    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank You’ve misunderstood, I’m not going to visit a branch! Your error and I’m not being put out because of it. No way I’m thinking of being a customer as things have already gone so badly! If you are actually telling me it cannot be fixed without this then you will lose my custom.

    @HeadSurrey @LloydsBank So sorry. My mum had someone from @TalkTalk a few years ago pressurising her to change her phone service. She signed as she felt quite threatened and was a pensioner living alone. I called TalkTalk to complain but they weren’t interested.

    @LloydsBank dreadful experience trying to apply for your premium current account! Got rejected and would not tell me why on the phone! Now I am being asked to take ID to branch because of your ridiculous error. If you want me as a customer I suggest swift apology and compensation

    @LloydsBank It was. But somethings happened where’s its now saying on my laptop that it’s not and that’s why it needs the card reader. I have the app and it’s working fine if that helps

    @LloydsBank just been into your Milsom St branch in Bath, worst customer service ever! When are your interest rates going to rise, because let’s face it it’s not as though you’ve not been making money on ours for the past few years! Time to have a rethink reference our patronage!

    @LloydsBank It says the amount I’ll pay next month as one amount. But the customer service on the app told me it’s per day?! So I’m worried and confused.

    @benjackson63 @LloydsBank This seems to be standard practice for banks now. No service whatsoever. They aren't interested in employing people any more, and to provide a proper service you need people, not just online & call centres.

    @LloydsBank I am a club Lloyd member and credit card holder . The card was debited wrongly . Impossible to go through to the Fraud /dispute payment line so to get charges investigated, assist and alert other customers. Shocking .
