    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    Totally disappointed with the service I have received from @LloydsBank regarding a debit card dispute. The customer service was absolutely shocking 😳. Life was so much simpler when you could walk into a local branch and speak to a person face to face.

    @LloydsBank you have an ongoing incident where someone is using the Lloyd’s Bank Foundation number to call customers and commit fraud. Your customer care response…? Use the app! How did the foundation get my details and why are they calling me on a Saturday

    @LloydsBank Thank you . That was the point of my original query. Customers should have the facility provided to speak to customer service through the app and not be forced into communication with computer generated robots .
