A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@NatWest_Help Yeah thats exactly the problem, I don’t want to go onto online banking and logging into Natwest is the worst experience ever too. I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

@LloydsBank I was trying to contact phone banking because of internet banking issues, went through all the rigmarole of security via computerised answering machine (which is infuriating btw) for it then to tell me that your offices are closed at 2 when online it says open 8 - 6

@LloydsBank I have transformed my money to another account outside of UK but It’s never arrived and I received an email asked me to call the bank to discuss the issue. however I tried so many time to call the bank but never answerd. Also International calls cost so much.

@LloydsBank Another 50min queue after being directed to the wrong team-make it clear who we need to go to when you ask us to call. You have too many separate teams that are similar going through one point. A workday’s worth of hours waiting so far over 2 days for the same issue!
