@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank Using my debit card, platinum if that makes any difference? Called the number on back of card each time and get transferred all over until someone understands. It’s a communication issue between sage and yourselves since the new security updates.

@LloydsBank I can’t add my card to Apple Pay, I’ve spoken to loads of people and they are all experiencing the same issue. The message reads CARD NOT ADDED- contact card issuer for more information. Are your servers down or something???

@LloydsBank Having to wait for my call to be answered for over 90 minutes is a complete joke. Why does it seem that customer service has been forgotten in order to preserve profits. Invest in your customers or lose them!!!

@LloydsBank I have responded to your customer services, and still await hearing from them. I was asked in one call the best way for them to contact me. I said by phone call, they sent a text. Is this how they mock and get their laughs by being as awkward as possible?
