@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I am still on hold now - 55 minutes. After 38 minutes the fraud department (I was referred to them) answer and put me on hold again. My debit card payments are being declined and it is cause ing me massive problems Very angry about this situation

@LloydsBank This was me trying to pay my statement via the Lloyds app which I usually have no problem with but seems to be having issues today. If I do it the way you have suggested, will the payment be noted today? I don't want to end up with any late payment charges or interest. Thanks.
