The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank This fault is on Lloyds so it’s vexing that I am the one doing the chasing and having to effect my working day to resolve it. I just need some communication in the Lloyds team to find a time line and resolution instead of notes being passed on my account

@LloydsBank it’s a bit Ridiculous how there’s no live chat available for people who can’t speak on the phone and the fact that nobody has given us a reason is poor customer communication

@LloydsBank when will you fix internet banking software so that I can make a payment? Won’t accept payee name that I know is correct and no option to override!

@LloydsBank They opened around 9:30. Apparently the machines weren’t working and they were trying to start them. No real communication and left everyone outside. Your opening times are short enough as it is.

@LloydsBank Two days, two calls - total 95 minutes - to get a basic international transfer done. On both calls I was sent through 5 different dep'ts. Today it culminated in being transferred to a dep't that does not work after 5pm so the call terminated. This is customer service?

@LloydsBank please do something about your platinum phone line. Six calls - three lasting more than an hour on hold only to be cut off. now on again 38 mins and counting. Terrible customer service

@LloydsBank I did try a different browser ... Same result. I can access everything except international transfers. "Customer service" number 03453000116. Why 14 working days to make a transfer (at twice the cost) of remittance apps?

@LloydsBank Where did you get the customer name from? I don’t think I mentioned it, you have not been authorised to use it on social media
