A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank I applied to switch accounts from HSBC a couple.of days ago and have heard nothing back. I cant log onto the banking app as its saying my details are incorrect correct. I tried the chat on the website but the virtual assistant keeps kicking me out the chat

@LloydsBank I called Internet banking but automated service has “no record of my password reset” and no actual people available to assist. Can’t use my Internet banking app till .. the end of the week? No bills to pay or anything lads.
