A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I can’t access anything online for our dollar account - you don’t let us do that. Someone did answer after almost 2 hours of me listening to a phone ringing 🥴 Maybe need to check that waiting time out … thanks for responding on here a lot quicker

@CashQuestions @LloydsBank And yet it seems it’s the banks which are the most resistant to change which would help customers … agreeing a #bereavementstandard for instance; accepting digital documents and pushing for digital death certificates

@LloydsBank There are many people on here saying that they are having issues that they can’t access it! Many of your colleagues on here have confirmed that there are issues with it! So maybe why not fix the issues for the customers??

@LloydsBank Everything went smoothly to the point where I received a 4-digit code, which was accepted, then I was logged off with no explanation and can’t log in again. When I get home I might change my bank.
