A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank is there a problem with online banking at the moment? Was fine earlier now getting a message that my authentication card isn’t recognised. Message when I call says at least an hour before I can speak to someone.

@LloydsBank @rosieells Same here, from the outage reports online looks like many people are having a problem very surprised it's not been picked up by Lloyds already? 1000022 : The card number entered is not recognised as a valid authentication card. Please re-enter your card details.

@LloydsBank I opened my app and out of the blue I got asked to set up again my online banking. I didn’t deregister it. Is it okay? I called customer care but waited in vain for 40 minutes.

@LloydsBank It was a “sorry we’re having technical difficulties” script - could only see/transfer between my accounts. All other recipients weren’t visible - just the error messages. I shut the app down a couple of times and it’s working now. Literally every IT problem… Thanks Brian.

@LloydsBank Tried all of that. It just seems as if the whole Lloyds internet banking system is stuck and doesn’t know how to proceed when I log in. It’s very frustrating and spending 50 minutes on hold isn’t what I really want to be doing when this is Lloyds issue..

@LloydsBank I’ve used 2 different computers and browsers and the same response re: card authentication. I’m being asked to authorise my memorable info login by using my card reader but can’t because of the above error message.
