A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank No less than ELEVEN hours after I started trying to sort this out, it's finally done at 2AM. Do better, @LloydsBank , much better. Fewer platitudes, more options for customers to escalate issues like this which, frankly, are ridiculous.

@LloydsBank Credit card. I called on 01733 347007 multiple times. I was told it's a high level block and I would be put straight through to the relevant specialist team to resolve this. Three times, and I never got through.

@LloydsBank I see. So I have to log into the desktop site to change the preferences for the mobile app to stop marketing preferences that I didn’t select previously. Marvellous.

@LloydsBank +44 1702 278270 first. For 1hr and 20 min then hung up on. +44 345 300 0000 for 45 mins then cut off. Same number again for an hour and assured the problem was solved.. it wasn’t. Then the same number again for 29 mins only to be put through to another hold stating an hour hold.
