    A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

    @LloydsBank Online purchase, Stripe as the merchant. 30 mins to reach customer service - apparently 60 minutes in a queue to speak with Fraud to see if they can override the block. Your fraud prevention measures are just blocking purchases all over the place. It's a joke.

    @LloydsBank Tried to order a new STOLEN CREDIT CARD via the mobile banking app & online website: Error code 281733. On the phone for 22 minutes, repetitive hold statements. **** customer service from you. I'm leaving.

    @LloydsBank I was on the phone to a member of staff who was inclining I was at fault at first & didn’t listen to my concerns or seem to help at all. Thankfully an hour later, another colleague named Ilyas from Leeds who was incredibly helpful & confirmed I weren’t at fault. LLoyds was.
