  @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

  A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

  So @LloydsBank - thanks for the invite to the sky garden for WC final but **** you for telling me I can’t buy a bottle of @WhisperingAngel because I’m not VIP. FYI - not complementary - I could see the bottle but was told my money wasn’t good enough as wasn’t VIP. Shameful.

  @LloydsBank I think the point we're making is why should your customers have to do the work of contacting companies we may not even remember setting payments up with using MasterCard? You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

  @LloydsBank It doesn't help the fact that there are no branches within 15miles or 30minutes of where I live, and that I happen to work when the branches are open. Internet banking is supposed to be easier...

  @LloydsBank Hello I tried to send funds to my Lloyds credit card from my Lloyds current account and it said error message several times but in fact it actually sent duplicate amounts to my credit card and I need refund back to my debit card. Been waiting to speak 45min .

  Been with @HalifaxBank for over 15 years, only bank ive ever banked with, didnt ask for it to be shut down or to be moved to @LloydsBank and i dont want it, i even got my wife to switch from Barclays, if they want to keep me as a customer they need to give me a very good reason

  So if already a customer of @LloydsBank your monthly savers will pay 6.25 (club)or 5.25%. But if you've not had an account in the previous 12 months you can now get 8%! Come on Lloyds reward your customers and increase their interest

  @PeterTatchell @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK In the 90 and early 2000s, literally no one cared about who you slept with. Now, its all gays can talk about. Its irrelevant to ordinary people. Stop whining about it and the problem resolves naturally. Just like anything, ignore it. Turn the other cheek. They go away.
