A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank Yes, but I spent the morning on the phone unpicking issues caused by payments getting blocked for several days. It took a long time to get through to the fraud team who eventually found they needed to action something. Customers need to be told if effective blocks are put on.

@LloydsBank hey I understand the app is down for maintenance. However, I was not told that our Lloyds bank cards wouldn't work. I've ordered food and now I can't pay for it. I tried phoning and chat no one answers. I can't transfer money out. I'm needing to walk home to get cash.

@LloydsBank is it normal for you to treat potential new customers like rubbish? Nothing but rubbish service and now going to be out of pocket and more importantly stressed due to the way you have acted.
