The previous occupants moved out 15 years ago and, like so many others, I STILL get this rubbish through the door.

The hospital will discharge the patient if we could not settle the hospital expenses. Is that something Lloyds Bank could help in such an urgent situation🥲

Once we finally received our settlement letter saying payment will be 5-10 working days, took 6 weeks for it to be received. Complaints team are worse than claims. Our 8 weeks is up tomorrow and still no response so off to the FOS we go
