A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

Yet another day when @LloydsBank internet banking is down. Yet they still continue to shut branches. The only reason I’ve stayed with them so far is I know they’ll mess up the transfer of direct debits etc if I move to another branch.
