    @LloydsBank Unfortunately it would appear that the fraud team's number is being spoofed by scammers. 😠 Lloyds webchat has just confirmed that there are no issues with the account that the call claimed had been compromised.

    .@LloydsBank I have been on the phone countless times over the past few weeks over a refund, spent hours on the phone, been passed from pillar to post. In tears of frustration with YOUR service. Can you please DM me so this can be resolved

    @LloydsBank im cancelling my silver a/c as soon as home..used aa b/down service need my meds am told itll be 17:55 before the truck even gets here & that cost me £230 its dark im on own in deserted station car park..nice

    @LloydsBank our debit cards were not delivered and somehow someone got a hold of them and withdrew money from our account. Not your customer centre telling us they’ve closed the investigation after deciding within how many minutes that it’s our fault.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I am deaf and the pandemic basically shut me off from all services, I can't phone the gp, I can't do zoom meetings, radom people chose to call me out for not wearing masks, also have anxiety and panic disorder, the amount of abuse and judgement is unreal, all services are broken
