    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank You sent a test asking us to call you. We have been on hold being told you expect to answer our call shortly for over 40 minutes. How long do think is “shortly”. Does 24/7 customer service refer to how long customers have to wait before you answer the phone?
