    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank just the worst service. Spent 2 hrs trying to talk to someone yesterday only to be told I needed to go to a branch. I went, only to be told they couldn’t help and to call card services. Another 1 hour on phone and still nothing. You really don’t care do you.

    @LloydsBank I have called back a number of times and everytime I get "extremely high call volume". This is clearly not "unexpected". I am now locked out of my bank account and will await a reply to resolve this issue. Unfortunately if this issue is not resolved I will be changing banks

    @LloydsBank impossible to get the phone answered when I ring the southend branch but when I went it they had to have an accredited person to deal with my transaction! Made appt once which they changed to time I couldn’t make so what am I supposed to do? Terrible customer service!

    @LloydsBank First time in about 40years I had a problem with a card, Three times declined fourth time pin blocked. Telephone helpline says go to a cash machine. Excellent No machine near by. Home Early For Me THANK YOU LLOYDS.

    @LloydsBank Hi had two accounts with you, one normal and one for my mortage. I had to change my normal account to someone else but still retained my mortage with you. However, I can no longer access the banking app to view my Mortgage account. How can I go about doing this?
