@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank Going to Round in circles entering my user ID pass word & memorable info only to for it to say it doesn’t recognise me!! Took 35 minutes and I gave up in frustration but inconvenienced by lack of access to my own money!!

@LloydsBank nothing is resolved . Which issue did they resolve because my mobile banking has been failing security call all day meaning I can’t even set it up again even after reinstalling app ? I’ve rang twice to not avail. Fix it ASAP you’re disrupting a lot of things

@LloydsBank Clearly not! Deleted the app (due to the technical error), and re-installed it. The app said it failed to call as there was no answer, but it never called in the first place!

@LloydsBank No it’s not. It’s still not working properly. I was on hold for 55 minutes to your c/s team before I was told that. And as I want to repay someone, you can kindly post me (yes, POST ME) a code so I can. 1980s on the phone for you, they want their cinematography equipment back.
