He basically said my money was still there, the FCA would sort it if it wasn’t. Not a problem so not to worry. Ffs😡

David Gilchrist (@DavidGilch31862) reported@LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

I eventually spoke to someone who said we would receive a message on the app but nothing. Disappointing, time for new bank I think.

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support
