@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.

@LloydsBank absolute disgrace! Been a customer with a business account for 25 years forced to close business due to covid. Now been waiting 2 weeks for the balance in the account to be paid to me. And 25 minutes for them to answer the phone.

@LloydsBank you are supposed to ‘be by my side’ but when I need to query a transaction you are impossible to get through to on the phone and there is no other way to contact you!
