A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

Absolute joke service from @LloydsBank and their home insurance team. Treated like a dog and basically ignored and heard nothing. Avoid them at all costs for any home insurance.

@LloydsBank I am having problems chasing a cheque through the app - it’s just not ‘taking the image’. Tried lots of different surfaces - some completely black. Never had an issue before. Is it a known problem? Thank you
