    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank what’s happening with the app? It keeps crashing, and so does my daughters. We both have iPhones. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and shut down, then restarted the phone. Still the same. It’s so annoying.

    @LloydsBank How do I receive a refund to a credit credit card that you stopped providing? The refund was sent on Feb 7th! I have been passed to several Lloyds employees on the phone and I visited one of your branches, all said not our problem!

    @LloydsBank No, they were really unhelpful! The first time I was put through to several different people, one person even said not my problem! They have said that as they don’t provide the card anymore they can’t help me!
