@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Did a restart, issue was still there. Did a force stop, issue it still there. Checked in play store and all my apps are up to date and I'm running the latest version of Android with the latest security patches.

Why would anyone want digital banking only, when every time you call a bank @LloydsBank @Barclays you are told the queue is over 20 mins long. Get a grip, employ more people, it’s supposed to be a service industry…

@LloydsBank Lloyds, after 35 years being a loyal customer are constantly declining my card for amounts like £15,£30 even less. Even though I have over £2000 in my account? I called,on phone for over an hour,passed all over, and still no resolution. My advice bank with NatWest.

@LloydsBank hi your mobile app for Android 12 seems to be crashing after fingerprint ID is read. I haven't been able to log in for two days. No error message, only that the app isn't responding and it just closes.
