    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank so far 3 visits to a Branch, 9.30 am Fri, 9 30am today, 12 noon today. Issue unresolved as your computer that generates passwords is broken?? How many more trips to branch for this old pensioner with mobility problems will it take? Back tomorrow morning - again. Fed up.

    @LloydsBank Sadly that was of no help whatsoever as I was just instructed how to pay in a cheque ! As I have been doing that successfully for a fe years that isn’t my issue .

    @LloydsBank Vijay I wasn’t really advised anything. I was trying to get an answer about why this problem keeps happening. Was just transferred to several different numbers which were nothing to do with the enquiry. I’ll try again tomorrow - it’s just very frustrating

    @LloydsBank this week confirmed plans to double down on that, closing another few hundred branches over the next 5 years. that'll be another ~3,000 branch jobs gone because algorithms are cheaper than staff.

    Dear @LloydsBank I think you need to fix your customer communications. Email from you telling me my new card is on the way. Not received yet. Called the number in the email. Nope. Got to do it in the app. Why tell me to call if you can’t sort it out on the phone?

    @LloydsBank Well, I went into @HSBC_UK Guildford yesterday to try and wind up some accounts, even though they struggled to copy some docs I was impressed, then off to Lloyds, who on earth did the decorating in the branch, 1960s style colours and rest area, it's run down too. :(

    @LloydsBank The person referred me to the app to order the new card. I asked if they could order a new card as I was on the phone. Nope. Have to do it in the app. I’m waiting for someone to contact me in the app to resolve the issue.
