@Stevros1988 @LloydsBank 2/2 I asked him "Do you somehow think that - in the intervening 10 seconds - someone has broken into my home, learned how to imitate my voice and then answered the phone, knowing that I'd just been talking to him?" How sad to have a job with no room for common sense.

@TfL absolutely to **** do you ever take priority over my bills just stop my card from being used don’t bounce back my direct debits for bills that need to be paid. @LloydsBank your customer service is shoddy at best

@LloydsBank This is the EXACT reason I’ve left LLoyds after 35 years with you . There is no email and it states tweet is for help? Where’s the help when your advising me to go to a branch or waste more of my my time. I will keep tweeting until one of you does something about this

@LloydsBank Thanks Colin - I was put through earlier straight away - I think the lady then hung up on me as I’m so distressed! I am so shocked at this service from Lloyds. I’ve been a customer for 33 years . Sadly i have lost trust entirely. Sorry to rant! I feel very vulnerable !
