    @LloydsBank I witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in your Portsmouth branch. A newly unemployed individual needed to open a new bank account for his benefits to be paid into, he previously had an account however for 1 reason or another it was shut down. 1/1

    @LloydsBank you cancel appts, last one service rep created a scene in Newmarket Branch & cancelled the appt the day of. We were 15 min early & took holiday time to be there. Pure disrespect and has cost us time/money. Submitted 2 complaints and branch manager continues to ghost!

    @LloydsBank I have submitted two complaints to the corporate office over the phone. This was a humiliating experience especially being visiting forces. It's cost money and a lot of time. I have been advised I'm entitled to compensation. I'm appalled with the customer service at Lloyds.

    @MastercardUK @LloydsBank I am absolutely appalled with your lack of support to your customers after speaking to a family member about an ongoing issue that you are doing nothing to help resolve. I will be closing all of my accounts with you as soon as possible.
