A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank Is anyone else finding it completely impossible to get through to Lloyds customer service numbers at the moment? Considering phoning is what we’re told to do with any problem - they don’t give emails- this is appalling. Totally unacceptable scam

@LloydsBank Thank you for explaining. I totally understand the storage of coins but not the queuing as I waited for 12 minutes waiting for just one customer. I was about 3 minutes.
