@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank V poor performance. On the Premier account line trying to ask a basic Q regarding my travel insurance (not answered in docs or on website). Current hold time almost an hour. But cumulative over all my failed attempts to talk to a human nearly 2 hrs. Account worth it?

@LloydsBank What an absolute fob off. Do,you know you charged me 2p overdraft interest this month ? Quick enough to charge that. Premier customer, big balances with you. For what ? A comment that you may return my incurred costs. It is simply laughable.
