A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

So @LloydsBank my apple@pay is not working I got transferred to a department that closes at 8pm at 7:50 the person on the phone could have told me that and I have no bank card !!! **** service! She could have told me they close at 8 instead letting the phone ring for 15 after 8

@random_man_jord @LloydsBank Did they sort this for you? When they try to call me to verify my information my phone stays silent despite it working previously and the number not changing. I've now been unable to access my accounts for nearly 3 days, despite nearly 3 hours talking to the online support people

@MortyMark @LloydsBank I'm through their messaging on app. What bugs me is how many times I have to repeat it's the debit card. All the info is in the thread above yet as though "just another person" continues without checking the history. Always ends up "speak to the site declining"

Did @LloydsBank block my card when I accidentally used the wrong security code? No. They actually approved it. Did they block my card because I didn't respond to their fraud text regarding an automated payment for a pre order at 3am. Absolutely. 1 hour on hold. **** off.
