@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@GMB Digital banking - in November #lloydsbank failed to send its customer their new card on time. Dec same bank refused to pay for their regular shop because it was unusually large (Xmas doh!) - Jan they blocked a bank transf said customer must pay for a £1,500 service by card

I’m abroad. @LloydsBank blocked my card, forcing me to end my holiday early. They are saying they won’t call me when I know they can do that as they have done it before.. Why should I have to pay a fortune calling them when they’ve made an error?
