A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank another thing you can fix is when you phone customer service, you are asked your DOB. it dosent recognise 29/01/07 so i suppose anyone under 18 aren’t able to use this service. fix this.

@LloydsBank hiya, i have logged on and can see my 2 credit card showing from the homepage but the only way i can see my currect account is to click on the drop down top of the page its not showing the currect account on the home page and its alwys has strange?

@LloydsBank just done a refresh and its all on the home page but some of the info of my currect account is messing, there is a issue hear you have something wrong with the online banking
