@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Thanks - but no need to access accounts. My query is why I cannot use the switch service CASS to switch from an account listed in their services to my newly opened Lloyds account? It is supposed to be simple, and, yes, the account I want to move from is in Channel Islands.

@LloydsBank have issues with their app, can't set up a new payee to transfer money, and 'try again later/login again' is utterly pointless...

@LloydsBank Hi, Lloyd's bank blocked my debit card and closed my accounts without prior notice. I was left stranded and suffered serious damage because I maintained Lloyd's bank as my only bank. I went to your branch to resolve the issue but your staff said they are unable to help me.

@LloydsBank I wish to request an inquiry into this issue. I need to know why my account was closed. I need to know why the Bank didn't deem it fit to inform me. I also need to know why my switch has failed. I need to know why I was profiled for frustration.

@LloydsBank Hi there was just using the app on my phone using my phone data. Logged out/in again. Took a long time to do, then said I'm not connected to the internet. Also it won't now display all transactions. Is there a problem with the app atm?
