    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank live chat/support - 59 minutes and 2 messages responded to. Not only do you regularly block payments, you make us jump through hoops to get access to our own money and your support is painful!

    @LloydsBank I will be going straight to the banking ombudsman , 12 hours trying to sort a fraud issue ! I don’t think My sanity could cope with another Lloyds bank department !

    @LloydsBank 'customer feedback is really important to us' well here is some. I was moved from the halifax banking app to lloyds app, it is constantly failing and not allowing me to login. Try to phone you and get a message saying there is over an hour waiting time..Sort it out

    @LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.

    @LloydsBank asks me to turn on notifications then get error message I've reset app etc still same . same for last 4.5 hours totally useless , cant go back to halifax app now either zero control over my money , pathetic

    @ratherbeapear @MrsAA55 @LloydsBank I worked with offshore companies years ago and had a week in Bangalore. You simply cannot believe the amount of companies who were based there. For Indians working in call centres it was a very highly paid job. Everyone was degree level and spoke 2-3 languages.
