    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank just spent best part of An hour trying to log onto my lloyds account. Only wanted to check mortgage details. After 3 one time codes blah blah....I get to "this site cannot be reached." I despair .My partner is also trying as hes a joint holder. NO LUCK so far

    @LloydsBank Was wondering how to link my bank account to PayPal, whenever I do, it wants my memorable information and asks for 15th, 28th, 29th characters. Issue is my memorable information goes up to 13 characters.

    @LloydsBank transfered an account last night online. Received all tye account number+sort code via email. This morning got a text saying it could not be processed and to ring. The guy said their was an Error and the accounts didn't match and to try again 1/2

    @LloydsBank absolutely shocking service and fraud protection. My partner has had four bank cards in 6 weeks as her details have been frauded again and again by the same people. By Discord !! Your service and security are abysmal. No security or proper protection. V.Poor.

    @LloydsBank what have you done to the app 😩 I really hope you've sacked half your devs because they must be smoking some strong *** crack... They're not improving it.. it just gets worse and worse by the day... Opening a @monzo account as we speak I can't deal with **** no more

    This takes a big toll on the confidence of people who are already struggling so would be great if @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank addressed this issue (these are the 2 banks we tried but I can only guess the experience would have been similar elsewhere) 4/4

    @LloydsBank He just said "try again" but now I've gone to do it I'm unsure if I count as a 'new customer' or an 'existing customer'

    @George_Nixon97 @gracegausden93 100%. @LloydsBank should face regulatory action over its failures (both at the point of payment & treatment of victim after) here. An elderly customer making an in branch £100k transfer to an overseas third party was a massive RED FLAG.
