    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    .@LloydsBank just FYI your system for getting in touch with people when there's a fraud flag on their card comes off as dodgy - the texts have punctuation errors, one of them comes from a random mobile number, and the phone calls have a recorded voice, which is always a red flag.

    @lloydsbank Is there a problem with the android app? I had to re-input all my details into it on Tuesday night and now it's requesting them again. I've not had to put my details in since the first time installing it and I don't want to go through phone verification daily.

    @KrisGibson13 @financialombuds If your complaint is handled by a Mark Taylor or Jan O'Leary be prepared for them to side with the company and ignore blatant wrong doings of all 3 principles set down by the FO. Lloydsbank has the Financial Ombudsman in its pocket.

    @LloydsBank why is your customer service so appalling? do you not pay them? every time i call (3 times this year) i get someone who just goes on about the “why” but never “fixes” my problem. If you want me to leave you, just say so instead of ghosting me 👻

    @LloydsBank is the bank amending or have ready amended t&c's to restrict cash withdrawals and to use customer money to prop up the country during the financial crisis as Greece did a no of years ago? I have seen a cutting from amended Halifax terms stating this is happening

    @LloydsBank I like banking online with you, Lloyds, but one thing that irritates is that you invite me to 'log back in....', and then when I've finished to 'log off'! Now, you can have log in & out, or on & off, but you shouldn't have in & off!! Please change one or the other!

    @LloydsBank I’m trying to top up my ISA. I’m told I need to reactivate it before I can (why?) and to go to the “desktop site” to do so or to call a number. I am partially deaf so calling isn’t an easy option. Where is the “desktop site” on your website please.
