    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank So if I understand you correctly @LloydsBank the bank does not verify its customer details using industry standard mobile verification methods? And doesn’t care one of their customers deliberately or accidentally linked their Lloyds Acc to someone else’s mobile phone number?

    @LloydsBank Another 30 mins in branch £50 down in exchange rate and fees on account despite travel smart payment pre travel have been charged 🤬 branch are trying their best

    @LloydsBank Lloyds Bank told me that i didnt send my proof of address to your side thats why my account is blocked.This is ridiculous cause its impossible to open a business account without address proof,i sent that document before for 3 times!!

    @LloydsBank Unfortunately not....very upset and dissapointed in the service. Your processes need to be tightened and your ability to provide support should not give your internal numbers to customers to "sort it out yourself" because we can't help.

    Thinking myself lucky that I don’t bank with @LloydsBank . After 3+ months of trying to withdraw money from his ISA my fiancé is still waiting for it and the complaints team, who promise constantly to call back, can’t be bothered to do so. Fantastic customer service Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank What did you record ?? Did you record that you holding my money for one week without any reason ? Did you record that your customer service and complain desk are useless ?? They cant solve a simple issue! Shame on you Lloyds!!!

    @AliceSaiao95 @LloydsBank As a customer, I can tell you positively that yes they are having issues with their app. It’s shite at the best of times, but it’s been broken for 4 days (logging out incorrectly, not logging out at times, asking for sensitive info after login, asking for passcode and Face ID).

    @LloydsBank I lost my phone and don't have a number at the moment, is there any way I can log into online banking without access to a phone or get help logging in without access to a phone ?

    @LloydsBank communication is terrible. Tried to contact a branch manager to cancel and appointment and wasted an hour. Phone number I had rang out, No other phone listed, rang general line, man couldn’t understand me or put me through to a branch, so drove to a branch but..no

    @LloydsBank My business account is blocked!! I cant recieve any money from my POS machines which are linked to my Lloyds Account and i cant transfer any money from same account.Your bank cant solve that problem for one week and it costs me a lot!!
