It wasn’t. This is time sensitive and the error is yours. This is causing a lot of stress. Who can I contact to fast track the complaint?

BP (@bragbpenders) reported@LloydsBank This is the problem though. I can’t wait and go on hold. I have to keep trying and getting cut off. This is adding to the stress of what I am trying to deal with as have two young children in the house. At least if I could go on hold I would know I will eventually get through.

I called earlier and waited almost 30 mins to speak with a person and that simply told me to go through the process again. I have several times and the same thing happens. I tried calling again and it said a 40 min wait.

Soup Fibonacci (@fibonacci_soup) reported@LloydsBank As I have already said, I have tried multiple times with multiple browsers and both 5G and WiFi on both my phone and my laptop. Every time I filled quite a lot of personal detials and then at the very last stage of submitting application, it got into error.
