@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank The phone system is currently saying that only urgent matters should be dealt with over the phone due to unusually high call volumes. It really doesn't give a good impression from a customer perspective.

@LloydsBank Hi, I have not received a monthly statement in my Digital Inbox since November. Is there a problem or has this statement been discontinued? It is far superior to the monthly statement available from the Transactions screen.
