    @In_the_Works_PR @JonathanSlayton @LloydsBank I switched to First Direct many years ago and have been completely happy with their customer service, both online and by phone. My calls have always been answered immediately. .

    @LloydsBank is playing a real blinder today. Wife holds for 80 minutes to speak to customer service then gets put through to the wrong department and is now holding again in another queue an hour long! We may be moving our accounts after this.

    @DorkSirjur @LloydsBank Nah, I've got 3 bitcoins years ago when Brooksie was talking about them (maybe even marunrum days) on a random USB stick lost forever, **** crypto, I'm bitter. Turns out they were talking about a neglected ISA from years back
