-
🇾🇪 (@DarthFuzz) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Keep scrolling down on that page you were on. It’s the App, and it’s nothing new, Biometrics have been used in it for years - it was Touch ID and now Face ID
-
Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@Jonno1st @LloydsBank A complaint often takes months (they say 5 day avg response not resolve time). A DSAR may help answer your questions, however they’re not so quick at those either. Sympathies and hope you manage to have some enjoyment on your holiday
-
David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.
-
Steve (@Minaretunit) reported@ThisIsEmmaPx Cashpoints have cameras, so wtf are @LloydsBank doing about it?
-
Tricia Jarman 💫 (@TriciaNo2) reportedAre you able to fix problem with app. It’s not working, you appear to be having technical issues @LloydsBank

CuteKitty 🦋 (@Cute_Kitty92) reported@LloydsBank I'm a Halifax customer and my local Halifax has closed down and my card no longer reads and I've ordered a new card can I come in my local Lloyd's branch to draw out money from the counter or is it not possible?
-
Deezer Dave (@deezerdave) reported@LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@scampo999 @LloydsBank I didn’t need help, just polite explanation. Lloyds bank still charge interest for two months after you have cleared your credit card balance and could not give a reasonable explanation as to why.
