Before getting help, it was suggested 4 times she should pay the bill. not her debt. Is this morally or ethically acceptable?

Totally unacceptable. Please sort this out as I don’t see why I should pay a monthly fee for such disgraceful service.

He has been told to keep checking website each day by customer services who have confirmed they cant see any issues. Is normal?
