@LloydsBank Hes still on hold now is at work it not good enough. I work in customer service I'm fully aware of the issues we have all had to deal with the last couple of years but this is disgraceful over 2 hours on hold, terrible customer service.

@LloydsBank trying to add a phone number to my account so can set up internet banking we are calling but line is saying your busy and cutting off , your site directs to internet banking but we can't because we need to register a number !! Appalling service what is going on?.

@LloydsBank Well I’m trying to place an order, I enter the card details, go to the app to approve as requested, I approve, go back to the site and the payment is unsuccessful. I’ve now been in the phone for 45 minutes plus with nothing. I’m not impressed

@LloydsBank Hello. Could you please advise me how to close my current account? I tried to reset my password on the app, so that I could close it that way, but got an error message, and your phone line asks for urgent calls only. Thanks.
