    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank absolutely appalled by your premier customer service. System unable to verify account info consistently and staff unable to do the simplest verification, while online payments are declined for no reason.

    @LloydsBank It’s now been over an hour @LloydsBank! The problem isn’t with your colleagues on the phones, it’s with whoever decided to understaff your customer service team and/or not make it easier to access basic support services via your app (or the other ppl I spoke to already?)

    I’m trying to sort out a credit card issue (company has ceased trading) you sent me a code but it’s a digit too short & it won’t let me do anything else …. Can I speak to someone about it please? @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank No, the agents kept leaving the chat and I had to keep repeating myself. 1 person said it could be done on app, another said on the phone and last only in branch (which I already knew). It’s finally been booked but awful customer service.

    Hi @LloydsBank I would like to make a complaint against one of your agents. I had an issue with my phone that was returns and restored and I've registered too many devices. I phoned and spoke to someone and he put me on hold once for 5 mins 1/2
