    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @BROKENBRITAIN0 @LloydsBank Mine went through took about 30 minutes this morning. They have had problems most of the weekend as Friday I couldn’t log in. They want us to go completely digital, they cant even cope now.

    @LloydsBank blocking and refusing to authorised my payment via BACS has tipped me over the edge. Customer for 30 years and now it’s time to move on to another bank. My money, I pay how I like, not how you want me to.
