  @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

  A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

  @LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

  @tonywatson54 @GregHadfield @LloydsBank Or it's just a call centre operator who's working for a pittance, micro-managed every time they go for a piss, that don't want to waste time reasoning with an insufferable Pro-Paltard who picks the lowest hanging of fruits to make a point and then acts with righteous indignation.

  Honestly I think @LloydsBank should sell off the @HalifaxBank brand instead of scrapping it. Because Halifax have had some really great products & personally, Halifax treated me much better as a customer than Lloyd's ever did.
