A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

Owen Dawson (@the_real_owen) reported from Lincoln District, England

The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

@kennardmatt @LloydsBank How can any customer now trust Lloyds Bank? Say something they don't like and they will freeze your assets. How is this even legal????

  • hardblue10
    Northern Conservative supporter (@hardblue10) reported

@kennardmatt @LloydsBank I think its funny as **** to be honest. Despite what you think, every company has the right to remove any customer. Don't recall you posting when Farage was debunked by coutts bank.

  • warrench
    Warren (@warrench) reported

@LloydsBank Lloyds opened a dispute. They sent an email and said they'd be in touch within five working days. THEY HAVEN'T. I have new information. There's no email address to reply to, despite having case number. Waited 20min to speak to someone on live chat. They can't help. ARRRRGH!

  • robertwlk
    Robert Wilkinson (@robertwlk) reported

@RhonPiquering Lloyds. Can't phone them, it's chat function and I have told them 4 times I will not be providing further ID. They don't listen. Anyway they have just lost a customer. Are you listening @LloydsBank ?

  • NickTaylorIsFab
    Nick Taylor (@NickTaylorIsFab) reported

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Good! I bank with Lloyds. I’d prefer my bank didn't support people who think ****, murder and kidnapping of innocent civilians from their homes or music festivals was resistance!

  • StufferSuitcase
    SuitcaseStuffer (@StufferSuitcase) reported

@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank Because IF there were to be an issue like that (and I am certainly not saying there is, as we don’t know, nor that it would be the Canary’s fault if there were!), well, those sums would be paid out of the proceeds of crime.

  • kevgriff2512

@bluenels72 @GregHadfield @LloydsBank At least i show who i am and not hide like little prick and support territorie

  • FPTPout
    Jim Toth (@FPTPout) reported

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Indeed. Now everyone who is a customer should unbank Lloyds. This is a very sinister move and must not be permitted to happen.

  • frangenever
    Sven Greenfacer (@frangenever) reported

@bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.

They are completely useless I have four accounts with them and after three months the app is still not working. Just get emails saying they are working on it. Force you down the app route then can't get it working @LloydsBank
