A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

Has anyone had issues with @LloydsBank cancelling their Morrisons order? My elderly Mums orders every week with them and the bank has declined her payment as suspicious, bank don't even know why when she rang and they've left her without her food order🙄

@LloydsBank impressed with your customer service (dealing with a card purchase wrongly flagged as fraud) today. The big difference to other banks is that you answered the phone call promptly, both the original call and the transfer. PLEASE keep it up.
