But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.

You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

Rach (@Rachiikins24) reported@LloydsBank Are you aware of any issues with the cashback section of your app? It does nothing whenever I try to click on anything related to cashback. I can't view the current offers, or any offers I've opted in to. The rest of the app works fine & I'm using the latest version.
