@LloydsBank They said they required an enrolled deed poll in order to change my name, this was speaking to customer services in the Lloyds in Birmingham. The DVLA and everywhere else have accepted my unenrolled deed poll without issue

Fascinating the assumptions that go into help content. @LloydsBank has loads to say about depositing cheques through the app, but no info on how to do that in a branch. What’s the process? Need appointment? Need any documents?(Cheque amount is above app limit)

@LloydsBank Hi Katy thnks for getting back to me. Yes I did activate it, I had internet issues at the time but it eventually worked as it showed the Sainsburys cash back being active days after until it expired. It normally shows cash back in the summary before payment but that’s not showing

I tried to report a banking scam email to my bank using the support email address for reporting scams... it bounced back as they shut down that email address. I don't think they really want people to report security issues... @LloydsBank
