A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Laura, you allowed a payment to the same company of the 1st Feb without any issue. This is rubbish and you know it, these laws came in September 2019, so why now? How many other payments to @Vinted have you not authorised today, because it should be every one according to this?

@LloydsBank @Jordan43031401 debit. It's not declined due to lack of funds but due to SCA, despite being less than £30, and my being able to use the card on Monday on the same site.

@LloydsBank Hi. I spoke to someone and they told me it was an issue at the vendor's end, something to do with they hadn't signed up to some kind of fraud prevention certification.

@LloydsBank Dear Stephen, eventually I got through and the logging was solved, but when I transfer the money again, the same problem happened again, I am so exhausted about that! May I ask you to arrange a call from the internet bank to me, please?

@Riggs_martin @clarnic11 @LloydsBank I had the same problem earlier and spoke to someone at Lloyd's. They said it was something to do with the vendor I was trying to buy through having not signed up to some kind of bank fraudulent certification thing, so Lloyd's block the payments...1/2

@LloydsBank High volume of calls and only contact if urgent. Not a problem now as cheque hasn't been paid so I will just transfer to her account. I just wanted to know what it was. Never had that before with my Santander account. This Lloyds account I have is a new one.
