@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank They deliberately word responses to perpetuate the pre-deadlock limit. They won’t resolve your issue, merely they will either ignore you without a final statement or will end a previous letter with a question so neither are valid final responses for the ombudsman.

Ok so I sometimes use the mobile banking service which comes every other week on a Monday which means it hasn’t been around for a month so I drove ten miles to the nearest branch today. Got there for 2.45 and it closed at 2.30. Not good enough #lloydsbank just not good enough.

@Steve_p_photos @BritishGas @LloydsBank BG has TERRIBLE customer service. Absolutely awful. Can’t email. When u call it’s a 45 minute wait - something like no. 500 in the queue. Then get through and arrange engineer visit. Visit later cancelled and no new visit arranged. TERRIBLE!!
