A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank 1 hour 10 minutes now, this is ridiculous! No, the problem as always is your overactive blocking of my card for banal, standard, and/or repeat purchases :-( That's 83 times being told 'we expect your call to be answered shortly'... And no text received to reactivate.

@LloydsBank Maybe one day this bank realize the common sense to give the credit card even to a British citizen living abroad.Especially to the ones having good reputation or a regular monthly pension payments.There might be a personal treatment of every customer to be a good bank

@LloydsBank raised a same day recall at 5am for a DD that left my account this morning. Your chat team are now telling me it’s an indemnity and will take 5 working days. This is wrong it should be a same day recall. What can I do?

@LloydsBank Raise a dispute - when I click on transaction click raise dispute, it then takes me to a page saying how to do it, and again its going round in circles - then it says speak to an advisor on Chat - and again its just asking me if I still need help
