@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank For any customers overseas - solve the problem by passcode text message/online inbox message similar to the text passcode needed for online banking - no need for the customer to spend tens of pounds on a multiple fraught calls to the UK

@BenGoldsmith Fully agree! @LloydsBank is also horrendous - trying to deal with them from the USA reminds me of caveman days. Clueless, useless employees, abominable customer service on the phone, and total non-responsiveness from branch managers to snail mail… (they don’t do email) 😳🤬🤯

Do not bother contacting @LloydsBank when your bank account has had fraud happy to have your money but sh@t useless when trying to help someone when money has been taken!

@LloydsBank Tbh they where really rude just said its your fault you will just either lose the money or it will go back in now please leave they didn't offer any real help. I know everthing is done online but we still need cashier's to be helpful!
