A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank you keep blocking my Apple Pay! Why? Whenever I call you about it you blame Apple. I contact Apple they tell me they do not impose limits and advise I speak to the card issuer. There are many reports of the same issues specially with Lloyds on the apple forums. Help!

@LloydsBank No, they were really unhelpful! The first time I was put through to several different people, one person even said not my problem! They have said that as they don’t provide the card anymore they can’t help me!

@LloydsBank what’s happening with the app? It keeps crashing, and so does my daughters. We both have iPhones. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and shut down, then restarted the phone. Still the same. It’s so annoying.

@LloydsBank Are there any issues with standing orders currently? I have 2 standing orders that were meant to be paid on the 1st April but neither have gone out. There is more than enough funds in my account for both to be paid. Thank you

Lloyds Bank internet banking not responding in UK, seems to have crashed, anybody else having problems logging in to their bank account? I've tried on phone & laptop but no joy with either. #LloydsBank
