A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank disgusting customer Service today on your app. Your app kept logging me out while shopping and I needed to transfer funds. Made a complaint but basically kept telling me that there was no app issues on your side. But guess what there clearly was

@shortlew @LloydsBank Been with the about the same amount of time and also platinum customer.. had a phone call last week from someone apparently working for them, grilling me as to where certain payments into my bank had come from, because they were cash…. Get treated like a criminal for having cash

@JamesMelville I think she's confused about growth/ profit etc. its all a bit complicated... She was also pretty confused when working on complaints @LloydsBank when they couldn't work out that David Mills had stolen £1b from HBOS & destroyed the banks solvency & denied all knowledge of it...

@LloydsBank why is my local Lloyds closing ? just seen the list of banks closing, absolutely disgusted how do you expect the elderly and others that don’t have internet access to bank, I always use mine to put money in my account 😡

@LloydsBank How are customers meant to contact you via on line banking (not via the app)? Following the instructions just leads one around in a circle. This is absolutely infuriating. Whoever designed this hasn't a clue about customer relations.
