A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank same issue logging in. Not recognising both cards/ reader + details. Changed despite knowing they were correct. Tried to call but over an hour to wait! When will this be sorted?

Well done @lloydsbank for again causing distress to my family. Yes my sons trust account has been inactive for 3 years, thats because he isnt allowed to access the money yet. I shouldnt have to keep confirming this. Trust accounts dont come from happy events, be more considerate

@LloydsBank @jesmondshores Same here error 1000022 - The card number entered is not recognised as a valid authentication card, when it definitely is, sort it out lloyds
