    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank 2 of 3 side because it was counted by two @santanderuk employees as I withdrew from there (next door branch). Either your machine has taken it or your colleague. Is this what you call your customer service? I have heard this happen to people before also.

    After listening to an automated message on @LloydsBank customer services 0345 606 2174 telling me that they were exceptionally busy but my call would be answered shortly after 50 minutes the battery on the phone ran out!

    @LloydsBank That isn't good enough. You need to call people back. You have large sums of customers money and you are denying people access to it and cutting them off. This is not acceptable behaviour from a bank. Have a call back system. I'm now in the same queue 1 hour 20 and counting.

    Yesterday, I had to cancel a lost bank card. Today, my bank automatically added the replacement card to ApplePay, meaning I've been inconvenienced for less than 24 hours. That's excellent service. Thanks @LloydsBank 👍

    @LloydsBank I'm beyond angry with your customer service line. I accidentally blocked a payment on my Lloyd’s Bank app today. It says to call you to get this unblocked tried not one adviser knows what I mean?!? Given me WRONG info thank you!!😡😤

    @LloydsBank Bizarre thing is that the Pizza Hut store guy told me not to rule out a problem with the website. I honestly don’t know who is at fault now. This is the problem not having a clear error message. I used to be a programmer and insisted on clear error codes I’m my programs.
