A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank Unbelievably poor communication from you. Went into a branch of Lloyds and your employees were as out of the loop as we are. COMMUICATE please ffs. Nearly a whole day without access to online banking and all the branches near me have been closed down.

Normal people must not stop reacting normally. Tell others what's happened to you. Don't accept low standards from corporate services or anything or anyone else. Call out poor service - as I've had from @LloydsBank bank recently (85 minutes on phone today). Praise good service.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Automated phone messages are endless and designed to make people want to hang up. They want to remove our chnaces of speaking to a human. No accountability you see.
