  @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

  @LloydsBank I have tried absolutely everything multiple times over and nothing works, I've even called online banking and they couldn't help either, I've had this message for months now and I'm dreading the switch over and not being able to do online banking via the app

  @LloydsBank dreadsful support AGAIN...they expect me to wait for 30 mins on their website for a chat agent. The problem is if you forget & don't interact with their site it logs you OFF. So you cant even get on with any work. This is exactly how AI is ruining us! 0/10
