A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Hi. Are you able to explain why I am still receiving 0.25% cashback on my credit card despite having reached the annual qualifying spend for this to increase to 0.5% two months ago? Nothing on your website to help explain how this works.

@LloydsBank you are the most inaccessible bank. I would not recommend you. It has taken a yr to sort out our charities bank account. I will look to find somewhere better to bank. You make it so difficult to talk to someone. Shocking service. 👎 Thanks for nothing.
