    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    The @LloydsBank online chat help feature must be the worst thing going. 4.5 hours to get a response and now waiting for a reply again...

    @LloydsBank She waited 20 mins and then the queue had gone back up an hour. Tried to cancel credit card on the app and it just keeps saying “error”. Think we’ll both be cancelling - horrendous service!

    @Alfiebengal @robertsessford1 @LloydsBank The problem is that these groups are important for real asylum seekers, they have now stretched that to economic migrants, which they have no real remit to interfere with, those who donated have no say in how these sham charities spend the money.

    Pal tried calling @LloydsBank to report fraudulent activity and got cut off after waiting for half an hour. Called again now and it’s an HOUR to get through to fraud team. App isn’t working to cancel card either. Think I’ll be ditching my Lloyds credit card now I know!

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank why are you talking about the cost of living when you have donated huge sums to illegal migrants crossing the channel. Am I to assume that you support people trafficking? If you care about the cost of living, donate to hard-working people.
