I had to go to Northampton branch to get some cash as my card was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Customer friendly … not at all.

You have had time to respond on X but can't respond via the app. Terrible customer service and I will be reporting to the IOC, PRA,FCA

There messaging centre 'experiencing delays' tell me to call the call centre (between 8-6pm) after 6pm. What's the point of being a bank customer!

The reason why there is so much online fraud is because you do not crack down on it, instead you push back responsibility onto your customers when there is nothing they can do until after the act, when they find out.
