A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Your customer services department are also quoting 5 days to look at it and I’ve only got 28 days get a new mortgage in place now. Call the mortgage help line, they hide behind ‘computer says no’ can’t talk to managers or customer services as they don’t apparently have a phone
