    @LloydsBank Quick question - my secondary credit card works getting a statement from a cash machine but comes up "unsupported" when using it in a shop. Any ideas on how to solve this issue so the card can be used?

    @LloydsBank 20 mins before call answered on Gen customer service number - told to 'phone another 'dedicated' number (palmed off). Have now been on 'phone for 28 minutes, still awaiting call to be answered Absolutely appalling service.

    Only way to get a frozen transfer released is via an 0800 number. Sits on phone on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I’ve called the wrong number. @LloydsBank - your customer service needs to change. Have words with @StarlingBank - they’ll show you how it’s done.

    Why do call centres put you on hold for so long? I’ve been waiting nearly 30 minutes and wouldn’t be surprised if I’m suddenly cut off because of their office has closed. Why not offer a call back service @LloydsBank @AXA?

    @DavidWilding271 @LloydsBank Totally unacceptable. I'm so sorry you had to go through not only the stress of the bottom feeding scum sucking thieves but the added anxiety of having to wait SOooo long to get support. You deserve a double cone after all that..

    Hey @LloydsBank why does your fraud line have a 50min wait time. I question the security/safety of your entire banking system if your fraud number is this backed up. Is it not a 24hr service?

    @KennyKwjj @LloydsBank They always blame the customer. Why would anyone phone Lloyds if they didn't absolutely need to? If the waiting times are that long, they obvs need more staff. I'm trying to sort my Mother's acc out. I was warned the service was the worst! It's true.
