A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank what the hell have you done to the app?? Takes forever to 'authenticate device' all my payees have disappeared with the following message 'theres been a problem, please try again' whatever your developers have done they've bricked the app to uselessness 😔

@LloydsBank Hi thanks for responding; card is being declined online (in this instance via Moonpay which worked the other day). I am receiving verification codes but when I enter it, it's still declined. I had similar issues a couple of weeks ago but it's frustrating to get it again.
