    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank All the main banks seem to be the same these days. I don't know what the new entrants are like. Some are worse than others. HSBC are terrible. I've found Smile the least intrusive and the customer service is very responsive. I've also heard good things about Handelsbanken.

    @LloydsBank Hi, how do I submit a DSAR (data subject access request) in order that Lloyds Banking Group provide me with all data that they hold on me, along with data on any bank accounts that I hold with other banking providers? Thank you

    @LloydsBank Thanks. I've already formally complained to Halifax over this and it's not going anywhere. GDPR requires you to provide all data held on individuals, regardless of whether they're a customer or not, all I think a DSAR is best here.
