    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras 🙄 Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?

    @LloydsBank Your AI for disputing transactions isn’t great. Went around in circles as the option I required wasn’t an option. Live chat disappeared for 3 hours after beginning to help. Resorted to phoning and speaking to humans who could actually help!

    @PollyWaterside @LloydsBank I contacted a company via X asking for help & next thing I kept getting accounts impersonating them. When I looked most of them were brand new accounts with no followers.
