Julie (@Ulieaddick) reported@LloydsBank Not me, but a member of my family. It was a general observation though as 5 days is quite a while with no access to money, more so now branches are closing too. If this is the way we’re going forward I feel it needs to be quicker.

Unfroze my account and it won’t allow me to pay for anything. All my Lloyds accounts are having the same issue? Any help ?

Joe Jefferies (@JoeJefferies29) reported@LloydsBank i was on the phone to make a payment of £10000 to myself, regular activity for the account. the account has been fully suspended and i tried to sort it out. unhelpful service and then Alex(a manager) from the fraud department hung up on me!!
