@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I’ve made an order to what has transpired to be an illegitimate site. It’s been over 30 days and no goods received. I’ve been trying to get through to your disputes team since 28 March and on hold for well over two hours! I can’t get through. Completely unacceptable.

@LloydsBank Yes it was and the lighting was perfect. I use an iPhone 11 and never had any problems until this latest update. My wife tried it on a Samsung S20 and it worked OK. Is there an issue with your app and iPhones?

@lloydsbank Hello. I just had a call from someone claiming to be working in internet security for you saying that some kind of dodgy virus got into my IP and was doing bad stuff to my acc. Is this bogus? It’s giving me The Fear.

@LloydsBank Having issues with the app and depositing cheques. It just won't accept an image of the front of the cheque - tried it in many lighting conditions. I've used it a lot but now it seems to want to take the photos automatically rather than manual. Get "error reading"

We had an issue with my other halfs late nans bank account,before she died she brought us 2 tickets 2 a foofighters concert which was cancelled,they said they'd refund the money 2 her account, today we had a cheque turn up with the refund paid. Thank u so much @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Tried numerous times times, changed login & password, called Lloyds telephone team at $20 a call still not working, I am waiting for a one off number to be sent to me which takes a min of 10 Days to get to me, not happy at the moment, Rgs Mark

@AskNationwide is there an issue with your online banking? Trying to move money from @LloydsBank to you via the Lloyd app and it won’t accept it. A Lloyds to Barclays account working fine.
