    @LloydsBank been unable to make any credit card payments since yesterday via debit card. Been told via chat the app is down for maintenance. How an i supposed to pay???

    @LloydsBank I applied to open an account weeks ago and have had no correspondence at all, no emails with details and then today I've been sent a message to say time is running out to take ID into a branch and to see email but I have had no emails.... #help

    @JamesMelville I think she's confused about growth/ profit etc. its all a bit complicated... She was also pretty confused when working on complaints @LloydsBank when they couldn't work out that David Mills had stolen £1b from HBOS & destroyed the banks solvency & denied all knowledge of it...

    @LloydsBank Still problems logging on. Please avoid Lloyds banking group. Many superior alternatives who treat customers better. Leave Lloyds and get more interest on your savings and pay less for your loans. Lloyds exploit customers please beware.

    @LloydsBank asks me to sign up again no option to log in without having a 2nd device or speaking to someone and I'm on the road with work so don't have a back up device. Infact I'm not sure I ever registered one. can't take a call and it seems to think I'm.trying to use a new phone, I'm not

    @LloydsBank App is terrible. I have to select the top of the app and then swipe up when in my account. Avoiding the 'Home Insurance' and 'Everyday Offers'. Really poor all round.

    And for this that has gone on for months now it’s getting to a point on how @LloydsBank is just so disrespectful against their customers , they shut banks down just make their customers travel far away from home and only make their service available only once a week
