A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Still begs the question why make so much of Internet banking when it has so many breakdowns and only getting worse as more people as pushed on to it So they don't have any physical money inthere pockets just cards. Stop shutting down branches Would prefer to speak face to face !!

@LloydsBank @JennyFo55286673 You realy should have someone here updating what the issue is. That would save you a lot of calls. I didn't know that this was not just my issue so been on hold for 30 minutes, until I remembered twitter
