A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@AndrewSmith2768 @LloydsBank They want us to do everything online or phone up, everytime my hubby went in to transfer cash to a builder they said 'you can do this online' my hubby said 'but I don't want to'. Its appauling how we're treated, we are the customer, they treat us like they're doing us a favour.

@LloydsBank Why are you trying your hardest NOT to take money over the counter? Why are your staff rude and mistrusting? Years ago the only way was to pay cash into the account at the counter so whats the problem now when your machines are temperamental?

@LloydsBank I had my card stolen today through a scam I am told was a 'Lebanese switch'? by the fantastic staff at Lloyds Sidcup Branch and the HQ fraud dept. Within 2 hours the £450 stolen was replaced by Lloyds Bank. Greatest decision ever to be a Lloyds customer.
