@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

A whole day wasted waiting around for companies like @LloydsBank and @BritishGas. It’s so nice to know their time is so much more valuable than mine. Really makes you feel valued as a customer… I’d never leave a customer feeling like this!

Feeling grim again this morning with leg pain, bad tinnitus & headache. 85 minutes on the phone with @LloydsBank didn't help. What has gone wrong with our country & its systems. I've walked down to the bank to talk with a manager I know. But, I've had enough. Time to bin Lloyds.

@LloydsBank So now you are acting as one organisation as that form was for Halifax? Now you can kick a straightforward problem of your lack of customer service away for 8 weeks while you do nothing and the onus is all on the customer to sort it out. Great.
