    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank Delina, Your phone lines are always very busy and wait times are always outrageous. You should gear up your operation to service customers correctly. I have tried to make an appointment with the manager at Wolverhampton branch. He is not taking appointments 🙄

    @iammorty @LloydsBank This is why I left Lloyds after 33 yrs. Very rare that I needed to speak to them, but when I did it was impossible. Now with a challenger bank and they are far more accessible with a better, smarter, banking app.

    @LloydsBank I really do feel like I am being treated as a fob off by your bank. Why did you use the term ‘if’, it SHOULD have been logged, although, I won’t be surprised if it goes missing like Lloyds Bank’s once brilliant customer service went missing.

    @LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down the cliff edge. Am not impressed.

    @LloydsBank Regardless of the problem, I’d have at least expected a text or email to say that someone was trying to take money from my account, if this was not you, etc. You seem to assume it’s a fraudster rather than a customer with difficulties. No feedback at all.

    @LloydsBank If I cannot get in touch with them which is extremely likely as an outcome then Lloyds bank will not cancel this transaction and therefore I will have paid for a service I have not received? That sounds very unfair when I can prove I have not received my Shipping labels.

    @LloydsBank I've been in a queue for 85 minutes on the phone trying to find out about cruise travel cover to show cruise company. Awful service. 4th day trying. Website useless as no search facility.
