A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank reported my card lost through the app 9th April,rang on the 10th to confirm it had been cancelled.Been chasing my new card only to find on 20th April it hadn’t been cancelled.I’ve been with you for years but this is very bad customer service

@LloydsBank Hi Lloyds. My visa debit card has suddenly stopped working at my local Post Office ATM. All I keep getting is "Sorry, unable to complete your transaction at this time". Card is fine and is working at all other outlets. How do I resolve this please?

So @LloydsBank puts a block on my debit card for a payment I frequently make to a company I frequently shop with, has a gum-smacking adviser on the phone, and now I have to wait 'over an hour' to speak to the Fraud Team. I do hope I'll be compensated for my wasted time.

@LloydsBank Removing and reinstalling did not work app version=88.02. I stopped a lot of android services and reverted the version of the phone app back to original phone version and managed to get it working and registered. Maybe there's a bug in android phone app version.
