@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank some staff are great but others really need to brush up on basic communication skills. Not even customer service! 4/5 times I leave this bank, I feel angry and uncomfortable for their mistake and rudeness.

@LloydsBank Yes, I must have sent them about 10 emails and called the same amount of times. They don’t reply or pick up! I have tweeted them and they say someone is going to contact me and no one ever does. Awful customer service.

@LloydsBank SHOCKING SERVICE I HAVE JUST RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK. I need a manager to call me please, this is now an urgent matter and I'm disgusted at how I've been treated. After an hour just now on the phone I am told there are "no managers available"

@LloydsBank You could still send it me via my account on the web, with an email notification its there. As you do with my statements. I can access via the WEB, just not my app
