    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank Honestly, this is a ******* disgrace. Our money unreachable. Dont be sorry, fix it and compensate. Our daily lives ****** up today coz of an 'error' or '**** up'. Wheres the back up systems? If tgus not the case then This has to be a security breach for complete shutdown.

    @LloydsBank @BankofScotland why is it that yet again havent been able to access my accounts or move money. The system is more prone to crashimg since you put all lloyds, Hbos and Bos accounts on 1 platform. Why didnt you keep them seperate? Frustrating as have payts to make #help
