain incoming. Had a call with you guys yesterday to resolve a problem. Took 2 calls, problem resolved but I had to pass security checks - one of which being my DoB. Which I gave, twice. Accepted and issue resolved.

    Four months in row @LloydsBank have failed to block a fraudulent subscription going out on my credit card. Four months in a row I have to sit and explain over and over the same situation. Absolute joke of a company.

    @LloydsBank I love calling my bank via the app for a specific issue and being told that I’ve reached the wrong department 3 times. Like, I’m in credit card support in the app, call you and it’s wrong or the person doesn’t know what I need. Got there in the end, but really :(

    @LloydsBank (2/2) I get that call centres are complicated and you can only have so many layouts but a support analyst who doesn’t tell you what department you have called and/or doesn’t ask more follow up questions as to your needs may result in frustration. Thank you

    @LloydsBank - If you ask a customer to call you then have the decency and efficiency to actually have staff ready to take the call. 4 times I’ve tried to call you… over 90 minutes in ‘queues’.. totally unacceptable

    Broken Britain, on hold for 46 minutes so far for home emergency cover with @LloydsBank. Got through then they said I needed another department and have now been waiting 30 minutes for them.

    @LloydsBank I’m pretty sure it was intentional as it rang for quite some time Claire. It’s a missing deposit query. It’s happened before when they have been slow turning a deposit from security plus around . Thanks tho
