    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank . You appear to have moved into car insurance and taken over Halifax clients, including me. In your email you state there are changers to the policy. In which case why not simply attach the policy and highlight the changes instead of signposting g me to your website??

    @LloydsBank You have sent a letter to my home which is addressed to someone else, so you clearly think he lives here. You are asking him to confirm he is resident for tax purposes. I cannot access your online chat. What do you want me to do with the letter?

    @RHoSouthYorks @LloydsBank I've called the hotline this morning they deregister my devices reinstalled but still not working. They have escalated problem is I'm travelling Monday and it's urgent. You definitely seem to have app problems your end
