When I log in the app takes me through a couple of screens then asks me to turn on notifications & there's no Don't option. I've tried exiting & restarting but it's the same.

Ricky Thorne (@RickyThorne9) reported@LloydsBank the worst banking ever. Highly recommend people avoid these. Ive been with them less than a month and only once have I been able to access my online banking. App rubbish, website rubbish and service rubbish. 😒

Deborah Ruston (@slingpool) reported@LloydsBank My 96 year old Dad has Lloyd’s Bank Emergency Insurance Cover. He had flooding in his kitchen from his radiator pipes. Despite 2 visits from plumbers the leak has not been fixed and they now claim he needs “trace and access”which excludes the repair under his policy

We were told this was a wider issue for a number of business customers. And we were told we'd be called back but nothing from you. We're a professional business and need to make transfers to pay our suppliers. HELP!
