  A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

  Got a new phone, cannot add @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank and my MBNA cards on to apple pay. Granted all these are in the same group. Seems its a known issue as I have seen multiple people on forums say this is something they have not been able to get fixed

  @LloydsBank just moved from Halifax to Lloyds app and it's stuck in a turn on notifications loop, accept it, then get you're having tech issues. Any chance this being fixed sometime soon?
