A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank so I’m asking for help again. What do you have to do to speak to the complaints team for travel on the platinum account. Your staff don’t know, their staff don’t know and the complaint was logged on the 9th of January and still no response or even a holding letter
