@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank why is it so hard for my partner to log back onto an account once he's logged off? He has his username and password. But they are never recognised. It takes hours each time to reset everything, usually having to ring up as well. Absolutely rubbish website!!
