@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I'm waiting on a payment into my account. Would customer services be able to see any incoming transfers? I know they can take like 3 days to show on my account/statement. But this is an international transfer.

@LloydsBank Yet another card transaction declined even though there are clearly funds in my account!! WHY does this KEEP on happening??!! Pop up notification from my app saying I’ve made a payment but website says declined & it doesn’t appear in app transaction list!!! 😤😠😡

@LloydsBank I want to cancel my Lloyds credit card as the card is nearing its expiry date. But I don’t want the bank to issue me a new card as I’m currently abroad. I can make a new request to the Lloyds bank to issue me a new card after I reached UK. Is it possible?

@LilliHoughton @LloydsBank Not heard of a single mortgage or remortgage being approved yet by any of the big 6 lenders unfortunately. I wonder how they would check and/or enforce a start/end date to the work too, and which company would tie themselves down by confirming that in writing.

@BaalambL @LloydsBank Not only Lloyds, I had similar problem. Stupidly brought my utility bill (joint name) & council tax invoice(joint names), but they were with different names printed (I have a triple last name), so had to run around. Sorted out easily - brought a SoA from another bank. Try this.

@LloydsBank Yes. I selected from the top menu, Help & support, Lost or stolen card, then it displays my debit and credit and checkboxes against each of them. And continue button at the bottom.

@LloydsBank Absolutely terrible customer service, I called to ask them to transfer money. To which they said I need to come to the branch, I’ve just turned 18, I’m at university in France and need that money to buy a car that I’ve paid a deposit for, which I told the advisor. 1/2

@LloydsBank I'm more concerned about banks appearing to think that once they have our funds in their 'care' that money is no longer that of the 'customer' & has now become an asset of that business, which means they can control customer access? AKA stealing customer's money? #MyBackSide
