  A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

  @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

  @PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their “safe custody” service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.

  @LloydsBank hi, had issues with sending money so tried again and it sent the payment twice. The money entered my brothers account but then bounced. I have received it back but it was removed from his account when can I expect the payment back in my account

  Still on hold with @LloydsBank 7 calls all terminated by them since 1600, still no access to my accounts despite almost concluding….their error, very unhappy customer here, maybe call me or email me rather than ignore or train your staff better…. They don’t listen to the error

  @uj7protocol @LloydsBank Carry a small amount of 'emergency only' cash so you can buy from a shop before you board. £20 is more than enough. Their response about the food bank, whilst not at the pinnacle of customer service, is the sort that is warranted by such an idiotic enquiry.

  @LloydsBank How can they call you when they have no calling credit on an old uk mobile (it’s a uk PAYG ) that they can’t top up as bank cards were stolen & they have no access to cash. If you won’t accept a reverse charge call they can’t call you as you need credit to dial out to uk

  @Glaspark @TheVikingDane @LloydsBank Poster said they had no food or water, Lloyds bank pointed them in the right direction to get help. Or was the poster expecting someone from Lloyds bank to hop on the train with a bag full of goodies for them as the poster apparently couldn’t survive a 3 hour train journey
