A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

@LloydsBank @saffron_alarna I have some very serious concerns about @lloydsbank duty of care to it’s employees. Before they go down a disciplinary route do they actually speak to the employee first to discuss? The disregard for a persons welfare I find alarming.

@LloydsBank Yes. It was a tragedy of errors ... I was calling about a credit card transaction, they sent me to debit cards dept; at one stage l was transferred to The Halifax. No other organisation has wasted so much of my time for so little outcome.

@LloydsBank Yes, endless problems. Your internet banking hangs, and anyway on my 3rd call to your helpline, I was told @LloydsBank takes 14 working days to transfer to Bangladesh. Remittance companies take 1 day.

@LloydsBank yes, you have to back out to your accounts, so thankfully you can still make transactions, but my point still stands: my choice is my choice, and I should be able to OK things as they are, and this still needs a fix.
