    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank So two hours on the phone on the final night of my holiday and STILL no resolution is the only viable avenue I have to resolve the issue? Can you appreciate the dilemma I’m in? I’m on the phone as I type. Sixth time lucky. I don’t need a form I need someone who can SORT THIS OUT.

    @LloydsBank But your website says you have to first switch to a sole account and then make an appointment at a branch to change it to a joint account. It would be much easier if I can switch a joint account straight to a joint account with lloyds!

    @LloydsBank Over an hour she's been holding. Maybe you could look at employing more staff....its not much of a fraud prevention service you're offering.

    @LloydsBank A bit difficult as we are in france until monday when your switchinh offer ends. A pity it doesn’t mention this on your website, it would have saved me two hours of my time today! So I take it you are saying that you can only switch a sole account to lloyds online. Is that right

    @LloydsBank absolutely vile customer service from you today. I’m abroad on holiday and been on the phone for over an hour to you to no avail. Blocking cards, declining payments w/ zero answers. I’ve been a Premier Account customer for over 20 years. Not much longer. Atrocious.
