A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@SoozUK @LloydsBank I know it doesn’t help for this occasion but it’s worth opening another current ac (it takes about 2 mins online when you already have an account) leave the card for the new ac safe at home, if you lose your main ac card you can then just transfer enough to the 2nd ac to use

@LloydsBank Thanks Colin, but it’s been 4 days. I’ve been kept waiting by @axainsurance for literally hours. I’ve even tried to complain to Lloyd’s but no one’s answering. I’m paying a premium for your service so why’s it up to me to sort it out?

@LloydsBank Do you have a statement regarding the use of your app on Samsung phones, as I believe this problem is now affecting more and more users. This needs fixing or you'll start losing customers. Update us please, This is YOUR APP not OUR PHONES that is BROKEN.

So @LloydsBank have a daily Apple Pay limit. That limit varies by customer. Customers aren’t told what that limit is and can’t adjust it. Their advice? Carry your card just in case. I moved to Lloyds because of Barclays incompetence and crap customer service. Wrong move?

@LloydsBank I want to thank you for your service. I spoke to a women working in the support centre y'day, I cant recall her name sadly. Her manor was so kind, helpful & warm. Please pass on my thanks & appreciation to those working in that department :-) They make a difference!
