A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I appreciate your help and will only be able to agree that Lloyds staff are doing their best when there is a solution. It is very frustrating as several people have told me it’s not possible and then 8 messages in you mention a home visit, which would solve the issue

@LloydsBank We tried immediately it was noticed. Unfortunately this was in the evening. IF you could answer in a reasonable timeframe this could have been sorted last night. Giving up after over an hour was a waste of our time. Really poor service.
