    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    Hey @LloydsBank I'm having an issue with setting up my online banking account on my phone. I am at the "memorable information" stage and have written something in the first box, but I am unable to write anything in the "re-enter" box. I am not prompted to change my answer at all.

    @LloydsBank Went to the Wimbledon branch today and they were unable to help. Said too busy, refused to start the process. I will go to Santander instead, will probably move my own accounts & my daughters there as I want all the family to be at the same bank.

    @LloydsBank Thank you Andy, it's through my home insurance and it's been a fiasco. Have spent almost 4 hours on the phone and still no further on. No heating and lost hot water now. I want people to listen properly not just pay lip service.

    @LloydsBank Answer the F***ing phones in authorisations dept, now waiting 1hour 15minutes.. Is this the way to treat your older established customers of 40 years... disgusting service. Maybe the CEO of Lloyd's needs to be informed of this department 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @LloydsBank This situation is still not resolved. Ive been on the phone for over an hour (excluding waiting) to customers services only to be told they couldnt help. Im now waiting to talk to fraud which is another hour. This is diabolical considering you are the ones who cancelled my card!

    @LloydsBank 40 everyday offers, yes, forty. Haven't ever shopped at any one of them places and haven't even heard of 17 of them but it's tailored to me personally from where i use my card. Course it is bullshitting bastards. Yours faithfully, one annoyed & frustrated customer
