    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I'm in your Crawley branch and two for your kind workers are solving IT photo problems for me. Your software has been completely enshittified. Computer says no, so this we can't get my son an account.

    @LloydsBank Tried to transfer £500 to an account that has been linked to my current account for years. Transaction blocked and online access to account removed. Told to call fraud line in order to reactivate. Rang and message states a 30 minute wait as you’re busy. Not happy

    @prioritypasscom @LloydsBank 1 successful lounge 4 attempts, not impossible to book LHR t4 or LGW (important airports) it's not holiday season, you need to enter details in all 6 options repeatedly & fast pass security not available at LHR... This perk isn't very perky & isn't included not free.

    @LloydsBank I can’t transfer money between my accounts or to anybody else, error code 500 & 401. I’ve only been a customer for 2 weeks, this is a poor experience 💀 the in-app chat doesn’t even work!!

    @LloydsBank Thanks but I have wasted enough using your online systems. Just get your board/CEO to try and resolve a banking issue through the system. Then something might change. Complaints never seem to change anything.

    Hi @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank , are there any current issues with the mobile app? My linked Halifax accounts and my Lloyds credit card suddenly disappeared from the LLoyds app. No changes on my side. Is this a known technical problem?

    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
