    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank on the phone to fraud team who blocked my card. Took 40 mins to answer. Chap who answered needed to transfer to someone else in fraud team to order new card. Told him I was a vulnerable customer, tried to call internally & I am now back in system now 1 hour 24mins

    @LloydsBank Lloyds, I have been trying to reactivate a credit card for four days but nobody in your business can help. Please help - it's very stressful being put through to 20 different people who can't assist me.

    @LloydsBank Tested using 3 separate devices and operating systems. Same error is shown in Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome. It's not a device issue.

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to link an account to my QuickBooks but i keep getting the following error message on the Lloyds website....."Due to a technical problem you can't share your data at the moment. Please try again later. We've logged you off of the Lloyds Bank Secure Gateway"

    @LloydsBank complaint raised 13 May. Multiple "we're on it" SMS messages since, but no actual response to date. No call, no email, no letter. Very poor service. As a result, my family now all bank elsewhere.

    @MoneySavingExp I only use the branch because @LloydsBank refuses to let me act as a Power of Attorney for one of its customers other than by going into the branch - and can’t even do that effectively. So far over £400 given to me in compensation due to their poor service.
