    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @PollyWaterside @LloydsBank I contacted a company via X asking for help & next thing I kept getting accounts impersonating them. When I looked most of them were brand new accounts with no followers.

    @LloydsBank blocking and refusing to authorised my payment via BACS has tipped me over the edge. Customer for 30 years and now it’s time to move on to another bank. My money, I pay how I like, not how you want me to.

    @HalifaxBank Looks like you have a problem again. Declining payments and logging me out of the app so I can’t approve them. @MoneySavingExp needs to stop recommending you since @LloydsBank took over.

    @LloydsBank can someone please explain why I spent 58 minutes on the phone, taking to four people - then cut off. Call back, wait 45 minutes- lose the will to live. Not a good customer experience 😒
