@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

Shout out to @LloydsBank for getting some of my money back after being scammed 3 times (in 1 day) on @vinted. Now been blocked by Vinted as I broke the rules by getting my bank to help me get my money back as they were no help at all! Shame as I loved the Vinted concept. #dodgy

@LloydsBank Hi , I am having V poor service from Allianz,your Platinum travel insurance product partner re a long drawn out claim. The case has been passed to thier complaints dept - achieved nothing. I just want to flag this as a reputitional risk issue for you. Thanks
