I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@Shammoz @4Olivea @LloydsBank No banks near me at all as Lloyds have got a measly 1 day hub at my library which is no good for people who don’t have online banking which makes it impossible if they don’t know about it , I guess it corporate greed and disrespect with Lloyds and their related banks

Notes-small issue fixed quickly, no action needed and no privacy breach to report. Actual-full blown ICO reportable breach. People should check their DSAR more often

Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I have just tried it again, both the proper way of talking to the automated system and another time by pressing zero to shortcut it, both end up with a message saying "our advisor service is closed for the bank holiday". This is disgusting.
