    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @NatWest_Help thanks for locking my account when I tried to reset my password to access online banking after getting a new phone.. luckily I have an another account with @LloydsBank and they were a lot more helpful.. 🙈

    @LloydsBank Hi. I am a savings account holder at Lloyd's. I am currently overseas and do no have access to my UK mobile number. I really need an annual statement from 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025 to declare as "Foreign Assets" in my home country's income tax filing. Need help asap!!

    @LloydsBank our house completion is held up because of your ongoing issues. Putting aside the fact we are currently effectively homeless, we will no doubt be incurring additional removals costs due to delays and/or rescheduling. What compensation will be available?

    @LloydsBank I wish to give feedback, not complain, but you have referred me to your app. I downloaded your app months ago.I said,it is frustrating. It is a procedural issue not quality of service I think I will put my feedback on X, it may reach the relevant people and other customers.

    @LloydsBank The Service Status web page is not loading. Where are you with fixing the issue of logging in and sending monies. I have large payments to make today and I can not do anything! Why don't you ever learn from these cyber attacks.
