    @LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

    @lloydsbank another day of still not being able to sort out representative access for my mum. When I action what this bank requires they move the goalposts again and require more information!

    @LloydsBank To go on the desktop app which is a bit tricky when you can’t remember all your log in details. I have sorted it now but do feel that this so called glitch should be sorted or a warning should come up to show it’s not going to work .

    @LloydsBank What sort of joke service are you offering today - you are holding a transfer for approval i am trying to make to one of my other banks , so i ring the security line and you tell me i have to hold for an hour!

    @LloydsBank Who is Gillian? ;) I tried 3 different banks, BNI, Commonwealth Bank and another that I can’t remember the name of. All gave msg’s stating they were cancelling the transaction. If you aren’t aware of any issues then I’ll try again tomorrow. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank I hv been trying to rouse yr 24 hr. Fraud Dept. since 4.00 pm today. Why r u so busy. It isnow 20.48 & still no reply. Where are the black horses & the We are on Your Side garbage? Phones been ringing for 45 mins. now.

    @LloydsBank I have had to speak to someone in the uk from Turkey (which has cost me a fair bit on the phone) who explained that the mobile app has a problem when you get a phone call from Lloyds confirming the transaction and it doesn’t go thru
