@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

@LloydsBank you’ve suspended my bank log in details and when I call the number that says you’re open until 6, the message says it’s closed until Monday.

@LloydsBank the worst banking ever. Highly recommend people avoid these. Ive been with them less than a month and only once have I been able to access my online banking. App rubbish, website rubbish and service rubbish. 😒

@LloydsBank Are we now not permitted to use the Lloyds banking app unless we turn on notifications? When I log in the app takes me through a couple of screens then asks me to turn on notifications & there's no Don't option. I've tried exiting & restarting but it's the same.

@LloydsBank I am a business customer and since November 5th have been unable to make transfers. We were told this was a wider issue for a number of business customers. And we were told we'd be called back but nothing from you. We're a professional business and need to make transfers to pay our suppliers. HELP!
