A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@HSBC_UK the switch over incentive is a trap to make be on hold to chase up money that was promised. People go elsewhere that are offering similar incentive without the hassle or terrible customer service. @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

Walk into @MetroBank_Help as a new customer and setup a business account on Friday. Call today to say it’s ready to rock- just need to collect the cards. Currently on week 9 with @LloydsBank where I’ve been a customer for over 16 years. Mental.

@lightworkerlea @LloydsBank The Lloyds Bank app is working fine and has been for months. You probably haven't got WiFi connected or you need to reinstall your app.

@LloydsBank A complaint has been made, a meagre offer of £100 has been made for leaving us without a working kitchen for nearly 2 weeks and counting, we are not optimistic that the work completed will be satisfactory judging from what has been done so far

@NatWest_Help Visited Dewsbury branch today to pay in large amount of coins. Coin counter out of order - staff said they can't accept more than 5 coin bags over counter! My friend was able to pay in lots of coins @LloydsBank Will have to change banks for better service! 🙄
