A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

@LloydsBank Good morning, why do you keep your customers waiting for 20 minutes to report fraudulent text or emails. Does Lloyds Bank have a direct line for such matters, rather than the normal customer service phone line?

@LloydsBank Problem is, it’s an Amazon debit but not for either of our accounts. So how precisely are we supposed to query that with Amazon, when it should be you who stops the payment (which is still “pending”)?

@LloydsBank Whilst i appreciate what you are saying, neither work. This really is shocking service. Waiting for crap amswers when someone should be calling me back to get this resolved after being hung up on twice. Awful customer service

@LloydsBank So instead of offering to do something useful, all you are willing to do is to tell me how to complain. How will that help me or my family? Your organisation needs to look at how it treats their customers and change this, instead of referring them to a complaints process.

@LloydsBank any chance of having more than one cashier working in a high street bank during the lunch rush hour? Truly shocking service

@LloydsBank rather than tell me how sorry you are to hear about how poor your customer service is, have you perhaps thought about doing something about it?
