    @LloydsBank I've been left on hold for 1 hour (and counting) for an urgent security problem. This is utterly crap. Can you provide me with a different number to call, or get someone to call me back ASAP? DM me with advice please. I can't hang up but this is insane. Fail.

    @LloydsBank Resolved now thanks. Problem was access to website via a bookmark / previous browsing history. Never been a problem before for me but apparently a major issue for many customers according to your Helpdesk.
