    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank It’s frustrating I just found out I lost my card I can’t log in to block it, also my money is there I’m at the station trying to book a taxi and the app is not opening what is this and I have deleted and tried logging in again. This issue is leaving me stranded

    @Smoggie_96 @LloydsBank do you mean the fraud check they do when you suddenly can’t buy anything then have to ring up going through a load of **** making you feel like some sort of criminal , usually happens to me at least twice a year , fed up of it

    @LloydsBank Your app hasn't been working for weeks now on android phones and please don't say no known issues as one I have an email from you conf it and I've recd compensation and I have many friends with same issue. Shocking service

    @LloydsBank hi, called at 5.50pm to reset log-on to be told that your opening hours are 8am to 6pm and nobody could help. That's not very good service!

    @LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.

    @DavidFa25921629 @LloydsBank I gave up on their DM service, they disappear for hours without replying, then come back when you have clearly given up. Lloyds are rubbish.

    @LloydsBank So when I can't make it to work because of your tech issues, and have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a taxi, are you going to reimburse me? Most likely not.

    @LloydsBank @Doctoranarchy84 He didn't ask for help with more app issues, he asked for compo, which he should be entitled to for the inconvenience, but again your ignore that.

    @LloydsBank I have been sat in a car dealership over an hour from home embarrassed to hell as your system is down. Can’t speak to anyone, can’t use my debt card as been declined even though money is there. Can’t access business banking either. #stranded #answerthephone
