A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

@NatWest_Help Yeah thats exactly the problem, I don’t want to go onto online banking and logging into Natwest is the worst experience ever too. I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

@LloydsBank logged into my mobile banking app and but its coming up with an error message (sorry we can't show you some of your account information you have asked for, try again later) it will not show me my balance, is there any issues?

@LloydsBank So instead of offering to do something useful, all you are willing to do is to tell me how to complain. How will that help me or my family? Your organisation needs to look at how it treats their customers and change this, instead of referring them to a complaints process.

@suepett @CooperativeBank @LloydsBank Ah that’s interesting. The chap I spoke to at the co-op said it was user error as I was the first person to report it. Sounds like a technical issue between the two banks, but who will take responsibility to sort it out?

How can @bauermedia set up a Direct Debit on a @LloydsBank business account without the knowledge of either of the authorised account holders? Lloyds are obviously aware of an issue as they had come across the issue before. Isn't this fraud?
