A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@MartinSLewis Personal bugbear is @LloydsBank promising me a call back about a complaint by Friday, chased them today to be told they'll get back to me in 8 WEEKS. I mean customer service at their convenience not mine.

@LloydsBank Hi. i have a community business account and I have tried to set up online banking. I tried to log in and was told i needed to rest my password. i was advised to call with a ref number but the adviser just told me to get a card reader, which i did but didn't resolve it

That's another day gone by where @LloydsBank have failed to make a promised call from a complaints manager. All calls are recorded by them so will be asking for written transcripts as well now. It feels like customer service at their convenience not the customer's.

@LloydsBank I contacted you on June 16 and spent ages on the phone trying to sort out my dad's S&S ISA account, which I have financial power of attorney over. The guy was helpful but heard nothing back since. Given that I'm not a Lloyds customer myself, how can I follow this up?

@LloydsBank Yes! That worked. I managed to setup the memorable word. Now I can login to the app and online banking. Thank you. I tried support numbers and support FAQs but no mention of this. I suggest adding for future customers to find it

@LloydsBank awful awful experience today. Wanted to change account type and via it app it says "You can have one sole and one joint Club Lloyds account but you need to apply in branch for the second one". Took time off work to visit the branch. Was told to message via the app.
