    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank please fix your messaging service. It’s supposed to be 24/7 but so far I’ve waited 10 hours and counting for an agent to reply to a message. Not good enough

    @LloydsBank I have 4 savings accounts, apparently I can have 5, which I would like to do, but there seems to be no option on the website!

    @LloydsBank Just comes up & says transaction declined. Both times I then used PayPal with no issue. One is a weekly transaction.

    @LloydsBank He's been told it will be available the next working day now so things must have changed if money is paid in on a weekend from now on

    @LloydsBank Thanks John. I appreciate that systems go down, but since my card was used fraudulently for thr first time a few months ago, abd then subsequently used fraudulently again I am spending a lot of my time trying to make payments - it’s so time consuming!
