@LloydsBank I used Payit on my amazon credit card app to pay my my monthly amount and it said it had an error on the last step now the money has been taken from my loyds account and not been taken from my monthly bill for the credit card. please help

@LloydsBank Hi, my mum has had an outgoing payment fail, but Lloyd's has still taken the money from her account. She's being told to phone or go into a branch to sort it in hours when she's working, phone line very unhelpful. Please can someone help her get her money back!

@LloydsBank You charged me 6 fees in total on ONE card transactions (3 non-GB transfer fees/3 non-GB purchase fees). Tried calling the helpline, only to be told it is currently a 40 minute wait to speak to someone. I am abroad, the phone charges would be excessive. Please help.
