@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@mayawheeler66 @LloydsBank Have problems with them as they seem to have outsourced all their services to other commercial partners so you end dealing with all of them instead of just Lloyds. Supposed to be getting a call back by COP today but still waiting as I am being threatened by other parties insurer

@LloydsBank Rang but no further on . E mail is being sent yo Customer Relations department but no promises given as to when. Impossible to access Claims Portal operated by Carpenters, and they have not been responding to e mails or phone calls. The whole claims process is shambolic.
