    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank i have just sent a reply to the DM. I am quite slow. But when I send a message I get no response. However, I understand you are very busy.

    @LloydsBank my credit card expires in 7 months, cannot book hotels in 12 months time so need expiry extended. Lloyds say cannot do it. Not believable and appalling customer service! I'll be forced take a new account with a different bank.

    @LloydsBank Also, just downloaded the app and entered my log in details. It said it would call me to enter the security code. No phone call so it failed … can’t even sign into the app.

    @LloydsBank All I want is a person to call me and tell me why, when I register for online banking, that the call I have to wait for to enter a code, it does not come. I have no way to get help as I am ill in bed with heart failure and need to transfer my money. HELP PLEASE

    I am really loosing faith with @LloydsBank. After being a customer for 20+ years, for the first time this last year I have had to resort to a string of complaints. This time I will be supporting my spouse with a complaint after a credit card closure was mishandled.

    @LloydsBank I want to destroy/dispose of my old bank statements and I don’t want to throw them in the general or recycled trash so can my local branch shred/destroy them for me ? And fix the chat feature in the app it’s horrid to use
