A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

I have to tell you how bad is it to open a traditional bank account in the UK now. My wife wanted to open an account with @LloydsBank, so we went to their website, fill the form and end up with an error not explaining why it can't proceed 1/9

@LloydsBank @realmocktheleft Same here, when will Lloyds ever accept there is a problem at their end rather than immediately taking the line that it is the customer's issue, only to tweet further down the line that they (Lloyds) have a problem .. in the words of your ads ... you are NOT by my side

Thanks @LloydsBank for your advice when I called and asked if you had an interest free savings account option and you bluntly said no. I then asked how can you help me in this regard and you said go to another bank. Anyway thanks for your advice I did!

@FixedOnGSGS_ @LloydsBank Same!!! It's so frustrating. They'll only acknowledge an issue when @BBCNews write a story on it. The advice is awful. They just told someone she had a virus on her computer when the issue is clearly their website!!!
