Liz Read (@LizRead168) reported@LloydsBank I have been with you all of my life. That is going to finish very soon if I can't get this matter resolved. You have taken away the facility to download a csv for specified periods on some of my accounts. Your humans don't know the answer. They put me onto chat bots who are useless. Why you would give en export facility that chooses its own random dates? What is the point of that? Something has gone very wrong with your service of late. I cannot believe someone has programmed it this way.

Adam (@AdamDouglas19) reported@LloydsBank I’m moving all my Lloyds Bank accounts to First Direct. @LloydsBank I had the same trouble with my Lloyds Mastercard, your derisory group allowing out of date credit cards to be used by Microsoft 365, even though I no longer used that service 🤬
