A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank I tried to make a transfer my my account over 5hrs ago now. I had a message saying that the payment needed to be verified and that I needed to call up an 0800 number. I called that number and Subsequently all their systems are down and no one can help till tomorrow!!

@LloydsBank … although have a ‘Attorney’ card for donor’s account it can (apparently) only be associated with the donor’s mobile for 2FA … trying to help MIL (100 miles away) via FaceTime find a message on her ancient phone when buying something for her online is a nightmare

@LloydsBank absolutely fed up with Lloyds bank. My card used fraudulently twice in 2 months. Now I can’t use card on various sites. On hold for another 10 mins to be told systems down - ring back. Whole system is so complicated. I want to find a new competent bank! Nightmare !
