@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Get a backbone Lloyds Bank and treat customers fairly ie provide the services that you claim to sell & when a customer expresses dissatisfaction. record a complaint & make an effort to resolve it rather than asking the customer to go through hell again. Why am I not surprised?

@LloydsBank Just phoned & got put through to a different department who have told me its a compatibility issue. Shame its taken 45 mins of phone calls and a twitter tantrum to find this out. A list of compatibility issues on your website (& for you call takers!) would really help people.

@LloydsBank your phone system is awful, I just need to speak to an actual person. We’re trying to set up my 16 year old with an under 19 account, round in circles as he has a saver online and can’t get through to anyone on a phone 🤬

@Tesco @LloydsBank clearly there's an issue. But speaking to 4 different people trying to explain that Tesco will not take the pending payment as they've been paid has been a nightmare. Meanwhile I'm out of pocket £120 for 6 days when it should have gone back in my bank last week

@Doug_Paulley @LloydsBank @O2 I'm not a PCI expert, but from the PCI training I've had with work in call centres and using WhatsApp for customer service, I'd say it isn't. Whilst WhatsApp has end to end encryption, it doesn't stop anyone from inside the business accessing the chat and that message maliciously

@LloydsBank Yes I can but it still makes me do the same thing. Its not logging in that's the problem, it's the fact that every time I want to log in, it makes me set up my username, password, then wait through a 5 minute phone call just to get a code that I've already verified previously

@LloydsBank Do you treat customers fairly ? If so why wasn’t I able to claim my Home Emergency benefit on my Premier Account when our boiler stopped working today AND why did I spend two hours of my day on the phone with your staff who wouldn’t let me make a complaint re this?
