Truth and Justice (@theveritas4) reported3. We recommended that not to do all your banking with @LloydsBank only. Look for other account options and credit cards options. This customer was unable to use his credit card despite it not being blocked and Lloyds said they couldn't do anything.

Called again they said they can’t help I can try branch again. All the meanwhile I have bills and rent to pay. Shocked at this poor service!
