A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank My debit cards aren't showing in app and support's trying to tell me I don't have any debit cards. I used one twice today!! My husband's app is only showing 2 of his cards too. Is there a known issue about cards not showing? I can't manage the cards at all now. Very concerning!
