A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

If you think the internet explorer was slow, let me introduce you to @LloydsBank App Notifications, I get notifications for transactions made in the evening at 2 in morning! While the app itself is fast and user-friendly the notifications have to be almost instant.

@LloydsBank I have to call Lloyds Bank Customer Services on the number shown at the back of the credit card but it tells me to go to the app, which then refers you to the customer services number. It's going into a loop. In the meantime I've frozen my credit card. Any advice? #lloydsbank

You know I'm wondering if @LloydsBank are on @AmazonUK payroll. I've opened 2 disputes in February with lloyds about 2 amazon payments and yet I have had issue after issue and ridiculous requests like provide amazon's terms and conditions regarding prime video.

@LloydsBank my husband is abroad and his internet banking has been suspended after trying to transfer money to a company. Spent £50 on international calls so far and still not spoken to a human about this issue. He won't return home for 2 weeks - what are we supposed to do?!
