@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@sullabh @LloydsBank I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@LloydsBank We got cut off! I asked her to call me back if we got cut off She said she would She hasn't called me back Your customer service is a joke You're defo not by my side I will 1 day take plunge & move my current acc & mortgage In meantime I will never buy another Lloyds product

@CooperativeBank Yes all checked - I have seen a screenshot and everything is correct. They aren’t given the option to proceed. @suepett has done a test payment from her @Lloydsbank account to her co-op business account and has the exact same issue. So not just my client affected

@CooperativeBank No it isnt working at all. Seems to be an issue with @LloydsBank not recognising Co-op busienss bank account details. For all those frustrated co-op account holders how do we sort this out?

@LloydsBank Another 50min queue after being directed to the wrong team-make it clear who we need to go to when you ask us to call. You have too many separate teams that are similar going through one point. A workday’s worth of hours waiting so far over 2 days for the same issue!
