A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank why is it that an existing mortgage customer will pay almost 1% more than a new customer. On a remortgage it should be the other way round.

@LloydsBank Are you having issues with card authorisation? Mastercard declined 3 times in a week for online purchases. Works fine if done via PayPal. Can't speak to anyone on the phone. Need it resolving ASAP as I have insurance to pay for.

@LloydsBank After I scan the front and back of the cheque, the Review Deposit screen should be displayed but it disappears off the screen before you can read it or click on anything. Nothing appears in the Deposit History and no reason is given for the error.

@LloydsBank the android app has been broken for all of March so far. Is there a fix in flight? The recent reviews on the Play Store should show how widespread a problem this is but I don't see any mention of it being addressed.

@LloydsBank has anyone else had their credit card limit slashed for no reason. And been told by Lloyds they only get increased by random invitation. Customer service don't care about customers anymore. I have banked with Lloyds since 1978. Think it's time to go

@nxwestmidlands any idea when you’re going to fix the app? Last week it wouldn’t allow me to use my @LloydsBank card due to security, now it won’t accept my other bank card. This is after you’ve updated it, so that it “solves” the issue. #sortitout
