    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    Your ability in computing seems to come down to being able to control people’s bank accounts with no permission to do so. And how is Great Britain doing today ? The bank account happens to be @LloydsBank And this blocking has been going on off and on since March. Do you have an interest in the French scientific advances Lloyd’s ? Do you actually think it is a good idea to let foreign countries control your banking system ?

    @LloydsBank No. I’d have a better and probably quicker response knocking on gravestones in my local churchyard. @LloydsBank customer help is easily the worst UX design in a very strong field. Last 10 days have spoken to a dozen advisors, only 1 seemed to know their product.

    @LloydsBank It doesn't help the fact that there are no branches within 15miles or 30minutes of where I live, and that I happen to work when the branches are open. Internet banking is supposed to be easier...

    @LloydsBank How can they call you when they have no calling credit on an old uk mobile (it’s a uk PAYG ) that they can’t top up as bank cards were stolen & they have no access to cash. If you won’t accept a reverse charge call they can’t call you as you need credit to dial out to uk

    @LloydsBank 1/ trained to actually deal with issues that are very rare 2/ they don’t delete or pass me on 3/ understand my query 4/ has an active account that I may send screenshot evidence 5/ Actually cares 6/ The ability to make decisions 7/ I can see a court case on the horizon

    @LloydsBank A week ago Lloyds deceided my account was compromised, and blocked my cards,,Telling me a new set would be with me by Wednesday,,Still not arrived,,I amm 80 years of age and struggle to get about... I have plenty of money in my accounts but I cannot access them.. This is totally wrong, thoughtless and very inconsiderate..

    @LloydsBank hmmmm ok so I was a Halifax customer for lots of bank accounts credit cards mortgage and stocks and shares and ISA s I am using the Lloyds app but why haven’t I received new debit and credit cards which say Lloyds not Halifax?
