@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank You have no freephone number, you blocked my card, for no reason. I now can't pay my bill to phone you because you've blocked my card, leaving me in a cycle where I can't access my money. This is incompetence in its purest form. Is it normal to be this terrible?

9pm & yet again a message from #LloydsBank excusing themselves from answering the phone. Never had this problem before we left the EU. And don’t blame Covid. Apparently that’s all over. Plus furlough has ended so your staff should be back at work. #BrokenBritain

.@LloydsBank you are the most inaccessible bank. I would not recommend you. It has taken a yr to sort out our charities bank account. I will look to find somewhere better to bank. You make it so difficult to talk to someone. Shocking service. Thumbs down Thanks for nothing.
