    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank Just spent an hour trying to register for online banking. Your website says logon detail set up and ring to confirm. When we ring, your automated message says no logon details are set up and to register online. This could go on all night!

    @LBGplc @LloydsBank Do not back with Lloyds bank the customer service is disgraceful. We have now going to nice all our accounts to a better provider. The customer service people do not bother answer calls. I have been been in the phone all day & They're are rude working at home

    Can I not revert @LloydsBank app back to @HalifaxBank ? The Lloyd's app is so slow in comparison its awful

    @Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Good for you!.. but plenty of others have had frequent problems ..stop diminishing fault for the lack of service, just because you feel others are worse!

    @LloydsBank I've just transferred from the Halifax app to Lloyds app this weekend and haven't been able to log in since the transfer. Tried renewing password and now have to wait for something to be mailed? This is 2026, not 1976.

    Hi @LloydsBank as well as your app being inaccessible for some time now, I've just tried fo deposit to my lottery account, which has worked fine via Halifax for literally years, but now the payment fails too. Is that a known problem, and when can we expect a fix?

    @LloydsBank Been unable to make any online payments since moving over to Lloyd's app from the Halifax. all i get when i call is they can't see any blocks or issues on my account so unable to help! Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now
