@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

The wait time is over 30 minutes to get to a representative; there is no option offered for Lloyds Bank to telephone the caller back? This has been going on between yesterday and today and we would like to know when it will be resolved?

@LloydsBank I logged onto the desktop site via my computer. Have since tried reinstalling the app, when I have added my details it throws me out saying you have technical problems.
