    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank I opened a club current account yesterday and your app simply will not let me set up mobile banking. So complicated. Error 9200200 or error 500 and logs me off every time I try. Good first impression, huh?

    @LloydsBank are terrible and constantly block my card for ‘fraud’ checks every two mins. I’ve even gone to the bank today to withdraw money for builders & I now have to wait for the fraud team. Anybody with a better bank that doesn’t constantly waste my time?

    @LloydsBank dear Lloyds. My card is about to expire in July, but i’m not in the uk until september. Is there an option for not sending the new card automatically to the current address? And i can request a new one when im back? Cant find anything about this on the website. Thanks

    When @LloydsBank close your local branch, can’t answer your question online or with Google searches and their automated phone line refuses to take your call and hangs up. Excellent customer service. Top notch.

    @LloydsBank is there any danger of you having more staff on the phones? Can’t get through now been 2 hours so far. Cannot do anything via the app or website. Absolute shambles and joke of a customer service by you.

    @LloydsBank If they are “extremely busy lately” put more staff on. It’s not rocket science is it? I eventually sorted it myself with absolutely no help from Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank No, I have been unable to speak to someone. I have 2kids, I do not have another 2hours in a day to spare. You need to fix your system, it doesn’t work, it’s extremely frustrating
