    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank Tried to call....but you don't start work, until 8am!!!!! I will be cancelling my Lloyds account, in November, despite 30 years of being a LOYAL customer. P.S. Cancel Bank Holidays: designed for lazy bank staff

    @LloydsBank Please help I’m online with app to resolve an account problem at Spotify they’re asking for a merchant number or acquirer number Lloyds are saying they’ve not got one? I’ve been waiting an hour on 24/7 messages after they sent it to complaints - I didn’t complain?

    @LloydsBank @OfficalBertieB Does DarkHorse prevent customer service agents making up notes which clearly don’t match telephone conversations potentially hampering any complaints. A DSARs and transcripts of audio can expose this, is this what DarkHorse does, or is it something else?

    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
