@LloydsBank I got a call from this number (+448000150050)that they’ve got my lost wallet which has my @LloydsBank card, been calling back to no avail to know the branch and if it’s a genuine number. Can you help to verify this??

@LloydsBank The account was closed in error by Lloyds - told it couldn't be reactivated over the phone as needed to provide proof of ID - advised I might be able to do it in branch - can I do this at any branch or only one that provides business services and do I need to book an appointment?

@LloydsBank We tried immediately it was noticed. Unfortunately this was in the evening. IF you could answer in a reasonable timeframe this could have been sorted last night. Giving up after over an hour was a waste of our time. Really poor service.
