@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Hi, it's been through the app. Problem started when I had to reset password, I wasn't trying to make a payment, just log in to check but can't log in and just says about a payment every time. Thanks.

@AndyLandy @LloydsBank My alternate is a tesco club card credit card, which has never had an issue buying online. Both have sensible enough apps and provide real tine spend alerts. Tesco one doesn't do Google Pay though, not sure if it does Apple Pay.

@LloydsBank yr call system is awful, so far i have been to 10! Departments, twice cut off in 1hr 40 an so far no can sort my issue the responce im getting is "the banks done that not our department"

If you ever think of opening a business account refrain from even as much as considering opening one with @LloydsBank - 3.5y refusal to change business name, and after four month of us having access to a functioning acc, we are being locked out.
