    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?

    @LloydsBank A bit unhappy. Added new Visa credit card, replacing the MasterCard card to ApplePay wallet. All fine with my mobile. But cannot add card to my 2 Mac machine’s wallets again. Contacted support and went straight through but had to be passed to tech team. Spoke to tech

    @LloydsBank There’s no screenshot to give you, when I go into the app there should be a box saying “tap here to authorise this payment” (or something like that,) but it isn’t there. That’s the whole problem.

    i used to think @LloydsBank was a great bank, one of the worst about, their cards break CONSTANTLY and always when you need em most. now this outage, im ****** starving and cant even get food
