    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank travel insurance! I have tried for the last 3 days to get through to your insurance help line !!!!! I’ve held for hours each time!!! Shocking in time when people are bound to have worries and concerns they are left to listen to your horrendous hold music !!!

    @LloydsBank @SportsTraderMG You're just promoting and prolonging the fear by keeping masks. They are ineffective at stopping the spread of respitory viruses, plus uncomfortable and unhealthy for people to wear for a full working day. Plus they damage communication. You're not helping to keep anyone safe.

    @LloydsBank Hello, I received the classic card but when I try to connect to the application it gives me various errors. I logged in with the created account and it tells me that the password / ID are not correct if I try to change them it tells me that the card data is not found

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank still not got our travel insurance documents/policy no. in the post or via email. Upgraded to platinum club account, undergone the medical screening,paid premium to cover existing conditions. Onhold for an hour. Poor service so far - please help

    @LloydsBank so can he still claim this after the purchase has been completed? “Pass your Help to Buy: ISA closing documents onto your conveyancer. They will claim the bonus for you. They must be approved as an eligible conveyancer under the Help to Buy: ISA scheme.”
