    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @DottyBekki @LloydsBank Agreed. I'll send in a complaint too. Removing a feature that made banking easier is completely backwards. Been with Lloyds since 2002, but all these changes help no-one.

    @LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!
