    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank Hi, my debit card says that it expired near the start of the year, but on the website it says it's a classic card (same account number), but on the mobile app it says i have no cards... what should i do?

    @LloydsBank my application ref no 89747081, please confirm if this can be processed or no, so that I can cancel this application and open in a different bank. And you a weak customer support in your branch,they keep saying like a recorded voice that they cant do anything about it

    Along with the fact the 'LSG' seems to be some form of 'shell' company for Assurant, making it seemingly impossible to complain directly to them, and @LloydsBank taking no responsibility for their chosen partner.
