A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Been down for 8+ hours will it be back online soon, thankfully I don't need to shop till tomorrow, I know a lot of people are having trouble with cards being declined when shopping. Very disappointing.

@AgnesWaxOOO @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank As someone who used to investigate complaints for a living, and wrote procedures in Policy after that, I endorse all of the above feedback. I had no problem with angry customers. I had a major problem with colleagues, especially senior management, who clearly didn’t give a damn.

@LloydsBank So we're talking roughly just over 9 hours this has been going on and still no fix? This is just taking liberties now. How do you expect customers to have faith in your banking systems? Happens way too much as said before! #lloydsbank
