@LloydsBank Quick question - my secondary credit card works getting a statement from a cash machine but comes up "unsupported" when using it in a shop. Any ideas on how to solve this issue so the card can be used?

@LloydsBank I did, on the 16th of August and 3 times since then. Still nothing. Just had a call from the branch and they don't have access. Shall I take this to the FCA and the ICO?

@LloydsBank Your customer would surely appreciate a reassuring call from their bank, notifying them their card has been found and destroyed rather than later being informed their account has been subject to fraudulent activity?

@LloydsBank Shame on lloyds again. First they ask to message them in private and then they reply like this "Thanks for confirming. As we're unable to access your details on Social Media, please call our PhoneBank team on 0345 3000 000. " so why do have this portal?
