    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @santanderukhelp Problem not resolved. Was told a goodwill gesture of £50 would be paid into my account last week, it hasn't been. Can't use card. Can't make transfers. @LloydsBank please take me back! After 17yrs with you I moved to @santanderuk and it's been terrible since day one!!

    @LloydsBank Hi Pauline. I'd have preferred something on your website, or when i went online, warning me there's a problem before getting to the screen of my business/ personal accounts being 'not available'. It wasn't until I checked your Twitter feed I felt confident I hadn't been robbed

    @Apple Indeed works really well unless you have a @LloydsBank card then they just block it a random times with no warning or explanation.

    @LloydsBank So my mum has been scammed by someone pretending they were me. They said that I had a broken phone so was on a loan phone and that I needed her to pay someone for some bathroom materials. She paid them! She's raised it with Lloyds. I need her to get the money back. Help!
