@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank ordered replacement bank card on the 12th April. Got app notification on the 15th April saying it was in the post. Now 25th April and still not turned up. Said would be received in 3-5 working days. What do I do?

Thankyou @LloydsBank for dealing perfectly with my issue of being a victim of fraud with @JustEatUK who couldn’t care less when people hack your account & steal your money. Warning to anyone on @JustEatUK do not register your bank card with this app. The security is shocking!

@LloydsBank i opened my bank account back in 2018 & opened my ISA account in 2019. I wanted a credit card so I got a lloyds one in 2021 & my credit score went down which is normal. However i wanted to open another ISA account which i did this year & my credit score dropped, why?

@LloydsBank I been with lloyds bank about 20 years as loyal customer and I am afraid can't wait change this bank, reson is they close my credit card account without let me know and never missed payment.i am paying off everything by next year and I will never recommend anyone to anyone

@LloydsBank I am sure they’re working hard, but I don’t think it is good enough to have customers waiting for over an hour to not have a call answered, this has happened three times now. I cannot use my card therefore my account is useless.
