A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank OK that's a bit of a problem...as the 1st falls on a diffrent day every month doesn't it and my bill is due no matter what date I pick it may fall on a weekend. In a digital age how can this be a system? How do I work around it?

@LloydsBank please can you advise when your app will be working properly? All week I’ve been having issues logging in and then get messages saying that you are experiencing‘technical issues’ and to try later. Later never seems to be any better! Thanks!

@LloydsBank Now that’s interesting. The app works fine on 4G, but not wifi. Yet the website works fine on both. It gets to the point where it scans my Face ID, and then it just hangs on “Authenticating your device”. I’m on virgin broadband if that helps diagnosis.
