A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank put my account on hold because of suspected Fraud payment. I called and even after ID verification and questions , still not sorted. Lost out on an air ticket price because of this. Such poor customer service!!!!

Why has @LloydsBank dropped the very useful live chat facility from its mobile banking app? As a deafblind customer it was the best and only way for me to contact the bank independently.
