The appeal has been rejected

They wont even be able to tell the customer why/who is leaning on them.Had similar when worked for another bank years ago, quite awkward

If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.
